She didn't wait for him to get it, she turned the door knob and walked in and that is when hell broke loose. She was not guilty that she was sleeping with her man. " It's over Nina. I don't want to be with you. I would rather be with your best friend," Derrick announced, breaking her heart even further. At this point, her knees could not hold the weight of her body. She went on her knees and started crying even more. " Get out of this house Nina. As you can see, I am having a great time with Heather and you are interrupting what we have going on," Derrick said. He was so unapologetic about it. " Get out, haven't you heard him?" Nina added and this is what crushed her heart even further.Heather was her best friend whom she shared her room with. How could she do this to her? Nina crawled out since she didn't have the strength to actually walk. Tears could not stop falling from her eyes. She didn't know how to deal with this level of pain because it was excruciating. She didn't know to make them pay for it because Heather has the audacity to moan his name loudly yet she was right outside their door, trying to think straight. The pain didn't seem to go away no matter how much she tried to tell herself that she deserved better. The truth is she had trusted Derrick. As a matter of fact, he made love to her yesterday. Their love was perfect until she found out that he had been having an affair with her best friend. What hurts is that despite what he has done, she still felt a soft spot for him. The person that she hated more than anything else was Heather. She was such a selfish b***h. No matter how hard it was, Nina gave herself a pep talk that she doesn't deserve this. When she gathered enough strength, she walked away and headed to the hostel that she shared with her so-called best friend Heather. She should have known that she was a wolf in sheep's clothing. As she walked to her room, she couldn't help but blame herself for making the two of them meet. She insisted on introducing Heather to Derrick. She didn't know that she would come and betray her like this. That was so low of her. Heather used to lie that she connected with Derrick because the two of them didn't receive fatherly love but right now, Nina has realised that all that was bullshit. She was using that excuse to hide the fact that she was thirsting for her man and wanted to warm his bed. It was really hurting and the worst thing is that she barely saw this coming. When she got to their room, she barely controlled the tears that started to form a stream down her face. She jumped on her bed and hugged her pillow before she started sobbing loudly. The pain was like a hungry wolf, eating her alive. She tried to recall what she did to deserve a double betrayal both from her man and her best friend but she did not find anything. She had been so good to both of them. She did not deserve what the two of them did to her. Nina eventually got out of bed and went to take a shower. She realised that crying was not going to help her. They are out there having s*x, yet she is right here, losing her mind. No, she had to do something about this. She is pretty too. So many guys have been hitting on her but she has been turning them down. But now, she is free as a bird to do whatever the hell she pleases. In fact, she is turning up tonight. She is going to drink as much as she wanted and dance till dawn. She wanted to have a great time. This is a new beginning for her. Nina got out of the shower and started doing her makeup. She lotioned her body and wore her black sexy lacy dress. She loved what she was seeing in front of the mirror. She was looking hot and sexy. By the way, it's Derrick's loss. She is more beautiful than Heather and it's such a shame that he wasted his chance with her by cheating with Heather. After wearing her nude pair of block heels, Nina called the cab that dropped her at The Signature Club. The night was young hence so many people were in the club. Some were dancing, others were in the bar area taking shots, some were kissing and she knew for a fact that there were one or two people f*****g in the washroom. She was happy to be here and she knew that she was going to have a good time. Since she was free like a bird with no one telling her what to do or what not to do, she knew for sure that she was going to have a one night stand today. She has to enjoy her life just like Heather is enjoying hers with her boyfriend, Derick. So f****d up. Anyway, Nina did not want to think about what just happened. That would end up ruining her mood. She wanted to have a f*****g good time. She walked to the bar and ordered six tequila shots. She noticed an elderly man at the corner of the club undressing her with his eyes and to be honest, this is the attention that she wanted tonight.
