Chapter 2 Her Children Died at Birth

Lynnsey gasped in pain. She held her breath to look down and lift her blood-stained dress, and then she saw two babies. They were both covered in blood and crying loudly while clenching their tiny fists.
They were twins.
Lynnsey had no time to joy, because they suddenly stopped crying, and their small faces turned blue and purple.
"Don't be afraid, my babies. Mommy is here."
Lynnsey felt her heart clenched, and she tried to crawl over to hug her babies. However, someone stepped on the back of her hand hard and sneered.
"Congratulations, Lynn. You have twins."
Amber said coldly as she sized the newborn babies up and down. "Unlucky for you, these two bastards only lived for a few seconds."
"Shut up! They are still alive!"
Lynnsey felt her heart broken. She reached out to touch her babies and tried to pat their little butts. However, a servant came over and picked up both babies on the ground with a cold face.
"Ms. Amber, what should we do with these two stillborn babies?"
Amber didn't give a damn about these two babies at all. But she would be glad to see Lynnsey's sad face if her dear sister knew her babies were dead.
It would be the same for Amber to let them live. Because Lynnsey could never get herself cleaned when she had these two bastard sons anymore.
When Amber fixed her eyes on the two babies, she frowned.
This pair of twins looked exactly the same. Due to long-term malnutrition, their small faces were thin and skinny. But somehow, the lines of their faces reminded her of Ray Morgado, the man who controlled East Plergant city.
A guess occurred to Amber, and she quickly remembered that the day after Lynnsey's accident, the Morgado family started to look for a certain woman all over the city.
Could it be that Ray was the man who was sleeping with this b***h that night?
Jeez! Amber's eyes widened in shock and she couldn't even know what to say.
"I'm your sister, Amber! Please send them to the hospital! They are still alive! The doctors will definitely be able to save them!" Lynnsey grabbed Amber's clothes and begged her in a hoarse voice, "I will give you whatever you want! The shares, the heir of the Bridge family... Amber, as long as you save them, I will give you everything!"
Amber came back to her senses and kicked Lynnsey away. "They are all dead. What's the point of sending them to the hospital?" She then told the servant, "Take them out and bury them in the wild. Remember, let no one see you."
"No!"
Lynnsey was astonished and hurriedly tried to crawl out.
But Amber kicked her aside again and said, "You just gave birth, Lynnsey. You should take a good rest now. Look at you. You are still bleeding. Dad won't send you to the hospital if anything happens to you. You should take good care of yourself, sister."
After that, Amber left with the others and slammed the iron door shut.
"No! Amber! Amber! Don't do this to me! Give me back my babies..." Lynnsey grabbed the railing of the iron gate, roaring like crazy.
Her eyes were bloodshot with endless resentment and hatred. She was angry about the betrayal of her own sister.
If her babies were really dead, Amber had to take responsibility for that!
Maybe it was because the hatred in her eyes was too thick, Amber shuddered slightly when she met Lynnsey's glare.
Even the animals would take revenge when their cubs were killed. If Lynnsey survived this time, she would definitely go against Amber in the future.
Moreover, Lynnsey still had the shares of Bridge Group. If Ray Morgado knew that Lynnsey had given birth to their children and turned to support her, then everything Amber planned for long would be in vain.
At the thought of this, Amber turned to tell Paul, "Paul, we will have some distinguished guests coming these few days. I think you should go back to the front yard to do your job."
Now that Lynnsey learned her babies were dead, she was suffering both physically and mentally and probably would have a massive hemorrhage soon, which meant that she would be dead as well.
Amber thought to herself, "I didn't want to kill you, Lynn. But you shouldn't have slept with the most powerful man in East Plergant. You left me no choice."
She then locked the iron door with a huge lock. When she reached the door, the servant came back in a hurry and said, "Ms. Amber, those babies are not dead. They started crying again. What should we do now?"
Amber was surprised. These two bastards were so lucky. They actually still survived.
If the twins were Ray's sons, they would be the only grandchildren of the Morgado family, which would make Lynnsey the most powerful woman in East Plergant.
Therefore, she must not let Lynnsey live. She had to do something about it.
Amber took the two babies and said coldly, "No one else can know what happened tonight. Otherwise, you know the consequences."
The servant knew what she meant and nodded quickly.
Gradually, the smell of blood in the warehouse got stronger and stronger.
