C44- Muffy Was Murdered

Elliot's POV

I sigh when I went out of the bedroom of grandma. I go straight to my bedroom. When I am inside I go to my bathroom, fill it with warm water, Himalayan pink salt, and lavender foam. I strip off my clothes after done my bathtub. I soak on it. I feel relaxed. I close my eyes. My mind travel back to the scene tonight before Allyson came back home.

" Guardian Elliot, " I am watching the news in the theatre room when butler comes in hurriedly. I look in a haste to the butler's direction.

"Yes, Butler Ulfred. Why you are in hurry? What happened?" I said. He is panting.

"The twins. They are looking for their friend Colton and now they are looking at them in the whole castle because no one knows where Colton is." Butler Ulfred says. I was stunned. Seems what I heard was hard to sink in my mind. He anxiously looks at me and continues to report.

"I am frightened that they might accidentally know our secret. And at this moment, they might stumble in the three forbidden corridors. I'm afraid so that this is their real intention." His hands keep moving each other, Butler Ulfred does this every time he is being nervous. When I heard him, I feel my adrenalin rush in. I turn to my lycan form and run fast outside the theatre to follow the twins in the three forbidden doors.

I smell their scent when I am near the three forbidden corridors.

"F**k! These stubborn werewolves!" I said in my mind. I growl. I sniff the air to locate them specifically. They are passed at the three forbidden corridors. This is bad! I heard them. I turn to human and rush in. My eyes grow wild when they are looking down the arch vines and flowers that are designed at the door. Alex will touch the protruding leaf on the intricate design when my voice echoed.

"Why are you here?" I ask. The two startled. They turned around and look at me.

"Oh, we are looking for Colton and Allyson for hours, and we lost our way," Alex said.

"Yes. This castle is so big! We end up here searching for a way out." Lex explain.

"That is not the way out," I said not smiling and I look them indifferently. The two remained quiet and glance at each other.

"You two come with me. This is the way out." I took the center corridor. They follow me.

"Colton and Allyson are in town city. They will come back anytime now." I continued walking without looking at them at the back. As my body emits a dangerous aura that the twin senses it and heard them gulp.

"Ah, Elliot. Are you mad at us that we lost our way to that puzzling corridor?" Lex said. I stop and the twin stop walking, both their hearts beat faster. Thud. Thud. Thud. They are nervous. Yes, they should be nervous. I am holding myself to kill them. I just remind myself that they are my King's friends and maybe they are telling the truth.

"Next time you go around, make sure you have an escort. That place is forbidden. It's good the two of you are still alive or else you are dead meat." I said seriously with piercing eyes.

"Oh," they both said in unison.

"From now on, avoid these three puzzle corridors as you called if you know the best for you or if you want to stay alive," I said in danger tone. Then I turn around to continue walking our way out.

We make our way out to the entrance hall. When the entrance door opens, the two, Colton and Allyson enter.

"Hey, Colton. Where did you go we are looking for you for hours!" Lex said.

"Oh, we go to headquarters at town city to pass my transfer."

"Oh, why didn't you tell us a while ago so we didn't lose our way to that forbidden corridor," Alex said in frustration.

"What? What forbidden corridors?" Colton asks curiously.

"Let us go to the dining hall now to have our dinner." I cut Colton and look at the twins with my piercing eyes. The twin gets my message and shuts their mouth.

"What happened?" Allyson asked.

"Nothing," I said indifferently. Allyson sigh deeply. He knows what I mean.

"Ok, guys let us go to the dining hall and eat," Allyson said cheerfully to make the mood light. Back to Earth, Elliot! Bardulf called me. Bardulf, why? What happened? I asked him. The crystals are moving, quickly. Hurry! Somebody at the forbidden corridor! He shouts. I immediately get out from the bathtub, quickly turn to my lycan form and hold my clothes by my mouth. I run fast like a bullet to the secret room where the magic crystals are hidden.

When I am inside the crystal room I hurriedly put on my clothes while checking all crystals that floating in the air. The room is dark only the crystals floating in the air have lights and the golden dust that surrounds them. It looks like a giant galaxy in the room. I gasp when the purple crystal is glowing brightly. s**t! Somebody is in the front of Tantum Regiorum et Fidelium Intrare Possunt door! I gasp, I will turn back around when it shakes. Geeze! This is bad. The door was open, Bardulf! How come?! I said to my lycan. Let's get hurry! Use the secret door to go there fast! Bardulf said. That makes sense, friend. I said calling the gold dust in the air that surrounds the crystals at the center.

"Come here, my little guard," I command one. The little dust of gold comes over to my palm and it turns into a gold firefly.

"Please, bring me to the main hall. What happened there?" The firefly makes a cute sound. Then slowly he releases a beam of light; from little light to brighter light until the light of gold eats me.

I appeared at the center of the three forbidden corridors. I was shocked by the scenario that greets me.

"Muffy!" I cried out loud. Calling my

grandfather's Basilisk was murdered. I put his head on my lap and cried.

"Who did this to you?" I ask between my sobs and anger. His eyes were dug and his neck was slit. s**t! Intruders. Bardulf said. I stop crying. I have suspicions about who might be the intruders. I sniff. I stand and walk towards the end of the tunnel. my eyes glowing with anger.
