Daisy's POV My heart was filled with joy as I watched my family and pack celebrating little Nova's special day. I couldn't stop laughing when I saw Juliette challenge her fathers with a dance battle. I knew Ryan had moves, as he is always breaking out random dance moves in the pack house, but I never once saw Juliette move the way she was. Like fathers like daughter I suppose. Even those from other packs formed a circle around the four and cheered them on. Even Nova was in giggles watching as she was held in Alice's arms. I felt Avery snake his arms around my waist and asked if we should join them, causing me to laugh out loud. I am not a dancer at all and he knew this. I pulled his hand and lead him to a corner of the ballroom. He c****d his head to the side, probably wondering hwy I dragged him away from the dance battle. Wrapping my arms around his neck, he wraps his arms around my waist on instinct. Thought loud upbeat music was playing, I began to sway slowly with him. He twirls me around and places a tender kiss on my lips as I spin back into his arms. "I love you." I smile up at him. "I love you too, Avery. Always and forever." I didn't think anything could ruin this moment, but all of a sudden there was a bright light and the room became silent. "STAR!" I heard my sobbing daughter scream out. I can't believe my eyes right now. Standing before us is Star and Andrew. Ryan rushed over and hugged his best friend whom he hasn't seen in six months. Violet's POV "Our pup is here!" My wolf constantly yelped in my head. I looked at Chris and we both ran to her. "Star!" I cried on her shoulder as I tightened the hug. "What are you doing here?" I exclaimed. Surprised that she just made herself known in front of everyone. "I couldn't miss the princess's birthday, could I ?" She smiled at Alice and Landon as they walked over with Nova. Andrew placed a kiss on Nova's forehead and wished her a happy birthday. I could hear all the voices around us. Clearly shocked that they now know who the mood goddess is. Everyone in the room had their heads bowed down in submission due to her aura. "Please, everyone rise." Star softly demanded. "Star. Can we talk in private for a moment?" Chris asked, and I can sense the uneasiness in his voice. We excused ourselves, and the four of us left the ballroom. Alice linked me the password for her private office to use. The second we entered the office, Chris slammed the door shut and locked it. He remained silent and took deep breaths to calm himself. I placed my hand in his to help with whatever it is he is going through. "Star. Andrew. I can't express how happy I am to see you both." He smiles and hugs them shortly. Pulling away, a scowl forms on his gorgeous face. "But, how could you be so careless? Now the most powerful leaders of every pack knows who you are! Do you realize how dangerous that is? They could come after you and- I placed my hand over his mouth, not wanting to hear what he may say. "Mom, dad. It's okay. I promise. I have been training and learning so much. They second anyone would try to harm me, they would be dead before even blinking." She reassured us with confidence. "I would die protecting her before anyone would dare step near her." Andrew stated and I truly believe him. A knock on the office door startled me, and I could hear Benjamin shouting on the other side to open up. Star walks over and unlocks the door. The second it opens he rushes in and right into his sister. "What in the hell were you guy thinking!" He exclaims, his voice sounding angry, yet worried. Sarah soon entered the room as well. No baby Franklin though. She probably left him with Rose, Kevin, or Jackson. "Well, hello to you too." Star smirks at Benny. His face softens and engulfs his sister in a big hug. "Don't worry. I can handle myself. " She tries to reassure him. He sighs but calms down. "Any you!" He points a finger at Andrew. Stepping closer, they have a stare off before laughing and hugging each other. Boys. Star gives Sarah a hug and proceeds to suggest we go back to the party. I lock the office door on my way out and my heart fills full having all my children under one roof. Even if it's just for a short time.
