After some time the killer went in the opposite woods. Mia took a breath of relief and quickly ran towards the right side of the forest.
" Now wait a minute I don't want to get lost here in the forest so it's better I stay hidden and wait for some car to pass by " she thought.
One hour passed, there was no sign of any car. As Mia was getting disappointed a shining headlights could be seen. Fast she hurried towards the road waving her hands for the car to stop. But the guy driving the car looked familiar. She froze when she saw who it was. It was the inn keeper. " So you see i wanted to check out for you whether you were here or not. I knew it that i will find you here " he said laughing n jumped out of the car with a knife in hand. She started running n he followed her. She lost her balance and fell. But quickly got up and continued running. A truck was coming luckily for her.
She waved her hands wildly for it to stop and, it stopped. And she bolted inside the truth n told the gruff driver to fast drive away from there. As she explained him all he told her " don't worry now I will drop you in town. "
From the rear mirror she saw the innkeeper standing as their truck went fast away from there through the rain.
It was nine pm in the night n in half n hour she will reach her town n home. Mia closed her eyes and slept.
