Chapter 4 | Our day of love.

Florence exhaled sharply before looking up at Minjun who was waiting for Florence to give him the sign that she was ready to walk down the aisle. Everyone was excited to meet and see Florence which left her even more anxious than she was before. Her mouth felt dry as her legs started to wobble slightly. Minjun smiled at her weakly and patted her on her shoulder before saying, "If you keep on breathing like that, you might faint in Jaemin's arms." Florence widened her eyes and quickly shook her head. She averted her eyes from him and looked at the ground. "Don't say that..." She mumbled underneath her breathe, becoming a bit scared that this could actually happen to her. Minjun chuckled softly before cupping her chin with his thumb, making her directly look at him.  "I was just joking but if this would happen, it would be a hella cool wedding." He laughed. His words were not reassuring at all. Florence quickly slapped him on his shoulder while sending him death glares. "Yah! You know I am scared and you are not helping at all." She said annoyed while looking at him in anger. If she could, she would have slapped him again but knowing how they get, she had to calm herself down. Her future husband was a door away from her. "Are you guys ready to leave? They are waiting." Yuna said while looking at the two best friends. Florence gulped her saliva down while looking up at Minjun who was now seriously looking at her. She didn't know how to take his expression. He was either overly excited or he felt sorry that he couldn't do anything to prevent this tactical marriage.  "I know I shouldn't but Florence..." He said softly and remained gazing at her. Florence's blue eyes were looking into his, questionably. "I saw Jaemin and he seems like a good person. I-I mean I know he is but if he ever hurts you or does anything, you can always come to me." He finished his sentence. Florence kept her tears in as she widely smiled at him. "I always will..." She whispered while hugging him tightly.  She breathed out, not wanting to cry because she knew it would ruin her make-up. She wanted to at least look good on her wedding day.  Minjun retrieved from the hug and waited for Florence to encircle her arm around his. When she did, the bridal music started to play. It was very classic and slow. Florence's heart beat was increasing by each millisecond while she slowly started walking towards the room, the room where her husband was waiting for her. She swallowed the lump in her throat away as they were closer to the two massive front doors that swayed open as soon as they reached there. She gasped inaudible and looked up, directly looking into the brown honey eyes of Jaemin that were glued on hers. She felt like her heart dropped by that little eye contact they had. She quickly looked down, feeling the intensity building up inside of her and tried to calm herself down. Florence could feel her fingers go numb while everyone stared by her as she was getting closer and closer towards the aisle.  "Please don't let go of me... I am afraid that I might actually faint..." Florence mumbled softly only for Minjun to hear it. He looked down at her while he squeezed her arm a bit. "I have always got you..." He whispered back. She faintly smiled while they were finally in front of Jaemin. She looked up in his eyes before stepping up the stairs with his help. When his hand touched hers, Florence could feel the electricity go through her. Her heart going insane by the simple touch that was left meaningless to him and her both but she yet felt this way.  "Take care of my sister." Minjun said with a lot of sternness in his voice. The look in his eyes while he looked at Jaemin was deadly as if he was telling him that he would kill him if he would ever hurt Florence. Jaemin nodded his head and looked at Florence, averting his mind from the man that brought her to him. He would be lying if he had said that he didn't think that Florence wasn't beautiful. Her fiery red hair while her blue eyes kept on popping out. The look she gave him once their eyes locked made his heart go berserk. He. couldn't even explain why. He held her hand tightly while the minister was reading the bible in front of them. Florence couldn't barely focus on what the minister was saying. All her mind was thinking of was Jaemin. She just peeked at him but just doing that, she already realised how handsome he was. His intimidated brown eyes staring right through her soul while his black hair was neatly but yet wildly hanging straight.  He was beautiful.  "You may now say your vows." The voice of the minister roamed through both of their ears. Florence's hands were shaking in his. She looked up at him while Jaemin stared at her sweetly. "Do you want to go first?" He asked in a delicate manner. She shook her head, making him chuckle. "Aerso. I will go first." Florence felt like her heart melted down by just that small smile he had given her. He was honestly the most stunning person, like a very prince.  "Florence King..." He spoke in his deep voice, sending down shivers all over her spine. She felt herself swaying as if she wasn't really here. Her body barely could stand on its feet. "I know we don't know each other... but I want to tell you that I will become someone you can rely on, someone you will hold treasure. I will be better for you even I am not now. I will be good for you and I will promise you that I will always take care of you." He said with a sweetest smile. Florence's cheeks were burning and she was sure that she turned more red than she already was.  She laughed softly as she nodded her head. "Lee Jaemin, I will get to know you. I will be there for you whenever you need me. I won't leave you. I will probably drive you crazy with that." Jaemin laughed softly as he nodded his head. "I will be perfect for you and I will promise you that I will always but always make sure you are okay. I don't know what a wife is but I will find it out with you and I will try to be the best one to you." She spoke out with a huge breath. In a way Jaemin felt like she meant her words. Her sweet smile that never left her face since ever she heard my meaningless vow. It broke his heart to know how sincere she actually was and it made him feel even more horrible. Maybe there was some truth in his words but he out of all people knew that he wasn't ready for this and that could change everything.  The room was filled with an applause soon after Florence was done with her vow. Jinwoo who proudly looked at Jaemin while Minjun couldn't hold his tears back. He wiped them away as he stared at the young couple. "Lee Jaemin, do you take Florence King as your beloved wife?" The minister asked. Jaemin stared at Florence as he felt the uncertainty taking over him. "I do." He spoke out with the sincere heartache he felt.  "Florence King, do you take Lee Jaemin as your beloved husband?" Florence smiled weakly towards Jaemin as she softly squeezed his hand which caught him off guard. He returned the sweet smile that Florence had given him while he waited patiently for her answer which he already knew. "I do." She said with the cutest smile. Jaemin came closer to kiss her but was quickly stopped in his tracks. "Wah. Hyung I know you want to kiss her but wait for the rings at least." Jinwoo quickly said, making the entire room laugh expect Jaemin who shot him a death glare and Florence who was blushing to hard to even have a response to this.  Jinwoo was holding a cushion with two rings. One for Florence and one for Jaemin. "You go first Agassi." Jinwoo said while looking at Florence. She smiled as she nodded her head and took the ring that was meant for Jaemin. She looked at him with the most adoring expression Jaemin had ever seen. She slid the ring in his ring finger while looking down at it. She smiled relieved and then saw Jaemin taking her ring. He slowly and gently held her hand while sliding the ring in her ring finger.  Her cute thin fingers looked now so much better with the golden ring that he had provided her with. The signature of their wedding or how other people would claim it as, the image of their love. "You may now kiss the bride." The minister spoke. Florence's heart skipped a beat as if she didn't expected to kiss him which she knew she was. She could feel her hands sweating while she looked at him getting closer. He stepped forward while with his other hand he encircled her waist, pulling her closer. She rested her hand on his shoulder while looking deeply into his eyes. She swallowed her saliva down while feeling the intensity building inside of her. She had never kissed someone, let alone being in a relationship. Jaemin was going to be her first in everything and the last...  His head came closer while Florence could feel his breath tingling against hers. He looked down at her rosy lips, suddenly feeling the urge to kiss her. His body and heart betrayed what his mind actually wanted to do. He was already becoming soft for her in just less than an hour. He couldn't imagine how they would get if they started sharing everything together. She was surely going to change him as a person. He could already see the massive impact she had on him.  Her breath hitched slightly when he came closer. Their lips just an inch away from one another. He couldn't wait and connected their lips from the small gap that was preventing it. He softly and gently kissed her lips while she kissed him back in the most delicate manner. His hand slightly tightened around her waist while he pulled her a bit closer, deepening the kiss a bit more. He kissed her once more, clasping her lips without really caring that their family members were looking at them. When he slowly moved away from her, he looked at her cute reaction. Her entire face was red while her rosy lips already turned a bit swollen by that short kiss. Her cheeks were a tint of pink while she didn't dare to look into his eyes. The first thing he could perceive from her was that she was indeed very shy as a person but in most ways, she came over very respectful. The way she even carried herself, he liked it more than he should. The way her red hair caught his attention and her sweet innocent blue eyes just staring into his soul while she had no idea how strong that eye contact made him feel inside.  "I now pronounce you husband and wife. Lee Jaemin and Lee Florence, congratulations." The minister said, shaking Jaemin's hand. He expected Florence to shake his hand too but Florence respectfully bowed at him before standing closer to Jaemin. He was surprised as most girls didn't care about these little interactions that could make them seem come over rude while Florence did it effortlessly.  "Congratulations to the both of you." Jaemin's father said. Florence immediately bowed towards him while holding her cleavage so it wouldn't expose too much in front of him. He smiled warmly at her while Jaemin couldn't seem to get his attention away from her. Already noticing the little things she did, making him already become sweeter for anyone. His cold aura already melting when he didn't wanted that.  "I am so happy right now." Jaemin's mother said as she shed a tear. She wiped it quickly away while she proudly looked at the newly wed couple. Florence smiled softly while bowing again. "You don't need to bow to us the entire time sweetheart." She insisted, making Florence blush. She smiled softly while nodding her head. "There is an after party after you guys have your first dance. I have a dress for you. Jaemin will bring you there. I am sure you don't want to stay in this the entire time. It was heavy for me too." Jaemin's mother kindly spoke. Jaemin froze on his spot when his mother suggested to bring Florence over to his dressing room. He had seen the dress already and he wasn't sure if Florence would be comfortable in it.  Florence chuckled softly as she nodded her head. The loving gazes she kept on receiving from her new family made her heart feel warm. She had totally forgotten that her father wasn't even here. The feeling of needing this kind of love when she was already receiving it from Jaemin's family. Her heart felt overwhelmed by it but she would never complain. She was more than lucky and grateful to not fall into a family she was in. She didn't think she would have been able to survive that. If Jaemin was as horrible as she was afraid of, she would stop. She would give up on living.  "Come and dance." His mother said as the music immediately started, not letting any of them utter a word. Jaemin was pulled by his father while Florence was pulled by Jaemin's mother. Minjun laughed softly how Florence was already put out of her comfort zone. Seeing how gentle her new family was with her put his heart at ease. At least she was in good hands. People that truly cared about her feelings and in a short time, he was sure that this new family would mean more to her than she would realise.  She would love them more than she had ever loved her twisted and wicked father. Someone that didn't deserve her affection nor love.  Jaemin held Florence by her waist while their bodies were brushing against each other's. The slow music that played while everyone was staring and recording them. Florence stared at him, not really knowing what she was supposed to say but she liked the quietness the both of them had. It was relaxing and it made her feel safe in way. She felt already save in his arms while Jaemin started to scold himself mentally to not care too much about her. His own battle.  "You look beautiful." He let out unwillingly, flustering Florence already. She smiled shyly before saying "Thank you." in her sweet and delicate voice that he couldn't get enough off. "You look handsome too." She compliments him back. Jaemin chuckled softly.  "Thank you Mrs. Lee." He teased her, knowing very well she would blush upon hearing his voice. He twirled her around, not letting her have an answer back. He stretched his arm to reach out to her and pulled her back to his body, slightly lowering her while holding her tightly so she wouldn't fall. Her eyes never leaving his as she was truly surprised by the fact that he was able to dance. This was more than she had ever expected. Her true dream coming out. Dancing with someone like a Disney princess because that's how she exactly felt. She felt like a dull girl who had actually found her Prince Charming.  _ Hello everyone!  I hope this chapter is something you like! I truly can't wait to share all the ideas I have for this story.
