"No. I don't like this colour that much Mummy" Riona eyed distastefully while staring at the purple colored V neck long gown her mother was holding in her palm.
Sanyukta sighed for what seemed like the umpteenth time. It was from past fifteen minutes that she was showing her daughter the gowns she owned and had in her closet. Her daughter seemed very picky just like her father. Sanyukta shut her eyes tightly at that.
Don't...don't even think about that man. You cannot let your day get ruined because of him.
Riona winced when she felt the sting in her foot so she quickly glanced back at her feet and twisted her mouth in a sad smile.
She was still healing from the pain and there was no chance that her mother was taking her to the party. And she hated that part. Though she very much liked to attend the party she was not allowed now so she was here in her mother's room selecting the gown for the evening.
"How about this one?" Sanyukta said excitedly picking the peach colored gown A line gown one side shoulder chiffon with flowers and near the waist there was a chain of fine studs lined up for the elegant look. Riona stared at the gown and gasped, looking at the pretty gown. It would suit her mother so much but then she felt also that she should have own like that.
"It is so pretty mum, just like you. You should wear that.
" Riona said touching the gown with her tiny hands. The soft fabric of the gown against her cold palm made her tickle.
Sanyukta smiled, walking towards her daughter but after keeping the gown aside and she bent down and kissed her daughter on her forehead to which she teasingly huffed and wiped away. Sanyukta rolled her eyes at that before heading to change her clothes.
Sanyukta was going to be the Chairman of all the branches of Morello. She had a huge responsibility to hold to. Tonight as her uncle promised she was going to meet some young businessman. She just hope her uncle was not trying to do some matchmaking here unlike the last time.
She remembered the last office party very well where Oliver tried to do matchmaking between her and that heir of Wilson Constructions. It was embarrassing.
He was good looking no doubt but he did not ignite the fire, passion just like he-whose-name-should-not-be-taken.
Sanyukta smiled at the memory where Brad Wilson, that guy's name was boring as well. He squirmed at her death glare she was giving Oliver when he left them both alone for some talking. Holding the dress in front of the mirror she looked at herself in the mirror and noticed the difference.
She changed a lot. Her hair were long, reaching up to the the waist and dark brown with curls at the end. She had the curves in all right places, surely pregnancy did add some good effect. She was looking exactly like those models she wanted to become to impress him and make him want her more.
Wrong time for that thought now!

Oliver observed Aryan carefully, he was tensed about something the creases on his forehead were clearly the sign from the look on his face.
He didn't want to pry not that he didn't care about him but he just didn't fit right with his niece, now his daughter. Though Aryan knew Sanyukta from long time and he was her first friend here he had some vibes. The vibes that made Oliver uncomfortable to ask him to marry Sanyukta. He just felt a bit off about him for some reason.
Though Aryan liked spending time with Riona, she was not very much fond of him. She told Oliver that he looked like some villain with that black suits and blazzer Aryan wears. He was glad that Riona didn't state her opinion to Sanyukta because Sanyukta thought Aryan as his true friend. Riona was sensitive enough to not complain about that to her mother because.
Suddenly Oliver heard the clinking footsteps from the staircase behind him to which he and also Aryan's attention towards the staircase. Riona was squirming in Martha arm's, the house keeper and was trying to walk away. As Riona was unable to walk so Sanyukta asked Martha to personally carry her everywhere as a punishment and also she could avoid her from getting into trouble.
Riona was actually very small for a seven year child, she was the perfect resemblance of a five year girl but only until her mouth is shut. She was also such a dramatic girl and also blabbering queen, she could for hours and hours without getting tired. Also she had this special charm that would make any person go on his knees for doing her work.
"Magnifico! Bellimiso! Ora che é come un abito da principessa (Magnificent! Gorgeous! Now that's how a princess dress up)" Oliver said smiling proudly at his niece. She was looking gorgeous in that gown, she looked like that if the sophisticated models. She had her hair pinned in an famous bun, there was no trace of any heavy powder on her face. She was a natural beauty, her lips were painted in pink to match her dress and she the pair of studded diamond long earrings that Oliver gifted for her birthday last year. She also wore a simple diamond bracelet she got from her mother at the time of her high school graduation. She had a clutch along with her which contained her necessities."Thank you Uncle Liv" Sanyukta replied smiling and gave him a quick hug before walking towards Aryan who stared at her with open mouth. She was going to be every man's desire out there.
"Umm...Aryan what do you think?" Sanyukta asked embarrassed at his reaction towards her, she wanted to fill in that moment so she blurted out the first thing that came out of her mouth. Oliver turned back to Riona who was busy whispering in the ear of the Martha.
"Huh..I think you look gorgeous" Aryan said smiling at her. He noted that she had to stay very close to her tonight or someone was surely going to steal her away from him. Little did he know he was protecting something that was already branded.

Randhir glanced around the party hall more like it was an lawn, a open area. He felt some sort of weird feeling in the pit of his stomach. Maybe if was the open area or was it the huge crowd of people. But he wasn't the type of person to get lost in the mob. He could tell that Oliver had made some pretty good friends and companions. There were lots of men from Italy. The whole lawn was mingled with the people of different countries. He was amazed by the follow of this single person. Just as he was about to walk towards the bar he felt a hand in his shoulder.
He turned back and his face transformed into a smile seeing Oliver in the suit. It was a suit Randhir's dad had specially gifted him on Thanksgiving two years ago. It had special tie along which was craved into Oliver's intials.
"I hope this mob is not scaring you, is it?" Oliver asked looking around the crowd which seemed like more than three hundred people. Most of them were his employees from the different hotels while others were his business companions and his business partners. He was searching for his friend, Harsh but he knew that he was busy attending the Paris Fashion gala.
"Nah! I don't think these people can scare me" Randhir answered confidently. Oliver gave him a small smile observing him carefully. He could see that something was going wrong with him yet he was covering that up.
"Aha well I am happy you are here to attend this event. I got some deal with you young man." Oliver said taking a glance once more around. He wanted to introduce Sanyukta to Randhir before they go on a stage for a speech. He had prepared himself to hear some praises and whole long speeches.
"Yeah I am pleased to be here." Randhir murmured distinctively as his gaze fell upon a certain beauty who had his back towards him. Her milk white skin was visible to him. She was talking to some group. He heard clearing of a throat so he shifted his attention back to Oliver.
"Let me introduce you to my niece." Oliver said walking towards that small group. Randhir's heartbeat was increasing as he got closer to that peach dress beauty. His palms were getting sweaty.
Sanyukta was busy talking with the group of staff of the Italy holdings, she knew them too well. She had been to Italy a man times and stayed in the hotel there. As she was busy conversing with them she felt someone's presence towards her.
"Excuse me ladies. May I steal my daughter for few minutes?" Oliver said standing beside Sanyukta while Randhir was exactly behind Oliver by two steps. He had still not noticed the niece Oliver was praising so much about. The staff ladies excused away after giving Sanyukta a small wave.
"Sanyukta honey I want you to meet my best friends son. Here" Oliver turned Sanyukta around where Randhir stood.
Sanyukta gasped looking at him while Randhir stood there frozen. He had not expected Sanyukta to be Oliver Morello's niece. He looked at her she had changed but in a good way. She had developed curves at the right places. Her plump lips were parted in surprise which made him water to r****h to see plump lips. Her eyes pupils dilated with shock. Her hair was tied in a bun which gave a view of her long slender milky white neck. Her heels made her look taller than she was but his height was still more than her. He stifled a groan she was still beautiful, she still evoked the same desire in him as she doesn't eight years ago. You need to control your desire, you're not a teenager anymore. He scolded himself but damn it was hard to control around her.
Sanyukta couldn't intro the gasp of surprise more of a shock. What could be a possibility? Randhir being Oliver's best friends son. She tried not to get intimated by him though he towered over her by few centimeters. He was tall more than he was before yeah only because she had seen him after eight years. His eyebrows were knitted together as far he was thinking something deeply. Is nose was pointed and his black emerald eyes clashed with hers. She could other tell anything from those black eyes. He was looking like a Calvin Klein model, fresh out of the shower. His face was not shaved which made her want to lick his stubble jaw. She was angry at her thoughts, she should not think of him in this way, he should not give her goosebumps or make her clench with desire at least not after their last encounter. At least not after eight long years.
Oliver keenly observed the exchange between them, he thought that they knew each other. He decided to break the silence sizzling in between them.
"Sanyukta this is Randhir, my best friends son. We are having a deal with his company, I told you remember?" Oliver said turning his head towards his niece who was now in discomfort.
Sanyukta tried to think of this deal, she did hear from her uncle that there was a deal signed in between him and his best friend to build a five star restaurant in Goa. She didn't knew that she had to work with this devil now. She just hoped that further God is on her side.
