I CLOSED MY EYES and inhaled the sweet aroma of pastries when we left the store and I was grasping the bag of pastries from my hand. “Thank you, Ceasar,” I mumbled to which he gave me a smile. “When I tasted their pastry a year ago, I immediately treated them as my favorite.
