Chapter 25 having to leave home to go home

SUMMERS POV

I had a quick shower before getting myself dressed, I opted for winter thermals fluffy inner layered leggings since there super comfy on my body. I also had on a long strappy black top. And a light cream knitted thick cardie to keep myself nice and toastie warm.

I then started to pack a few bits into my suitcase as well as important documents from the safe with jewellery.

"Hey, I've brought you enougher cuppa" Sean says walking in.

"Thanks" I say smiling up to him.

"Sean those shoes don't go with your outfit relax it abit with your black Nike trainers" I say.

"I know, but there back at the apartment" he says smiling.

"Didnt you bring a pair of trainers?" I ask

"Yeah but the white ones remember" he Says.

"Ah okay just leave on what your wearing then." I say laughing to agree with his choice now.

"Okay well we need to go shopping before heading back are you nearly done?" Sean asks

"What do you need?" I ask.

Sean walks over and wraps me in his arms looking down at me "We need, nappys, wipes, formula, and some more clothes for Skylar. A general massive food shop for everyone, And Christmas decorations" Sean says.

"Okay well don't worry about skylars stuff we can take it all from here, all the fridge stuff from here can go to yours and we can do the rest. I will have my mum and dad take all stuff from here in my car so we have more space for shopping bags in your car." I say cuddling into Sean.

" Its our home not mine remember your still on the tenancy, and okay I like that plan" he says then placing a kiss on my cheek.

"Okay I can have us ready to leave within a hour, why don't you see if Lisa wants to join us shopping." I say.

"Okay, but give me a kiss first" Sean says smiling at me.

"I can't reach your to tall for me to stretch up to" I say laughing.

"No your not" Sean says laughing then lifts me up and claims my lips in a kiss sensual kiss as wrap my arms around his neck. "See" Sean says smirking at me as he pulls away from the kiss and gently places me back on the floor.

"Okay, go see your sister while I get cracking with the packing" I say then quickly go on tippie toes to give Sean a kiss on the cheek before I try to run away. But Sean quickly wraps a arm around my waist as I turned around and brings me back to his body. "I love you to" Sean says then kisses my cheek before he walks out. I can't help shaking my head as I go get the suitcase.

I quickly finish packing my things but as I walk downstairs to pack the kitchen things I see my mum is already packing it up.

"Mum what's left to do?" I ask.

"Just need to pack up Skylar formula sort what's going with us and what you need for while your shopping" my mum says pulling the cheese out of the fridge into a bag.

"Okay I can do that" I reply walking over to the formula.

"I've already packed everything for the shopping trip so everything else can just be packed up" Sean says walking into the kitchen.

"Oh okay then, can you start packing the cars up with the bags by the door please?" I say.

"Of course anything else you need?" Sean asks.

" I'm going to see if Lisa minds putting a fresh nappy on Skylar as I'm nearly done." I say.

With that Sean walks back out the room saying "yes mam". I just roll my eyes.

"Mum, I said I'd give Sean one more chance, but I'm still not sure. I've given some grounds rules also I'm not hurrying anything what do you think? Am I doing the right thing or not?" I ask in barely a whisper stood next to my mum.

"Seeing how Sean has been with you and Skylar since she was born, I can see he is trying, but I agree take things slowly it's only been a week and half." my mum says.

"I will, don't worry I'm not rushing anything and I'm not getting my hopes up either, but I'm sure time will tell if it's the right choice or not." I say growing still worried and still feeling in turmoil. I thought I'd feel more at ease making a choice but I still feel on edge I think to myself.

" I'm glad to hear that I hope Sean continues to proving himself worthy of you though, remember no matter what happens me and your father will always be here for you" my mum says finishing of packing the fridge stuff up.

"I know mum. I love you both, are you both okay coming with us?" I ask.

"Where ever you are and Skylar are me and your father will be there as well until you are ready for us to leave, however we talked and said we will stay until after Christmas for certain so don't worry about us" my mum says patting my hand.

KNOCK KNOCK

"Who's at the door?" I say quickly walking to the door.

But Sean is already opening it with a suitcase in his hand.

"A delivery for Miss Ballard" a women says holding a bouquet of flowers.

"Who are they from?" I ask the women going to take the flowers.

"I've no idea they didn't leave a name was paid in cash by a women but they wrote this note on a card" the lady says before turning away to go.

"Oh okay thanks." I say

"A women, must be Shan what's the note say?" Sean asks.

"I don't know but take the flowers and bin them, while I read the card" I say.

I take the card and throw the flowers at Sean and he catches them before continuing out with the suitcases and the flowers to the bin.

I opening the mini card evenolope and pulling the card out.

Roses are red

Voilets are blue

I'm coming for you!

I tear it up as I walk to the kitchen bin to throw it.

"What did it?" say my mum asks.

"It doesn't matter nothing new, let's hurry an get out of here" I reply.

"Love who was at the door?" my dad says walking into the kitchen asking my mum.

"Flower delivery with flowers and a note from Shan but Summer won't tell us what the note says." my mum replys.

SEAN'S POV

Once everything is sorted we all start to pile into the cars. After Summer and Skylar are in the car I start to get the buggy into my boot from hers.

" Sean can I have a quick word" Sandy says

"Of courses what's wrong?" I ask.

"Here see for yourself, I fished the note out the bin and took a picture after piecing it together while Summer was busy getting Skylar out the house" sandy says while shows me a picture on her phone.

"Sandy can you send that to me please and don't worry, by the end of the week there be so broke they won't be able to send anymore flowers for sure." I say.

"Okay, I will send it over you have fun shopping" she says getting into Summers car.

20 minutes later I pull into supermarket car park.

"Summer are you okay? You have been really quite during the journey." I ask concerned taking Summers hand in mine.

"Yeah I don't get why she is targeting me though and hasn't made an attempt to contact you since she states she wants you. I didn't do anything except kick her out my house when she started to insult me and downgrade me as a mother. And to treathen she is going to take my daughter away makes my blood boil. I only left my home for the safety of Skylar otherwise id of stayed put! " Summer says.

"I know she clearly has a screw lose, don't let her bother you I will sort it I promise, come on let's go shopping." I say.

Summer gets out the car and I get the pram, once Skylar is in the pram I go to let Summer push the buggy.

"You can push Skylar you haven't really had a chance yet" Summer says. I was shocked as she usually takes her.

"Are you sure?" I ask.

"Yeah, I mainly wanted the first few times as it's something I really looked forward to my whole pregnancy I'd day dream about it. plus I shop better than you so I can take the trolley" Summer says.

I can't help smiling as I start to push the buggy.

Summer gets a trolly and we walk in together.

Half way through going round the store Skylar wakes up for a bottle.

"If you go to the cafe and quickly feed Skylar I can sort the rest of the shopping, give me the keys incase I finish first that way I can load the car up" Summer says.

"I hand summer the keys and bank card, use my card get whatever you want" I say kissing Summers cheek before heading towards the cafe.

"Okay thanks" Summer says as she continues to shopping.

"Okay then little lady looks likes it's just me and you for a moment" I say to Skylar, while sorting the bottle quickly but she is getting impatient kicking up her crying level.

"Shhh, shh," I sooth getting Skylar out and cuddling her into me. She soon started to stop as I place the bottle teat into her mouth and she starts to guzzle it down as if she has never been feed before.. "You sure like that don't you lil princess" I whisper. As we walk into the cafe bit and I look around for a seat.

"To remember those days" a bloke in his early 50s slightly grey and brown hair and gold rimmed glasses, brown trousers and a white shirt says walking past us smiling.

"Any wisdom to share?" I ask.

"Enjoy every second before you know it there grown up with there own children" the gentleman says before continuing to walk out the cafe.

"You better not grow up to quickly and don't even think about a boyfriend lil lady, I forbid it" I say to Skylar, however she is to busy drinking the milk bottle to even care if I speak or not.

"Okay this talk will be continued frequently until your old and grey" I say smiling.

After I've finished feeding Skylar we go looking for Summer, I find her at the till with a mountain of a shopping trolly, I couldn't help wonder what she got there was food, toys and clothes in the trolly.

"Hey, look at the timing, your nearly done as Skylar is finished her feed." I say.

"Oh did I really take that long?" Summer says checking her watch.

"By the looks of it you did alot it the time we were gone" I say grinning to Summer.

"I got some clothes and toys for Skylar as well as a few Christmas decorations and a pair of slippers for myself, I couldn't resist them and will give you the money back. Plus the slippers There only £8 nice fluffy grey with silver stars on so I couldn't resist" Summer says

"You won't pay me back, I don't care what you buy so long as your happy with what you got" I say starting to help reload the trolly. But I get inturputed by my phone ringing.

LOGAN IS CALLING the screen says. I quickly answer it.

"Hey" I say.

"Your never guess what the crazy b***h did now" Logan shouts down the phone to me.

"Oh, I'm sure it's something insane she had Summers front room window put through this morning followed by a flower delivery with a threatening note. So whatever it is surely can't be as bad as that" I say.

"What the hell! God I want 50% of the family business let ya dad know we will take it down together! She just slashed all the tires on my car half hour ago! All caught on camera" he says angry.

"Wow she certainly has a screw lose and I look forward to doing business with you" I say smiling.

"Where are you it sounds noisy?" Logan questions

"Oh, shopping just loading the trolley before we go back to the apartment." I say

"We as in you Summer and Skylar?" Says logan.

"Of course, her parents are there with Ryan and my mum plus Lisa as she didn't want to come Shopping." I say.

"Oh sounds like your place is busy then but after this morning, I don't blame Summer not wanting to stay at the house, just don't forget that Shan knows where you live also" he says.

"You still have my spare key?" I ask suddenly remembering he has one set and I hope that crazy women hasn't got a set suddenly.

"Yeah it's in the draw at mine I can check tonight when I get home though for you" logan says

"Okay, please do, I need to go Summer is just paying the checkout lady." I say.

"Okay don't forget to tell your dad to expect a call from me in a few hours okay" he hurriedly says.

"I won't don't worry, speak to you later" I say before hanging up.

"Sorry I spent £158.32p" Summer says.

"Really that's barely anything, you take Skylar" I say taking over the trolley.

"Okay can we stop by Costa, I really want one of there hot chocolates" summer asks with pleading eyes.

"If that's what you want then that's what we will do." I say. After all if a hot chocolate will help summer feel happier after the whirlwind few weeks she has been through then it's nothing to much I think to myself as we make our way to the car.

SUMMERS POV

After getting my hot chocolate we headed back to the apartment, it feels weird coming back here again that I actually feel a little nervous as we walk through the door.

"My queen is home" says Ryan.

"Oh my king did you miss me" I say running to give Ryan a hug.

"Of course I did how are you holding up?" Ryan asks hugging me back.

I just give him a look that says I will tell you later.

"Oh we will talk" he says kissing my cheek.

"Want a drink?" Karen asks.

"No I'm good thanks, I've just had a hot chocolate on the way back, I've literally just finished it" I say waving my empty cup in the air.

"That's good then" Karen says.

"Where's Lisa?" I ask seeing my parents but no Lisa

"Oh she left to finish some assignment" Ryan says as I take a seat on the sofa.

"Okay I'm going to leave Skylar here" Sean says placing her in front of me.

"Okay, mum are you and dad unpacked?" I ask.

"Yeah, and we helped finish sorting Skylar stuff as well. Your things are over there by the the hallway" my mum says.

"Okay thanks." I say.

"Kenny and Ryan would you mind helping me bring the shopping up please Summer went a little crazy." Sean says.

"You said to buy whatever I wanted." I say.

"Well you asked for it then" Karen says laughing.

"Yeah us women will shop until we drop no matter what type of shopping of told so" my mum says.

"Ryan when you come back come find me in the bedroom I'm gonna go start unpack my things" I say.

"Of course my queen" he says heading out the door.

"Mum, Karen how about I leave you both on nanny dutys?" I ask.

"Don't worry Skylar will be fine with us Karen" says shooing her arms indictating for me to go unpack.

"Okay thankyou, Everything that's needed is in the nappy changing bag." I say.

"I know honey" my mum says laughing.

"Don't worry your a room away if we need you" Karen says also laughing at me.

"I know, I was just letting you know where it is" I say going to grab the suitcases and taking it in the bedroom.

I've barely started unpacking when I hear, "my queen now it's just me and you tell me what's going on?" Ryan says walking in towards the suitcase to help me with the unpacking.

"Well you know everything with that crazy physco! That's pretty crazy stuff, but what would you say if I said I decided to give Sean one last chance last night?" I ask nervously.

"I'd say that if he messes up I'm running away with you next time! We can have a shot gun wedding in Las Vegas and have Skylar as our flower girl, that show him if he screws up again! But I've spoken with Sean and I don't think he will cheat again. As much as I'm pissed he did that Ive seen how he has been effected by his own stupid ass to! But still you shouldn't make it easy for him" Ryan Says hanging up some of my clothes.

"Oh, I'm not he has to earn my trust back still, plus I've told him the wedding is still off and if I can't seem to get over things I will end it for my own being. I also informed him he ever cheats again he loses me for good not just as a partner as a friend also" I say with a hand on my hip and a frown on my face.

"Oh, I like them terms but you know no matter what weather he is my brother or not your always be my queen, my one and only and I have your back no matter what" Ryan says as he gives me a hug. I hug Ryan back.

"I know your always be my king also, now tell me what do you make of this Shan situation?" I ask.

"Oh, baby cheeks I wanna b***h slap her into the next decade! Wait till I see her I'm gonna have her for sure messing with you and Skylar!" He says with serious eyes.

"You know when you look serious you look just like your brother and dad" I say laughing.

"Hmm, come on how about we go raid the freezer, I think ice cream is calling us we can finish unpacking later most of its done now anyway" Ryan says.

"I like your thinking" I say linking arms with Ryan to go get our ice cream.
