"Hello sis. Long time no see." Laura said to me, beaming with smiles, one I couldn't even place if it was genuine or not.
Either way, every emotion I had walked into that study with was gone when I stared into my sister's face. While I was trying to recover from the shock I had just experienced, Laura noticed I wasn't responding, and she took that opportunity to speak more and give me a bit of her mind.
