Chapter 3Ronan’s cell phone rings as he’s getting in his car in the campus parking lot—it’s Chris, so Ronan answers. “Hi, Chris, you got more info?” Ronan asks. “No, but I’ve got you an appointment with the detective on the case there, Hicks. She’s willing to talk to you about what she’s seen, maybe show you some of the scenes. Try not to offend any of the local cops.
