Moving to Royalty

Alpha King Milo POV

The next morning I am completely relaxed and not wanting to move away from this heavenly angel. The events of the night before were mind blowing to me. The Moon Goddess truly does fate us with our perfect mate.

After what Camilla told me last night I was mostly just stunned. There is not record of a hybrid that has lived. Grayson feels a new overwhelming sense that we need to protect her at all cost. No one can know about this.

As I get out of the warm and cozy bed I am excited to bring my mate home and it’s me today. I do have two more packs to visit as apart of the new protocol I started but I have informed my Beta Hunter to reschedule the visits another month out so I can get Camilla acclimated to her new home.

Camilla is still sound asleep as I slowly crawl out of the bed trying my best not to wake her. Her hair is all over the place and she is lightly snoring while being sprawled out all over the bed like a snow angel. It’s f—king adorable. I make my way to her bathroom to shower and get dressed for the day.

“We all need to be ready to leave at noon, Alpha.” Hunter mind links me.

“I need you to do me a favor.” I tell him.

“What?”

“Alpha Jack has agreed for me to bring along Camilla’s beloved house staff, Aria. Can you get her ready to go?”

“Anything, for the Luna Queen.” Hunter replies then cutting off the link.

When I’m all done in the bathroom and dressed for the day I come out to find Camilla not in bed anymore. She’s not too far away. I can still sense her near. I go out into the hallway to find her looking through boxes still in her disheveled state making sure her and Aria have packed absolutely everything.

“Angel, I’m sure you have everything packed. Plus, if you forget something we can always come back and get it or have it shipped to us.” I tell her placing my hand on her shoulder. She hears my words but doesn’t reply. Instead, the boxes just start moving throughout the air one by one just using her finger. I’m amazed at what I’m witnessing. Sure, I’ve heard of witches but have no come into contact with one.

Camilla then places the bankers box I carried in here for her yesterday in front of her feet. “Just need to make sure I have everything from mother’s room I want to bring with me.” She says nonchalantly.

“Well, I need to go check on my men and make sure my Beta Hunter is ready as well. See you soon, angel.” I say kissing her cheek.

“See you soon.” She says distracted by the contents of the box.

Camilla POV

We’re leaving in 15 minutes and I feel absolutely unprepared for my new life and new home. I have made sure I brought all the necessary things from mother’s secret room which has reduced my stress level. Jane and Millie has also notified me through mind link that they are ready to go.

It’s going to be hard to say goodbye to Kane and father. I’ve never been outside these pack walls with in my life. First time using magic, first time being mated, first time doing it, and first time for leaving. It’s scary and makes me nervous the more that I think about it. But Celestia is excited and ready to embrace all the changes in our life. She’s the fearless side of me that most people see. Not just regular old Cami.

Milo has just left with the last of my boxes and now I’m just walking around the wing saying goodbye to everything like a mad woman. After I give sincere goodbyes to every little thing I grab my purse and suitcase and make way downstairs to the grand hall.

When I make my appearance down the staircase everyone I love and care for is in the room all waiting for me along with Milo’s men. Kane, Father, and I embrace in a group hug and exchange “see you laters” because they swear they’ll see me soon. I don’t have to say goodbye to Jane and Millie thankfully that would be too much. I go to find Aria but I don’t see her.

“Anyone know where Aria is?” I ask the room. Milo looks at me with a huge smile on his face which is utterly confusing me.

“I’m right here Cami!” Aria says coming down the staircase with multiple bags and luggage.

“I have arranged with your father to have Aria come with us, angel. Surprise!” Milo says hugging me tightly.

“Wow. Thank you Milo and father!” I almost scream running to hug Aria.

“I know. I’m excited too!” Aria says matching my tone.

“Well, now everyone we must leave to make our flight safely on time.” Milo commands the group. I get one last squeeze in with Kane and father and then head to the SUV where Milo is sitting in the driver’s seat. Milo’s beta Hunter grabs my remaining luggage and puts it in the trunk before opening the passenger side door for me and helping me up.

“You’re stealing my spot now. But I guess it’s okay for the future Luna Queen.” Hunter says laughing.

“Thank you. Your mate is very lucky to have you.” I reply. A growl emerges from Milo’s chest when I say that.

“Don’t worry big Alpha. I’m all yours.” I say turning to Milo and putting my hand in his thigh. He immediately smiles and starts driving once Hunter is settled in the back seat with another guard.

We drive for an hour plus before we reach the airport. I was mesmerized by the scenery on the way here. Outside the pack and human towns are beautiful. I hope sure hope Milo’s pack is beautiful too.

When we get to the airport Milo opens the door for me and helps me climb out of the SUV. He leads me to the large jet black airplane that is sitting on the runway waiting for us. When I get inside the airplane it is huge and almost like a little house. There’s couches, a bedroom, televisions, and tables.

Milo leads me to the couch and gestures for me to sit next to him. He puts his arms around my shoulder and I lean my head on his. He turns on the television and turns it to a channel where they are playing Halloween movies. Soon, all the others pile onto the plane. I call for Jane to come sit next to Milo and I while Millie settles elsewhere with her mate.

After 15 more minutes the door to the plane has closed and the flight attendant has instructed everyone to put on tethering seat belts and shows the mandatory safety demonstration. Soon enough we are high in the clouds headed for Tennessee.
