Chapter FiveRobert Berg called his boss, Vice President of Human Resources Ted Nelson, who was attending a series of meetings in New York.
Nelson saw the number and pushed a button. “Hi, Bob.”
“Ted, we have a major issue.”
“Okay, lay it on me. I've got about ten minutes before my next meeting.”
“Sarah Willis met with me this morning to report some harassment over a number of months, followed by a r**e while she was on the trip to Seattle.”
“Jesus, that's awful. Does she know who the guy was?”
“Yes, and I hope you're sitting down.”
“Too much build up. Just tell me.”
