Joshua's p.o.v
When I reached my pack house, I parked the car and stepped out.
Mother approached me slowly while limping, her face was badly bruised and had an awful red, pale color, my heart was aching in pain and anger to see my mother like this, Matias was growling displeased too, she stood in front of me and bowed.
I was about to hold her hand and tell her to never do that again when she stepped back.
"The alpha is watching us,” she mind linked me.
I looked ahead and saw my so called father on his office balcony watching us, I clenched my hands in fists angrily, I hated him with my whole being, how could he treat his one true mate like garbage and forbid me to call her mother! Even being close to her was forbidden.
"See me in my room at night omega," I spat loudly knowing the f*****g alpha had heard my voice clearly.
She nodded as I walked in the pack house and went to the alpha’s office, I walked in angrily and looked at the man I hated and despised, he was sited behind his desk facing me.
"Where were you?," He asked calmly.
"I went out to buy some stuff," I lied.
He angrily stood up.
"Don't lie to me boy," he growled.
"Was it why you hit the omega? Because she couldn't keep her eyes on me and monitor my every movement?," I asked while trying so hard not to attack him.
"Yes," he answered with a smirk instantly making me lose my temper.
"How could you, She's your mate, My mother!" I yelled angrily.
He quickly moved towards me and squeezed my neck, his eyes turned from their usual blue to dark red, I knew his wolf was in control and angry, I tried to ignore the pain and burn I felt on my neck but it was getting harder.
"An omega can never be worthy to be an alpha’s mate, the only reason she is still alive is because we made a deal, if you don't fulfil your part of the deal, she dies!" He said loudly then dropped his hand.
"You wouldn't dare to kill her," I whispered as I inhaled deeply.
"Try me boy, and just a simple warning,never,ever call that filthy thing your mother or refer to it as my mate, I have a mate and her name is Lisa, Lisa is your Luna and mother am I clear!?" He asked using his alpha voice forcing me to submit.
"Yes alpha," I whispered with forming tears then looked away.
I hated myself for being weak, I remembered it all, how this asshole treated my own mother.
Flashback 6 years ago
I lay on my bed looking at my mother as she sang for me, her voice was soft but held so much sadness and her eyes were teary.
"Mother what’s wrong?" I asked softly.
"How many times will I tell you to never call me that young alpha?" She asked.
I wanted to tell her I will forever call her that when the door opened and father walked in looking very angry.
"Omega leave," he commanded.
"Yes" mother answered then stood up to leave, I quickly sat upright not wanting her far away from me.
"No, father please, let mother stay a little longer, she just got here" I begged.
He angrily lifted his hand and slapped mother hard making her stumble towards the wall, I quickly stood on the bed in tears, why was he hurting her? I couldn't understand a thing.
"You damn slut, I only allowed you to see him for a few minutes because it was good for his wolf, but you were busy feeding him bullshit ideas weren't you? his only mother is Lisa my mate not you!" He growled while mother sobbed.
"Dad she didn't do anything wrong, I heard it all from the other kids, I know she is my biological mother, not Lisa" I Cried.
"I wish I could have banished you and made you an outcast immediately Josh was born " he spat then moved closer to mother and started hitting her as I screamed on top of my voice for help.
"Father stop please, please, I promise I will never ever call her mother again, I promise" I cried.
He stopped and looked at me then smiled.
'That's my good boy, let’s make a deal, if you marry the girl I chose for you and follow my every order and command, I wont kill her" he said with a smile, I looked at my mother who was laying on the floor bleeding then back at the man who had hurt her.
"If you promise to never kill or hurt her this badly, I promise to do as you wish" I whispered.
"Good, now go and sleep, tomorrow mother Lisa is taking you shopping, okay" he said.
"Okay" I answered then slowly lay down and watched him drag mother out of my room.
I stayed up for 3 hours going through what had happened, I was angry, in shock and afraid, I hated the alpha with everything I had in me.
When I heard a scream I quickly sat upright, I was so certain it was mother's voice, I quickly jumped up and rushed out of my room to the basement were mother slept, I slowly peeped on her slightly opened door and saw her, she was on the floor hugging herself in pain as two omegas tried to help her calm down, they were rubbing her back gently.
"How could he do this to her? After hitting her this badly he goes to mate with Lisa, does he want to kill her?" A younger brunette omega asked.
"She is cursed to be mated to a demon, when she found out she was his mate she was happy, but sadly he hated omegas, he raped her for her to produce a heir, and when she did, he only allowed her to see her own child for an hour, what bad lack she has “the older blond girl said.
"He even got married to that slut Lisa just because she has alpha blood in her, that witch tortures her daily with insults and hits, I wish she could become rogue and leave this hell," the brunette said.
"She could never leave her son behind no matter what hell she goes through, never" the blond answered.
I turned and went back to my room, I was trembling with anger and hurt when I got on my bed, I despised the alpha, I promised myself, I would become stronger and better for my mother, then I will make the alpha beg for his life, I will watch him bleed in front of the whole pack and me.
