I was avoiding her. It was stupid, childish, but still the same I was avoiding her. I couldn’t understand what my problem was. Every time I saw Danny near her, touching her, it set the fire in me soring, burning through every thought and feeling, and leaving me with nothing but anger. Why did it make me so angry? Was it because she was promised to my brother? No, I couldn’t stand Jaxx, so why would I care?
