Chapter Four - The Bad Boy wants a kiss eww

Taylor’s P.O.V

It was now seven p.m and the party was still in full swing. It had been a really good day. Thankfully Nate had stayed out of my way. He and Sarah disappeared for a while so I can only imagine what they were doing.

“I am gonna go grab a hoodie, it’s getting cooler now. Be back soon.” I said to Carter who was chatting to my other cousin Matt, she has had a crush on him for like forever so I just left them to it.

I headed into the house, heading upstairs to my bedroom, trying to find my favourite hoodie. As I was raiding through my closet I heard my bedroom door shut over. I turned around, wondering who it was. I was met with Nate standing against my bedroom door, arms folded with that stupid smirk on his face.

“Get out of my room,” I said turning away from him. 

But did he listen? Of course he never. He decided instead he would come closer, sitting on my bed, leaning back on his hands. His eyes watching my every move but I decided to ignore him. What makes him think he has the right to be in my room?

“Can I help you?” I asked turning to face him, hands on my hips, glaring at him.

He never said anything. He stood up and made his way over to me. I went to step back but my back ended up against the wall. Nate used this to his advantage. He pressed himself against me, resting his hands on the wall at each side of my head. 

“Yes, I want a kiss.” He said

“That is never gonna happen. I know where your lips have been and I know where hers has been so that is not gonna happen…like ever.” I said. 

He removed one of his hands from the wall and reached in, stroking my cheek. I found myself swallowing hard when he did that. I am not gonna lie, it felt good even though I know it shouldn’t. He moved in, his lips falling at my ear. 

“Taylor I don’t want her. I want you.” He whispered in my ear causing my full body to shake. 

“Plus, I already had her and it really was nothing exciting. I’ve had better.” He added

And with that, I snapped out of it and pushed him away from me.

“You are disgusting. Stay away from me, Nate.” I snapped.

I went to walk away but he grabbed me, pulling me back around to him. Before I could say a single word his lips fell over mine, kissing me. I froze, not responding at first but the longer his lips were on mine I found myself weaken around him. My heart began racing and I ended up kissing him back. As soon as I did he smirked against my lips and with that I pulled away, pushing at his chest. 

“You had no right doing that,” I shouted at him before storming out of my room, heading back outside. 

I was mad at him…mad at myself. How dare he? How dare he steal my first kiss like that? I hate him. I took a deep breath, calming myself before making my way back over to Carter and she knew straight away that something was up. She excused herself from Matt, grabbing my arm and pulling me away out of everyone’s way. 

“Are you ok?” she asked worried

“No he blooming just smacked the lips on me. How dare he?” I hissed

“What? Oh God he stole your first kiss?” she said and I nodded “Taylor I’m sorry. What made him think he had the right to do that? I thought he was hooking up with Sarah?” she asked shaking her head. 

“Cause he is a jackass. They did hook up but apparently, he doesn’t want her. He wants me. Carter, what am I gonna do?” I asked sighing. 

“I honestly don’t know Taylor. Just be careful cause something tells me he is not one for giving up. Can’t believe he stole your first kiss…him of all people.” She said hugging me. 

“Oh don’t worry I be stealing more than that…trust Me.” we heard from behind us. 

OH GOD! He heard all of that? How did we not see him standing there? I felt my entire face flush and I couldn’t bare too look at him. I never even responded to what he said to me. Then I felt him behind me, his hand landing on my hip and he reached into my ear,

“You wouldn’t want it any other way princess. You will come back for more they always do Taylor.” He whispered in my ear, making a shiver shoot straight through my body and then he walked away.

I turned to look at Carter who seemed as shocked as I did with what just happened. I felt someone watching me and when I looked up I found Sarah glaring at me. Great! She seen all that this makes everything ten times worse for me. But her glaring soon stopped when Nate appeared by her side again, kissing her neck. Now she was looking at me, a smug look on her face. Seriously? Does she think that is gonna make me jealous? Cause it really isn't,  she is welcome to him.

“Taylor I think you may be in trouble.” Carter said

“What? I don’t think so.” I said laughing

“Taylor,  I seen the way you went weak when he was close to you. As much as you don’t realise it, you are enjoying his attention.” She said sympathetically. 

“What? I am not. Am I?” I asked worried and she nodded.

“Carter I can’t enjoy this not with someone like him. It would all end in disaster and heartbreak…my heart the one that’s broken. I don’t even trust him, surly I can’t like him if I don’t trust him?” I said

“ I honestly don’t know but just try to stay away from him.” She said. 

“I can dot hat.” I smiled, trying to convince myself more than her.

A girl like me shouldn’t be interested in is someone like him. He is everything that I hate in guys so why is he pulling me in…making me fall under his stupid spell? I am sure it will all pass as quickly as it has come right? I really hope so cause I don’t want or need someone like him in my life. I was hoping Sarah would steal his attention for the rest of the night. I just wanted the night to end so he would go away. I don’t need to worry about him annoying me. Though that was not the case. Even though his hands and lips were all over Sarah his attention was on me. His eyes watching my every move. I don’t think he is gonna give up that easy. Wonder if my parents will let me immigrate to Australia for a year…probably not. Guess will just need to deal with it and hope he gets bored with me eventually.
