"It is this room." Jaemin said as he opened the door for Florence who was slightly pulling her wedding dress up so she wouldn't fall over. She smiled shyly at him as she walked in carefully. She was so scared that she might trip and then fall. These heels were not it for her. She wished she could have worn something more comfortable or something easier that couldn't like embarrass her.
Florence eyes fell upon the blue dress and her eyes widened. She blinked a few times before she awkwardly looked away. Especially when she noticed that Jaemin had seen her reaction to the dress. "You don't like it?" He asked upon seeing her adorable way of getting shy in front of him. Florence quickly shook her head.
"Ani... I do... It's just... the back... My back will be exposed." She blabbered her words, feeling embarrassed how she couldn't even speak to him as a decent woman but just made a fool out of herself. Jaemin's eyes slightly widened when he realised what she meant by her words. He moved closer towards her as he sweetly smiled at her.
"Don't worry. I will cover you back with my hand. I won't let anyone see it." He said reassuringly. Florence's eyes darted up into his honey brown eyes. Never did she think in a million years that Jaemin would be this considerate with her. He cared about her feelings and cared enough to make her feel comfortable. She smiled at him as she nodded her head. "Thank you."
Jaemin's ears were filled again with her delicate sweet voice. He didn't expect her to be so closed off or shy. At some point, he thought that it might be just a facade but now that they were on their own, she was even more shy than she was in front of his parents. He would have been lying if he had said that he didn't like this secretly because he did.
"There isn't really a room anywhere else. I will turn myself around so you can change yourself comfortably." Jaemin said with full delight and was ready to turn himself around before an evil thought came up to his mind. "Unless you don't mind. I will see it one day." He joked. Her cheeks were burning and he was clearly able to see the red tint on it which made his heart skip a beat. He couldn't help but find it adorable.
"I am joking." He quickly said when he saw how frozenly Florence stood in front of him. Her entire body was burning. The temperature had quickly raised as she thought about what Jaemin had just complied with. He wasn't wrong but Florence had never thought that ahead and now a part of her was terrified for tonight...
Their first night together.
Jaemin turned himself around while Florence struggled to take her wedding dress off. Her zip wasn't coming off and there was no way she would have been able to do it by herself without truly ruining this beautiful dress. She bit her underlip as she hesitantly looked at Jaemin's back that patiently was waiting for his wife to get dressed in the new royal blue dress that that he couldn't wait to see her in.
He never knew that he would be this excited for this entire wedding. It was as if he had changed as a person as soon as he had married her. The way she carried herself was something that Jaemin wanted in a woman and he couldn't help but to be happy about it. It was probably much clear to anyone that he was secretly now excited for his married life.
"J-Jaemin..." She stuttered. He immediately furrowed his eyes and slowly turned himself around. Not hearing Florence complain, he looked at her a bit confused. "What's wrong?" He asked as he looked at his wife that was still in her wedding dress. She looked away from his gaze as she stared down, feeling uncomfortable but most of all shy.
"I need help with the zip..." She whispered softly as she didn't dare to make eye contact with him. Her cheeks were burning at this point. Jaemin smiled softly before walking up to her. "May I?" He asked, locking his honey brown eyes into hers as soon as she looked up at him.
She nodded her head and Jaemin stood behind her. He moved her hair gently to one side, exposing her entire back to him. He looked away for a second, knowing very well that he was admiring her in a way he shouldn't do it yet. It wouldn't be wrong... He was her husband after all..
He moved his shoulders before looking back at her and slowly pulling the zip down, revealing her naked back to him that might him breathe a bit heavily. He didn't know why his body was acting this way already. It wasn't right. He felt himself becoming hot as the zip stopped right before her bump, not revealing too much of her body. Florence felt his fingers slightly brushing past her skin that made her back arch slightly.
His fingers were cold that caused shivers to be send down her spine. That simple touch made Florence's heart beat race and she had no idea what would happen if they would start caring for one another. He didn't seem like a bad person and that relieved Florence in so many ways that she couldn't even describe... At least she wasn't getting stuck with someone as similar as her father.
She would have hated her life.
Florence slowly turned herself around while she held up the rest of the dress tightly against her chest area so it wouldn't simply slide of her body and ready to be revealed to her husband, Jaemin. She quickly smiled at him before Jaemin turned himself around, giving her that privacy she definitely needed. They might be husband and wife. They might be even acting caring towards each other but it wouldn't change the fact that both of them didn't know each other.
Jaemin would never do something to her that she wouldn't be comfortable with. She came into his life and into his house. His house was now hers too and he would be a coward if he made her feel like she had no rights in there when she did. He would treat her as his wife and acknowledge her in front of everyone if he had too. The only thing he struggled with was the fact of falling in love with her. He wasn't sure about it and neither did wanted to after everything he personally went through in the past.
But Florence was definitely different...
Florence quickly took off her wedding dress and put on the blue dress that her mother in law had gifted her. The fabric of the dress was delicate, warm and soft. She could sleep in this if she wanted too. She fixed the sleeves and looked down. She was glad that that the dress felt tight against her skin, regardless of the huge v cut behind her that showed off the nakedness of her back. The dress was just below her knees. At least it wasn't that uncomfortable.
"I am done..." She said with a smile as she fixed her hair so it wouldn't look too messy. Jaemin turned himself around and for a second, he felt like his heart had stopped beating by how good Florence looked. He fixed his tie as he remained looking how fancy his wife was. His mother didn't have bad taste. This dress looked amazing on her.
"You truly look so beautiful." He complimented her without feeling any sort of shyness. He wanted her to know how good she looked. She blushed hard before whispering, "Thank you." She felt dumb for feeling so shy in front of him but she couldn't help it. He was truly so gentle with her. It made her heart awe the entire time.
"Should we go back before my mother comes to check on us?" He asked and Florence chuckled softly that sounded like magic in his ears. She nodded her head as she walked in front of him. Jaemin quickly did as he promised and covered her naked back by his massive hand, blocking anyone's few at his beautiful wife that he felt protective over.
Florence glanced over at him and shyly smiled before the finally entered the hall where the after party was. She felt so much more comfortable in this dress. At least, it wasn't heavy to carry while walking. If she had stayed in her wedding dress, she would definitely be exhausted by the time she would reach home.
"Finally! The groom and bride have finally joined us! Don't they look beautiful?!" Someone shouted over the microphone. Jaemin's eyes darted his eyes up, only to meet his little brother; Jinwoo. Like an imbecile he smiled at the newly wed couple before walking towards them.
"Congrats big brother and sister in law of course!" He shouted happily. He hugged both of them, startling Florence slightly by how kindly he was acting towards her. She wasn't used to this and never did she think that Jaemin's entire family would be so excited for her to join this family.
To become a part of the Lee family.
"Jinwoo." Jaemin cleared his throat, trying to hid his annoyance the best way possible. He didn't wanted to scare Florence already with the fighting these two had with one another. Florence laughed softly upon seeing how Jaemin tried to hold his anger in but somehow still failed at doing so. It was quite clear to her how tensed up he got as soon as his little brother approached him so joyfully.
"It's okay, my brother. I know." Jinwoo said, not making any sense. He landed his eyes on Florence before bowing in front of her. "I am super happy that you are a part of our family. Make sure to care for him. Even when he is so stubborn." He said with a smile. Florence chuckled softly as she nodded her head and looked over at Jaemin who looked like he was ready to kill the only brother he had.
"Come and cut the cake!" Jaemin's father shouted from across the hall. He waved his hand up and that's when Florence finally got a glance from Minjun and Yuna. She smiled and wanted to walk towards them but she stopped herself as soon as Jaemin's hand was moving away from her back as she made her movements.
Jaemin looked a bit surprised at Florence. She quickly smiled awkwardly before looking down. She didn't know how she should tell him that he wanted to see them. The last thing he wanted was to annoy him or him becoming suspicious of friendship with Minjun. That was probably her worst nightmare...
"Do you want to go and see them?" He asked, quickly understanding what Florence truly wanted to do. She nodded her head slowly before looking up at him. "You don't need to be scared to tell me what you want to do..." He whispered near her ear before smiling at her sweetly. Florence giggled softly due to the tingling she felt by his breath against her skin.
"Let's go." He smiled and gently guided her towards the two people she wanted to see at this very moment. "Ah my beautiful, Florence." Yuna said with tears in her eyes and quickly embraced her in her arms. She kissed her forehead while holding both of her cheeks gently. Jaemin slightly widened his eyes as he let go off her back and stood right in front of her so no one would be able to see it.
"I am going to miss you so much..." Florence whispered as some tears escaped her eyes. She whimpered softly as she held Yuna tightly. The thought of not seeing her mother figure as much as she used to terrified her. Yuna was the only one that could teach her the things that a mother would. She would always speak to her about her mother.
She was like her mother...
"Yah... Stop crying. It is your wedding day." Yuna scolded Florence. Jaemin looked a bit concerned and receiving a small smile from Yuna made him a but relieved. He didn't like the sound of hearing Florence cry like this. Even if this was the least worst version of her being upset. Yuna moved Florence back and wiped her tears gently away without really waisting her make up.
"Jaemin's mother is your mother too. You have your new family and seeing how excited, and happy they are to have you, makes my heart at ease. I know you will be fine." Yuna said with a small smile as she looked at the beautiful eyes of Florence.
"I remember seeing those beautiful eyes of yours for the first time. Your mother could never get enough of them. She would purposely wake you up to just see them." She smiled. Florence's heart immediately sank as she heard something new about her. Jaemin furrowed his eyebrows but looked down as he was aware that Florence's mother wasn't around anymore.
The painful silence said enough.
Florence was hurting.
"Don't cry so much... You are hurting my heart. I hate seeing you like this." Minjun said and pulled Florence into a hug. He sighed out as Florence held him tightly while Jaemin just stood there. He tried not feeling annoyed but there was a small part of him that hated this. Even if he wasn't ready to accept that just yet.
"I will always take care of her." Jaemin finally said before bowing down in front of Yuna and Minjun. Yuna smiled proudly as she nodded her head.
"I know you will."

Hello everyone!
I am so sorry for the late update. I tried to upload the last two weeks but it was really hard. Especially when I was volunteering at a hospital. It was just hard to find time and write... I am really sorry about that!
I hope everyone liked this chapter!
