Tennessee

Camilla POV The plane ride there didn’t give me as much anxiety as I could thought it would. I’m strong but I’ve always had my issues with anxiety throughout my life. I love being able to look out the window and see the clouds at eye level. It’s an amazing sight. Watching the clouds must have put me to sleep. When I wake up strong arms are carrying me to another SUV. I his intoxicating scent makes me just want to go back to sleep. I let him place me in the passenger seat before I decide to fully wake up. When I do fully open my eyes I take in the view of all the mountains and trees that surround us. “Welcome to Tennessee, angel. Just another 45 minutes until we’re home.” Milo says hopping into the driver’s seat and turning on the car. “It’s so beautiful.” I tell him grabbing ahold of his free hand. “Just you wait.” He says driving off the runway. All down the windy road more mountains and trees surround the road. After awhile Milo turns down a long road lined with trees that is miles long. After a few minutes the trees clear up a bit and I can see a village in the valley of the mountains. Homes are scattered beyond the village and just ahead up the mountain lies a large house covered in elegant stones and large windows. The house is five times bigger than Silver Moon’s pack house and I don’t think that’s an exaggeration. When we pull up to the large house Milo stops the car and gets out coming over to open my door for me. “Welcome home, love.” He says taking my hand and leading me towards the front door. Four warriors stand guard outside the front door and bow as we walk past them. I can hear Mille, Jane, and Aria loudly talking as they get out one of the SUV’s about how gorgeous the house is along with the village we drove through on the way here. It makes me happy that they are excited about the move and our new home. I feel a strong sense of pride in my heart. When we walk in the front door there’s a large living room with a tv the size of the wall along with a fantastic view of the village below. The ceilings have large dark wood beams and crisp white walls go throughout the house. There is a set of stairs along one of the walls in the living room but also elevators down the hallway as well. The house is rustic but modern which makes my heart swoon. Milo takes me on a tour of the rest of the house. Showing me where his office, Hunter’s office, the kitchen, and dining room are. Next, he takes me to the elevator and up to the third floor which he tells me is all ours. He also gives me the keys that open up our floor through the elevator and the door that leads to the staircase. When the elevator opens I’m in shock. I walk into the living room where there’s a more darker theme of grays, blacks, and whites throughout. The tv is mounted to a stone wall with a massive fireplace beneath it. The section looks like it will swallow me up as soon as I sit on it. The kitchen to the right of the living room has all white cabinets and marble countertops with top of the line appliances. The refrigerator is one of those that look like a cabinet which I’m in love with. There’s a large island with lots of seating along and even more counter space. There’s not really a dedicated dining area which shows a hint of Milo’s pervious bachelor lifestyle. After I obsess with over the living room and kitchen Milo shows me the gym, sauna, wine cellar, office, bathrooms, and other bedrooms before showing me the master suite. The master bedroom reflects the dark style of the rest of the floor. The extra large comfy bed and floor to ceiling windows do it all for me. Next, he has pry me off the bed to show me the bathroom. The bathroom is bright and white like the kitchen with the same white cabinets and marble countertops and tiles. The shower has three rain shower heads and a bench that could fit ten people. The bathtub my most favorite feature is a jet tub next to a window that resembles a plunge pool. There is even a built in vanity next to the sinks. I feel like I’m n heaven. My wing at home barley compares to this at all. Milo pulls me out of the bathroom excited to show me the balcony off his room. When he opens the glass doors the crisp fall air dances into the room along with a leaf or two. The view is spectacular. With all the mountains and trees you can see for miles and miles.“This is absolutely amazing Milo.” I tell him as he warps his hands around my waist. “I’m glad you love your new home. I need to go to my office downstairs and work for a bit. Go explore some more.” He says kissing me on the cheek and leaving me alone on the balcony. After he’s gone I obsess with her my new home a tad more before going downstairs to try and find the girls. When the elevator stops on the first floor I wonder around the halls trying to make a map of this huge place in my head. I know I’ll get lost a few times. I have met the house manger Samson who seemed to be very nice. He assured me that Aria would stay my personal house staff member and that he gave her a great room to stay in on the second floor. After the conversation ended I decided to go see Milo in his office. When I’m about to knock on the door another man opens the door. When he sees me the smile on his face is almost cynical. F—k me, this can’t be happening. Why of all places does this man have to be in my home? I just stare at him in disbelief as he is not moving out of the way. “Well, well, well. What is sweet Cami doing here at the Alpha King’s pack?” Alpha Lucian of the Dark Moon pack asks leaning against the doorframe. Moon Goddess, why did you have to bring this man here?
