4. Doing it for us

I had been furious with Terry for a week, when we first met, he found me bullying a little girl omega, but it wasn't as it looked like, that little omega was a thief and a liar, even father didn't like her, I just wanted her to change, And I admit, I used the wrong method.

When Terry said the word mate, I was very happy, but didn't show it, both my parents knew I was bisexual, my biological mother an omega accepted it, while my step mother and dad hated me for it, but pretended to love me in front of others, I still don't understand why Matias didn't feel the pull, but I get it, not all wolves’ felt it, I was only 16 years old, some felt it at 18,so maybe I was a late Bloomer, I was happy that the moon goddess choose a beta for me, he was strong, maybe submissive, Even though he would deny it, he was also very hardworking.

I knew he needed time to really accept us, that’s why I chose to agree to go away for 5 years, yes step mother thought it was for four years, but dad and I knew it was five.

I felt broken when Terry didn't accept us, but Matias was so sure that they needed us, and for that we had to prove ourselves to them.

The past week I focused on packing and leaving my mate with a present, I bought him a beautiful golden chain with a square between, on the front side were the words 'mates' and behind were the words 'forever'.

I wrapped it well and on the weekend I called alpha Tom who gave me full permission to visit his pack, I quickly drove to the crescent moon pack and was nicely welcomed by the alpha and Luna.

The Luna went to prepare something while alpha Tom and I went in his office.

"You can sit down Josh," he said with a smile.

I gladly sat down and smiled back.

"Thanks alpha Tom," I answered.

"You must be here for Tey," he said as I looked at him in surprise, how did he know?.

"Oh I'm Terry's childhood friend, he told me about the two of you being mates," he said simply.

I was a bit shocked, I had thought he was ashamed to tell anyone about us being mates.

I looked at the alpha who looked like he was mind linking someone.

He looked at me then sighed.

"Josh, I hope you will understand Terry, he wasn't such an asshole and deep down he isn't,"

he said as I growled lowly then gasped.

"I'm sorry alpha Tom, Matias hated the way you referred to our mate as an asshole" I apologized.

"Its okay I understand, but please bear with him at times okay" he said.

"Okay, so...where is he?" I asked curiously.

"His in his room, sadly with a woman, I guess" he said.

I angrily stood up and marched out of alpha office, following Terry’s scent, it lead my upstairs to the last room, I opened the door without knocking and walked in, I watched angrily what was in front of me.

My mate was about to cheat on me with a woman.

Matias was very angry, but I acted calmly until the slut pushed Matias to his limits, Matias was so angry that he used his alpha voice on her, Which I was glad he did, the girl left and I had time to at least meet Felix, to my surprise Felix was the complete opposite of Terry.

Felix was a submissive wolf, it pleased both Matias and me when he hugged us to calm us down, he even took the blame on himself.

When Matias was calm enough, he gave me time to say goodbye to our mate.

My wish was to at least part with a kiss, when Felix looked at me lovingly, I couldn't help but kiss them immediately, the kiss was tender and full of emotions, when I pulled back I was glad to see it was Terry, I stood up and smiled, he looked at me in a daze.

"Terry, promise me you will wait for me," I said then turned and walked out without hearing his reply.

I walked to Tom’s office and knocked.

"Come in," he answered loudly.

I walked in and sat down facing him.

"So, I hope everything went well," he said.

"Alpha Tom,I wont say much, I know Terry has his reasons for acting like he does, all I know is that his mine, anyway I just want to thank you for letting me see him, sadly I have to go." I said while I stood up, Tom did too.

"I won't see you off," he said with a smile.

"Its okay and thanks again," I shook Tom’s hand and went out.

I sadly moved in the corridor and went outside, people looked at me and others were whispering, I didn't really care much.

I was about to get in my car when someone held my wrist, I quickly turned when I felt the beautiful tingles, and looked at Terry in surprise.

"I don't want to care and I don't but, Felix is imprinting these stupid images In my head of you choosing some other girl, and you not coming back home safely to me, him, mean us ,f**k" he whispered.

Matias was happy about our mate worrying about us, I tip toed and kissed him lightly then pulled back, he looked at me in shock.

"I promise, I won't cheat on you, I only belong to you, so wait for me" I said.

I quickly pulled out the little wrapped box from my pocket and unwrapped it, I took out the chain then slowly put it around his neck and watched his expression.

He stared at me blankly, I smiled softly, and caressed his cheek.

"I will miss you there, but always remember this, I’m doing this for us, I want to become a worthy mate and a worthy alpha. Say something," I whispered.

"Get the hell out of my pack “he, said loudly and turned then whispered,

"Come back to us quickly."

I smiled happily as I got in the car and watched Terry go back in the pack house, I didn't know who said those words, all I knew was that I loved them both, a lot.
