Chapter 13: Theft

Yuri put the food plate on the tray, then took it to the living room, where Chan was waiting for her.   "I'll get you a drink," Yuri said.   "Is there anything I need to help?" Chan asked, offering.   Yuri shook her head with a smile, then hurried away to get the glass. When she was about to return to the living room, Yuri's eyes caught something odd. The light in Rosalia's room was on. Yuri frowned while thinking.   It seemed like when leaving for work, Yuri used to make sure all lights had been turned off. After all, she hadn't been to Rosalia's room in more than a week ago. Was it the electric short circuit?   Yuri reached into her pocket and took Rosalia's room key. She approached the door to open the lock. But when Yuri pressed the door handle, she realized that the door was unlocked.   How could it be?   A sudden chill pierced the surface of Yuri's skin until she shivered.   Robber? What if the robber was still in the room?   Yuri trembled slowly backward. Her hands went limp and the glass she had originally held fell and shattered into pieces.   PRANG!   Hearing the sound of the glass breaking, Chan immediately moved from the couch and went inside, looking for Yuri.   "Ouch!" Yuri gave a painful cry.   Chan found Yuri crouched down to pick up broken glass with a trembling body. Her hand was bleeding a little from exposure to glass flakes. Yuri grimaced in pain.   "Yuri, your hand," Chan said while holding Yuri's hand. He pulled out the small glass flake in Yuri's hand and put Yuri's finger in his mouth. Chan slowly sucked blood on Yuri's finger, and licked Yuri's wound gently with his tongue, sucking Yuri's finger in his mouth with his eyes closed.   Yuri's heart fluttered. Her cheeks flushed because she felt a tickling sensation on her finger because of Chan's tongue.   "Chan, let go. Chan ..." Yuri said softly. Her heart was pounding. Chan's handsome face looked so sexy and charming in Yuri's eyes. What strange feeling was felt all over her body?   Why did the sensation of Chan's tongue on Yuri's fingers cause Yuri's entire body to tremble for more? Yuri felt this feeling for the first time in her life. It was suddenly like time stopped ticking and the man before her was the master of her heart.   Chan opened his eyes with a mischievous smile. He gently stroked Yuri's cheek, leaving a thrilling sensation on the smooth surface of Yuri's skin.   "Does it not hurt? Let me sweep this broken glass for you," Chan whispered deliberately in Yuri's ear. His voice sounded tempting in Yuri's ear.   Yuri nodded. She stood up, then went to get a broom and dustpan to clean the broken glass. Chan swept the broken glass carefully.   Yuri still froze beside Chan while watching him sweep. Her mind for a moment suddenly blank and only a touch of Chan was still imprinted on her fingers.   "Why did the glass break, Yuri?" Chan asked softly.   Yuri suddenly remembered something very important.   "Ah, that! Chan, I'm so scared!" Yuri whispered softly. Unconsciously she clung to Chan's arm and held it tight.   "Why did you scare?" Chan asked softly. He let Yuri hold his perfectly formed muscular arm.   "Chan, I suspect there is a thief. Lest the thief is still in the room," Yuri whispered softly in Chan's ear.   "Which room?" whispered Chan with a cautious look.   "That one ..." Yuri said restrained.   "Are you sure your family member didn't come?" Chan asked sure.   Yuri shook her head. "That's Rosalia's room. My sister already passed away. If she comes, it means the house is haunted. I'm getting more scared."   "No, definitely not a ghost," Chan said soothingly.   "The door is unlocked and the light is on. I haven't entered the room in more than a week ago," Yuri whispered fearfully.   "Do you have something that can be used as a weapon?" whispered Chan.   Yuri nodded. "I think there is an anti-cockroach insecticide that can be used," Yuri whispered.   "Good, protect yourself with that. I'll go first," Chan said.   "But, thieves aren't cockroaches, Chan? Can you make the thief pass out with insecticide?" Yuri asked innocently.   "Spray the eyes to beat them!" Chan said with a restrained laugh.   "Oh, okay. I got it. Be careful, Chan!" Yuri whispered.   Chan approached the room and put his ear to the door. There was no sound in the room. Chan took a breath. On the count of three, he opened the door and kicked it suddenly.   There was no one in the room. The side window was wide open and the lock was broken. The room was very messy. It seemed, there was a burglar who entered the room. Things scattered abysmally. Probably, the thieves just ran off in a hurry when Yuri and Chan arrived. Because of that, they seemed to forget turning off the lights.   "Yuri, it's safe! The thief is gone!" exclaimed Chan.   Hearing Chan's call, Yuri hurried into the room. She was surprised to see Rosalia's ravaged room.   "Please try to check, what items are missing?" Chan asked Yuri.   Yuri nodded and immediately checked the items in the room. Meanwhile, Chan stepped closer to the window. Obviously, the thief slipped out of the side window, then ran off by climbing the wall to the next-door neighbor and coming out of there.   "Is a valuable item missing?" Chan asked.   "No, nothing. My sister's foreign currency deposit is still intact. My sister's gold is also still here, not taken," Yuri said, checking the desk drawer. She thought hard.   Why isn't this money and gold taken? What exactly is the thief looking for?   Don't tell me ... Yuri's face has turned pale!   Yuri ran hurriedly to the edge of the bed.   "Chan, help me push this bed up to the wall," Yuri pleaded a little panicked.   Rosalia's bed was barely attached to the floor, so it didn't have a bed underneath for people to hide.   Without asking, Chan helped Yuri push the bed against the wall. The floor in Rosalia's room was made of parquet. One parquet could be pushed and there was a secret storage box in it.   Yuri opened the box and breathed a sigh of relief. Her eyes filled with tears.   "Thank God! It's still here..." said Yuri sobbing with a limp body.   "Yuri ..."   "But ... what if the thief comes again ... I'm scared ... Chan, I'm really scared ..."   "Shh ... Yuri ... calm down ..." Chan said while crouching in front of Yuri.   The girl sobbed harder and trembling.   "Yuri ... calm down ... I’m here for you ..." Chan whispered softly.   Chan gently stroked Yuri's hair then kissed Yuri's lips gently. Chan's lips felt soft and soothing. Yuri received it comfortably. Tears still flowed on her cheeks.   "Shh ... don't be afraid of Yuri ..."   Chan spontaneously hugged Yuri's body to calm her down. He stroked Yuri's back to being calmer. They hugged long enough. Chan let Yuri cry to release her emotions.   After Yuri's tears subsided, Chan just let go of his arms from Yuri. He looked at Yuri with a smile as he pressed the tip of his nose to Yuri's nose at a glance.   Yuri's face turned red. She couldn't look at Chan's eyes directly. Chan smiled at Yuri who had a shy expression. Her face was very cute.   Chan lifted Yuri's chin with the gentle touch of his fingers, then kissed Yuri's forehead. He pressed his forehead against Yuri's forehead so that inevitably Yuri was forced to look into his eyes.   Chan looked at Yuri while smiling mischievously.   "Have you calmed down? Do you want to tell me what is going on?" Chan asked softly.   Yuri nodded slowly. Chan embraced Yuri in his arms, and put Yuri on his lap, facing Rosalia's secret hole.   Chan hugged Yuri from behind and whispered with his lips pressed against Yuri's earlobe.   Yuri earlobe felt hot.   "So? What's your secret, Yuri?" whispered Chan in his sexy voice. He kissed Yuri's neck gently.   Yuri's body responded with subtle vibrations throughout her body surface. Chan smiled with satisfaction as Yuri's body was excited to receive a touch from him.
