Marshall experienced impatience throughout the entire day. After eating lunch with Katherine, this emotion has been lingering. He lacked the mental capacity to even peruse the company's data. Occasionally, the final desire of his grandfather would suddenly cross his mind. He informed Marshall that he had to look after Katherine well. He divorced her despite his vow to him. Marshall gave a slight sigh. He had no regrets about getting divorced. From the moment he tied the knot, this was what he wanted. Katherine's marriage was never his intention. He still felt bad for his grandfather, though. Marshall was considerably more depressed after consuming more alcohol. He simply had an odd feeling within that he can't quite put his finger on. His thoughts were becoming disorganized, and in some way, Katherine came to mind. He was not remembering how they had split up today. He was remembering all the pictures of her under him, strangely enough. With haste, Marshall closed his eyes and felt his perspiration seeping from his brow. He had a good idea of what in the world was going on with him. Martin was also experiencing an erection. "Why not go somewhere else?" he asked, stroking the escort lady's hand next to her. Gradually opening his eyes, Marshall said, "Yes." Marshall was feeling quite embarrassed, yet he could still act like a cool guy. Following a breath of fresh air outside. After that, he texted his driver to come get him. With a female in his arms, Martin was leading the way and singing a little. Once they exit the business area, they must walk past the open dance floor. It was starting to become the evening's high point. The professional dance girls all began taking off their clothes. The bar was jumping with yells and cries. With growing excitement, Martin chuckled, saying, "Well, what a great scene." Marshall saw Martin and followed him into the dance floor. But all of a sudden, he saw a gorgeous woman making out with a male. It was some time before he recognized Katherine. She appeared to be a new person and had a completely different style of attire than before. Marshall halted, gazing at her for a long moment. However, Katherine was truly high and was not even aware of Marshall's presence. The man seated across from Katherine noticed that she was starting to feel a little lightheaded and asked, "You drunk?" instead of leaving, Katherine said, grinning, "No." She was not intoxicated because she can still remember something. "Well, should I bring you somewhere and help you sober up?" the man asked after placing his hands on Katherine's lap. Katherine studied his face and stared at his hands for a long time. She shook her head then and said, "You are no match for him." This guy is not even close to Marshall in comparison. After what she experienced with Marshall, she was really doubting her ability to ever fall in love with another man. He lifted his hand and wanted to touch her face, "Let's go to somewhere else. I will make you high tonight." But someone grabbed his hands before he can even touch her. Katherine vaguely heard Marshall's voice. "You shouldn't get drunk alone in a bar." She heard him saying. Katherine looked up slowly and felt a bit light-headed. The views before her were getting all blurred, but still, she saw Marshall's face which was as indifferent as ever with some taunting. Katherine was unable to recall how Marshall had escorted her out of the bar. Her puke caused her recollection to suddenly well up. She felt completely sober and rejuvenated. She was handed a glass of water by someone standing next to her; she took it, gargled, and said, "God, I feels so much better now." Standing next her, Marshall unbuttoned his collar, eased it up, and started a cigarette. He spoke softly. "Get in right now if you feel better, I'm leaving."His restlessness had subsided due to the refreshing night wind. He was still a little uneasy, though. His voice completely frightened Katherine off. She leaped from the chair. Marshall? What brings you here?" With a scowl, Marshall took a drag. "That guy. If it weren't for me, he would be f*****g you right now." Katherine stood up slowly, turned around, and saw that she was in her apartment. She looked intently at Marshall. "So you also attended the bar? You removed me from that area?" Marshall said nothing. “Katherine should be sent home..” Marshall told the driver. The driver was unsure of how to get her into the car after realizing how inebriated she was. Marshall could therefore simply drive her home. Katherine was experiencing distress once more. Just as she had predicted, he did rejoice over the divorce. Her temper boiled over and the booze began to take effect. She abruptly grinned, moved cautiously in Marshall's direction, and leaned her body against him. "What? Want to have a little fun too? Having grasped the essence, Marshall looked directly into her eyes. "Too?" Katherine looked attractive with her makeup and grin. Marshall was wearing a white shirt and pants after taking off his coat. With a flirty voice, Katherine reached out and snagged Marshall's belt, showing off her audacity like never before. "You ruined my fling, you have to make it up." As she took the tucked shirt off, she said. Marshall snatched up her fumbling hands quickly, his gaze narrowing. The alcohol was starting to get to work on his thinking. The chilly breeze has caused the fire inside to become less intense, but it is now blazing even more furiously. His gaze remained fixed on Katherine as he inhaled deeply. "Katherine, Do you know what you're doing?" "I know," Katherine chuckled, "don't you?" Marshall paused, and then a small smile appeared on his face. Grasping Katherine's chin with one hand, he extinguished the cigarette and tossed it on the ground. "You wanna have a one-night-stand at the bar?" Gazing closely at Marshall, Katherine was overwhelmed with resentful resentment once more. She had been in love with this man for a very long time. But despite their marriage, she continued to lose him. She stood on her toes and carelessly kissed Marshall's lips. "What else could it be?" As soon as she was done, Marshall moved. Leaning forward, he raised Katherine arms. "Great then," he replied, "you brought this on yourself." Katherine said, "Ah," and encircled Marshall's neck with her arms. Marshall strolled over to the residence. He had to use the fingerprint scanner in order to get in. Fortunately, Katherine's print was still visible on the access control system. Marshall held Katherine while using one hand to unlock the door, then he confidently went into the room. Katherine staggered toward the bedroom, her mind rapidly going blank. How she and Marshall entered the room was unclear to her. However, she turned her back on Marshall just as he was about to make a move on her. “Marshall, did you really betray me?” It was a question she had long wanted to ask but had been afraid to. Marshall was flat on his back, his speech raspy and his eyes dark. "No." The sound of it satisfied Katherine. She lunged towards Marshall. She is new to this, though. She grudgingly hummed. Now, she was at a loss for what to do. Luckily, Marshall established himself quickly. But today was the day of their divorce. Was this the proper course of action? Regardless, they were unable to stop. After drinking, Katherine nodded out abruptly and consciousness. However, Marshall was still awake. with a trace of weariness, he turned to face the ceiling and peered at it in the dark. After quite some time, Katherine turned over and felt someone around like she always did. Still comfortably asleep, she squirmed toward Marshall after sensing him and gave him a hug. Marshall scowled but remained motionless. After shoving Katherine away for a moment, he stood up and took his phone out of his coat pocket. He gave Peter a call. He started talking as soon as the phone was connected. "Look into Martin, see if he mixed something into the wine that he brought to the bar today."
