A Wrong Night With My Father's Best Friend

CHAPTER 6

-I WANT TO MAKE LOVE TO HER-

Robert drove back home and all along he kept thinking about her. He kept on thi king about how awesome it was. This was one of his best s*x experiences. But was it worth it to end the friendship that he had with Charles? That was really a lot to think about.

He got to his apartment and started preparing a meal for himself. He had been so single for so long and it was really a lot to consider being with someone let alone think about all the reasons why the two of them cannot be together.

He had never made love to a woman for the past fifteen years and more. He had never kissed a woman. He never really thought he would want to be with a woman after what he went through.

Anyway, since Nina come to the picture, his thoughts have started to shift. He has found himself really thinking about her.

He knows it's wrong but his body doesn't. When he is around her, suddenly all the senses of his body come to life. He wants to be around her all the time. There is something special about her that he had never found in another woman.

After eating, he poured himself some whisky. He hoped that it was going to calm his racing mind.

Charles rushed home after work because he wanted to see his daughter and see how excited she was to work with Robert. He knew his friend very well, he knew that he treated Nina really nicely and she would be so happy to learn from him.

" So tell me, how did it go?" Charles asked as soon as Nina came to welcome him.

" It went great. Robert is a gentleman, I can't wait to start working with him from tomorrow," Nina said and this was music to his ears.

" I knew it. Enjoy your time working with him. He is a very good person," Charles said, not knowing that Nina felt the same way. But of course for her, she saw him as a future lover.

" Thanks dad," Nina said walking away. This was her first time hiding things from her father but she was going to tell him the truth about her feelings towards him once she felt ready to do so.

Charles was so happy that things had gone as planned. What he did not know was that his daughter had fallen in love with his best friend. Of course he was never going to approve of that relationship if he was asked to. That age difference was so huge. Besides, Nina was a beautiful girl and she would find another man almost her age to replace her ex-boyfriend.

That night, Nina went to bed and she kept on thinking about him. She wanted not only to dream about him but for tomorrow to be the start of their relationship. She was dying to have him kiss her again.

She never really knew that a one night stand could really be the beginning of a hot steaming relationship until now. She can't stop thinking about him.

After setting her alarm, Nina went to sleep early. She couldn't wait for morning to come so that she could be around the love of her life once again.

Eventually morning came and Nina woke up as soon as her alarm went off. She went to the bathroom, showered with her favourite shower gel before proceeding to wear her red Bodycon dress that articulated all her curves. She did her makeup and tied her hair in a neat bun. She could not wait to see the look on his face when she finally walked into his office.

She wanted to see his jaw drop. She wanted to see him turned on. She wanted him to remember how good the previous night was and think about how perfect it could be if they make love again.

" Sorry to ask my child, but is that dress appropriate for your first day at work?" Charles, who was open with her daughter, asked.

" Come on dad, don't be a bore. This dress is perfect for today," Nina said with a smile.

" Okay, if you say so.Anyway, breakfast is ready.Eat now my child," Charles said before placing a kiss on her cheek.

" Thanks dad," Nina said, taking a seat at the dining table.

" You are welcome. I am leaving now. But please, have a great day. Learn as much as possible. This is a lifetime opportunity for you and you are very lucky to have it," Charles advised.

" Thanks dad, I will do as you say. I will be a good student. I will learn as much as possible," Nina assured him.

" Great, I love you," Charles said, looking at her with admiration. He loved her so much. After the death of his wife, he chose to focus on raising her. He finds his joy by knowing that his daughter is okay.

" I love you too dad," Nina said looking up to smile at him.

This was the first day for Robert to work with Nina and he was so nervous. He did not know how this day would be.

Honestly, he wanted to give in. He wanted to kiss her beautiful pink lips but he couldn't do it. His bitter breakup with his ex that left him traumatised is still lingering in his head making it hard for him to think about moving on with Nina.

He was so young and in love when he met Sylvia. They went to the same high school. They were okay, high school sweethearts until one misunderstanding resulted in them breaking up. After Sylvia left and he could not get hold of her is when her best friend told him that she was carrying his baby.

He had never felt that level of pain before. Knowing that he was a father yet he would never see that child was not easy for anyone including him.

That happened over twenty years ago and at the moment his son whom he does not know is over twenty years old.

He worked hard to get so much money to pay detectives to trace his son but he had never found him. His son is out there somewhere and he has never been able to find him. Maybe right now he is in college. Maybe he is in love, who knows. His son has grown without him and it really pained him to think about him.

That is why he chose not to date, not to be in this position again until he finds his son.

He was okay, being a bachelor until he met Nina. With Nina being around him, he cannot think of anything else apart from ripping her clothes off and making love to her.
