Luckily the alpha recovered very quickly but I think their son took a bad hit to the head considering the rubbish he was spouting about some girl at their school looking slightly similar to me. His stupid girlfriend annoying Anaya backed up his crazy story but I wasn’t about to fall for their dumb pranks. They were always pranking people in the pack. I hated them deep down but let them get on with it. “You know you have a twin.” Anaya said to me looking all serious. “Get lost you freak.” I told her wishing that I could just kick her out of my face. Of course I wasn’t going to since I had made that promise to my mother. She would be devastated if my secret was revealed and all for what. A silly brat like Anaya. “Your full of yourself, Sadie. Maybe you should see for yourself.” Anaya shouted after me but I walked away taking a few deep breaths to calm myself down. As if I’m about to fall for that rubbish. I went over to my mother and told her exactly what they had said. She looked surprised but shook her head. “They must be trying to wind you up, just ignore them.” She said. I wasn’t interested in what they were up to anyway. I wanted to let my wolf out and go run on the forest but it was getting dark outside now and I did not want my mother to worry about me. Since I could not mind-link in the pack it was difficult for her to keep tabs on me. Anaya and Lennie had done a good job of bugging me because I could now not get the idea out of my head. What if they were telling the truth? There was only one way to find out for sure. The next day I got up super early for my normal routine and when I came back to prepare the breakfast for everyone I spotted Lennie and Anaya whispering to each other. They were gross how they could not keep their hands off each other. They did not even know if they were even mates yet. I laughed to myself at the thought of them not being dated mates. Anaya would be devastated. Oh what a pity! “Hey, you. If that’s the truth about this girl then I want to see her for myself.” I announced with my hands on my hips, staring at them both confidently. Now they would have to back down or deliver. Lennie grinned and shrugged his shoulders.”No problem.” He unstuck himself from Anayas hip and sauntered off leaving me and her alone. “I’m not joking, Sadie. I’m for real and I’m telling you, she is one of us. She’s not human.” Anaya droned on causing me to roll my eyes and sigh loudly. “Like I said you know what to do now.” Anaya scowled and followed Lennie in the direction he had gone. What a pair of losers. As if they were going to be able to prove a stupid prank. I would have to see this for myself.
