LAUREEN'S POV The journey to the reception was a quiet one as Tristan refused to speak to a crying me. I wept so much in the car that when we got to the reception ground which was my father's compound I had to be led to my room for a change of dress and a redo of makeup. This time around I wasn't dressed like my sister. I rejected her reception gown and wore the original gown I designed for myself to wear at my sister's supposed wedding.
