After eating their breakfast, the two went to their respective offices, Thomas was in the Oval Room ready to appoints his cabinet members.
Thanks for his preparations last week this will be an easy task, unlike appointing the House of Representatives and the Senates on the spot. He prepared a document that will make appointing cabinets faster.
In the documents names were written, Thomas has no clue of who they are but that was his abilities suggestion, therefore, he proceeds to appoint his head of federal agencies or his cabinet members, and the supreme court judges, which are in his within his powers.
The President however doesn't have absolute power to make these appointments. Why not? It is because of the Senates. The Senate wants a vote to confirm the president's appointees. But since this is just a newly created country, he needs to build his government fast. Without them, the country is nothing but ten million people who don't know the system.

After one hour of appointing, he successfully created the three government bodies and with that the Harthom is now ready to interacts with foreign nations, he called his Vice President, Alice to celebrate.

At the dining hall of the White House.
Thomas was waiting for Alice, he was bored, and so he went back to the Oval office and picks the Rubik’s cube. He went back to the dining hall and waits for Alice.
"This thing is hard, why can't I solve this?" Thomas said rubbing his head like he was going to light a fire on his head as he plays the Rubik’s cube.
Although for a guy who is a genius, some say that he is fake just because he can't completely arrange the Rubik’s cube perfectly.
Fifteen minutes later his head of security, Mike Johnson, told him that the Vice President have arrived.
"Finally,"
As Alice walks to the dining hall, Mike tap his shoulder and pointed to the direction where Alice were.
"Hey! Why are you so lat..."
"Huh?"
Thomas was stunned at the beauty of Alice, her silky-smooth hair cascaded around her shoulder, her slim elegant dress fits perfectly to her slim body, as she strides in front of him her exquisite fragrance filled the atmosphere.
Thomas's faces turned red.
"Sorry, Mr. President I'm late"
Alice bowed to him reverently.
"N-N-No problem here."
Thomas said fumbling his hand.
"Then, let's celebrate your accomplishment"
Alice said while clapping her hands gently. Thomas stand on his seat and escorted her to her seats, he pulled the chair and invites her to sit.

"Uhm, Alice... why? I-I mean why are you dressed so well?"
"Why?"
"Because we're still on duty, right?"
"..."
Alice just smiled at him. Thomas accepted the way it is.
"Okay, it’s not that I mind anyway, so cheers! here"
Thomas said but Alice is just giving her a warm smile towards him, giving him an uneasy feeling.
"Anyway, after this we have a matter to discuss so Alice, I need you to..."
"Thomas do you like me?"
Thomas froze to a sudden yet stupid question.
"Thomas? You're staring at me so much. Am I beautiful?" Alice said while Thomas is gazing at her since her arrival.
"Hah?!"
Thomas was shocked by the sudden question made by Alice.
[ Why is she asking such an unfair question.]
"Of course, you are!" Thomas blurted. Alice covered her mouth with her hands chuckling.
"Stop teasing me," Thomas said as his face are dyed red. "Stop asking such unfair question"
"Sorry, Mr. President... So, what was it again?"
"Ahh, Thank God. It’s about the cabinet meeting, I want them tomorrow to discuss our future plan, now that I formed the three branches of government what we need now is information about this world."
"I can arrange that for you"
"Thank you, Alice, don't worry you will be relieved of a burden once I found my chief of staff."
Thomas said, but he noticed her face turned gloomy the atmosphere became tense.
[ Huh? Did I say something?]
"President? That position? isn't that ...for...your.... secretary?Tho-mas?"
"President? You don't like me anymore?... Are you getting rid of me? Am I not fit as your secretary?"
A grand smile was plastered on Alice's face, but a heavy foreboding aura surrounded her as her eyes lost all light.
[What the f**k is this feeling? This woman, I'm deceived by her looks, she is dangerous I've never intimidated by a woman before this is unusual!]
Thomas stand up trying to get away from Alice.
"Ugh, this, ah!? Alice calms down... it’s different" Thomas tries to explain but her aura keeps stronger and stronger.
"But?" With her lifeless eyes and intimidating voice, Thomas shuddered.
Initially, Thomas didn’t realize the meaning behind Alice's words, but the moment he saw her dangerous smile, he realized his mistake.
"How is it any different!? Has President, gotten tired of me…...?"
"No, it’s not. no is not?"
[It’s true that my chief of staff is my secretary but she's a VP? why is she acting like this?]
Closing in towards Thomas’s figure, Alice mumbles her dangerous feelings.
[This is bad...]
"Look I'm trying to lessen your load here, you're my Vice-President, my chief of staff is just my secretary promise what the... Huh?"
[Ack, why is there a wall!?]
Step by step, Thomas made up excuses as he backed away, but suddenly he had backed himself into a wall with nowhere to go.
"Such consideration is unnecessary…."
"Ah, let’s, um…. we’ll…. let’s talk it out!! Al-Alice?"
Placing both of her hands on the wall behind him, Thomas's eyes dart from side to side, panicking as Alice closed of his escape.
Bringing her face close enough to be their noses could just touch, Alice's dark eyes stared straight into Thomas's own eyes.
"If you say you’re not tired of having me by your side, then promise me that your chief of staff is not a girl"
"I promise, I promise" Without pondering his thought to her request he said without hesitation.
Right after experiencing the unbearable aura coming from Alice with her soulless eyes, her demeanor totally changed immediately from Thomas's reply.
"Good. Thank you, Master, no I mean Mr. President fufufu"
Alice's smile was pure, but her eyes still remained dark.
[That girl's behavior is complicated, lately, she's being lovely but now she looks threatening? What is this behavior?"
Thomas heaves a sigh of relief, but he looks towards his security detail especially his head of security, Mike Johnson, giving him an eye that tells him he will smack him later due to the fact that his detail watched him getting cornered by a girl.
"Hehe..."
Mike grinned, teasing him.
[Yeah smile all you want; your salary will be deduced I'm not even joking]
And that day ended in an unexpected scenario.

In the morning, Alice went to Thomas's room to wake him up but contrary to her expectation he saw Thomas on his bed fully awake.
"You're early Maste... I mean President"
"Yup, we have a lot of things to do," Thomas said while wearing his presidential suits and fixing his necktie.
"I see, the cabinet members will arrive shortly, please get ready Mr. President"
"Yah I know, by the way how do I look?"
Thomas said while spreading his arms letting Alice see his appearance, although President's is always wearing presidential suits it feels to him that he looks a child in the uniform, which is because of the body he's possessing.
It looks like a teenager around 16 years old, it was completely different from his appearance when he was a teen, he would understand if his original body returned to its adolescence, but it was not his. To get you a glimpse of his appearance he looks like Merlin from the red shoes and the seven dwarfs.
"You look cute Mr. President...hehe"
"I knew it... By the way, is the meeting will be held in Truman's room or Roosevelt's room?
"Roosevelt sir."
"Okay let's go"
Thomas and Alice leave the room as they walked to the west wing to where the meeting will be held. While walking on the way to the Roosevelt room Thomas checked his mission to see if he gets anything.
[Completing the branch gave me 10 instant gems, that will be good another 10 states will be finished.]
Thomas opened the door, it was empty, but Alice said that they'll arrive shortly. The room has a long rectangular table and a engraves agency in the back of the seat. Thomas went to his allocated seat but was stop by Alice.
"Sir, That’s the seat for the Secretary of Health and Human Services, your seat is here"
Alice pointed out the seat, Thomas was embarrassed yet happy, he gently caresses the engraved title on behind of the seat reminiscing.
[I thought I would never see this again]
After that he went to the seat of the President, waiting for the cabinet members to come. After five minutes one by one they arrived and take their seats.
Thomas looks to his cabinet members; he never knew their faces until he met them. He can saw the handsome and beautiful faces of the cabinet members. Although the summoned them it seems that his ability is wired to summon people around 20-30 years old, the reason is he never put parameters because he thinks that he is stealing their personality and he doesn't like that. He never changed the personality of his summoned citizens since his arrival and will never have a plan to do so.
After each of them takes their seats Thomas started.
"Thank you for coming, I am Thomas Harrier, your President, although you never voted on me, I will do my best to execute the office of the President of Harthom. That's all"
After concluding his introduction, Alice stands.
"Now, everyone, we as your subordinates, pledge our undying loyalty"
Everyone stands in response to Alice.
"Mark Thompson your Secretary of Defense pledge my loyalty"
"Andrew Berry your Secretary of State pledge my loyalty"
"Errol Hall your Secretary of Treasury pledge my loyalty"
"Franklin Harrison the Attorney General pledge my loyalty"
"Secretary of Interior Halbert Briggs pledge my loyalty"
"Secretary of Agriculture Lawrence Row pledge my loyalty"
"Secretary of Commerce Amanda Kimmons pledge my loyalty"
"Secretary of Labor: Theodore Simon pledge my loyalty"
"Patricia Hart your Secretary of Housing and Urban Development pledge my loyalty"
"Secretary of Education Danny Schuman pledge my loyalty"

After introducing themselves, they all bowed in unison and takes their seats.
"Thank you for that odd introduction hehe. now let's discuss the most important assets to run your agencies smoothly the money"
"I have 250 trillion dollars of money in my pocket, I want to fund your agencies now so we can solve our last domestic issue"
"Yes, sir!"
"So why don't we start on the legal terms first? Attorney General? How can I find my agencies?"
Franklin sits straights and began talking.
"Mr. President, it’s a long process, it will take mostly six months just to file a budget, also you have to wait for the Congress to approve it."
"I see, I feel them when I was a secretary of health and human services it takes me exactly six months just to file a budget. I need to fund them now"

With Thomas's disappointment in the process, he thinks of another possible ways of making the process fast, but there was not.
[If only I have the ability to make it fast... Wait? That's right]
Thomas realizes that he has an ability, why not use it? he opened his menu and found out that his status changed.

He saw a blank page after the departments he then realizes that it was for the budget.
[Is it okay to put the money?... I should do this we don't have much time. without the budget they can't perform their specific duties]
He consults with his cabinet members and they agree to use the ability to funds them, and so Thomas started but when he was about to input money in the respective departments. He was shocked when he saw the blanks space earlier is now filled with money.

Thomas was confused at the situation, questions from his mind are lining up like; is it his abilities that funded it? and if so what are the basis of their fiscal budget? is it random? and more questions regarding budget overwhelmed his mind. After some time passes, he accepted the fact that it was done and move on.
"Now, that you have the budget I hope all of you to report next six months about your findings of this country, and of you can gather information such as the map of this world and its highly appreciated."
"That's all thank you"
"Yes, sir."
When all of the cabinet members leave the room, the secretary of labor approached him.
"Mr. President, even though we have vast amount of funds we can't use it if we're understaffed"
"I see that issues have been on my mind since I arrived here. We are suffering from underpopulation."
"Which is bad sir"
"Thank you for reminding me I'll address the problem when I return to my office"
"Thank you, sir."
...
And the cabinet meeting ended fast, it was the awkward meeting so far.
