Casey had been taken away from me by Adam and Miles. She looked gorgeous in her sexy black dress. I wanted her to change, but I was the one who bought her these dresses. Her smile was contagious and it was attracting a lot of attention from other unmated males.
I was happy to see that Miles and Adam were doing a good job at putting them in their place. She was already going pretty hard with her drinks. I didn’t know if this was normal or if she just felt comfortable enough to do it because I was there.
I left her for a few minutes. Miles and Adam looked like they were keeping an eye on her. Blaine said he got an alert from one of the warriors that someone had crossed our borders. I felt on edge after this. I knew I needed to find Casey and get her home where she’d be safe.
