I tried as much as I could not to allow my nervousness to show. I wasn’t supposed to be that way in the first place. I had passed that stage of feeling little in front of my brother. But then, I knew I had committed a mistake, I would have to take in whatever Eric might throw my way. He hasn’t stopped mocking and insulting me for what I did to his daughter. So far, I knew having a one-on-one conversation would fix everything but he hadn’t been giving me the chance. And now I got a call from him that he wants me to come over to his house. I had work to do at the office, but I postponed it. Just so I would come and was hoping to use the opportunity to set things straight.
