Chapter 23: Reconciliation

Taehyung's Pov:

I saw from the corner of my eye Jungkook returning to his seat.  I admit I was hurt when he shouted at me, I knew in myself that I did not deserve any reason for that anger.  I looked at my watch and then I gasped.  Its lunch time, but I have no appetite.  One more deep sigh and I stood up, walking closer to Jungkook with his eyes still focused on the outside.  I called his name a few times but he seemed to hear nothing.  I want to approach him, caress and talk to him but I still feel scared.  I took a deep breath then slammed the office.  I was on the ground floor when I saw Jimin.  Even if we say we are in the same company, it is not easy to meet.  It ran closer and we hugged tightly.  "god, finally taehyung, we also met."  he said with a pout.  "Too busy, chim."  I said briefly.  We headed to a restaurant near the company and there we spent our time.  After the bteak we talked about meeting for the week and taking a walk.  "Hm, s**t is there a problem?"  he asked as we were leaving the restaurant.  I smiled and shook my head then looked at my watch.  "I need to hurry, chim. Maybe Jungkook's food will cool down."  I said and then I hugged him again and hurried into the elevator to the office.  I found the office empty,.  I felt sad when I did not see Jungkook.  I looked at my paper bag containing his food then I laid it on his desk.

This is your fault,Tae. I said to myself.

Its been two hours since break, and still theres no Jungkook coming. Its not like im complaining,he's ceo by the way.

I look at the door when someone knock. I was about to stand when the door open revealing Yoongi and Hoseok hyung.

"Hi Tae, seems your all alone?" Hoseok said more on asking.

"Yes hyung. And i dont know where is Mr. Jeon is." I replied walking to them.

"Coffee or what hyung?" I ask them.

"No need Tae,you dont have too. And besides we just want to talk to Jungkook but he's not around." Yoongie said,leaning his back from the couch.

"Hyung..."

"Did something happen,Tae? You seems to be restless." Hoseok ask.

"Did he do something to you,Tae?"  Yoongi ask too, eyes close.

"No hyung. It just that he shouted at me this morning,but other than that,all is fine." I explained.

"What?" Both of them said in unison.

"Dont be mad at him,hyung. Its my fault so its okay." I walk to the table and pick the paper bag then i put it at the refrigerator that was at the corner.

I can feel that their gaze are following me. And im correct, when i turn i saw them looking at me,brows a little raised giving me look of -explain it to us- so i sit across them and i told them about the meeting that was supposed to happen this afternoon with Bogum.

Just the mention of the name, i can feel a thick tension inside the office. I can see how Yoongi hyung face turns from pale to red,clenching his jaw, while Hoseok hyung is...i can literally see that he's a bit annoyed. I ask them what happened before and they told me about it.

I really dont know what should i feel about it. A mix emotion of sadness, anger, frustrations and jealousy?

"......thats the reason why the sweet Jungkook turns to be this cold and rude Jungkook now. And we cant really blame him for that. He suffered a lot." Yoongi explained with hoarse voice.

"And we are really glad that you are the reason on his change of behaviour now a days, Tae." He added, smiling politely.  He then stand,and tap my shoulder. Then both of them walk outside the office.

Now, i feel more sad knowing about it. I look again at my watch and im more become restless when its almost four and yet Jungkook is not around. I took my phone and dialed his number, it rings for how many times until it direct me to a voice mail.

I was restless so I took my coat and left the office.  I pressed the elevator and when it opened I entered.  I keep calling Jungkook but always no one answers.  As soon as the elevator opened I quickly ran to the reception. 

"Did you see Mr. Jeon?" I said,panthing.

"No Mr.  Kim. "The woman replied. I thanked her and then hurried to the main exit of the building. I heard my name called but I ignored it, the only thing on my mind was to find where Jungkook was. When I came out I saw  Yugyeom, Jungkook's personal driver. I ran to him and was surprised when I suddenly appeared in front of him.

"Mr.  Kim?"

" Hi.  I will just ask if you saw Jung-Mr.  Jeon. " I said holding my knee.

"Sorry Mr.  Kim but I haven't seen him yet." He replied.

"Do you have any idea where he goes? " I said, leaning against the car. He shook his head and then I remembered the arrival of Mr. Caden.

"Oh s**t !!!  damn it !!! Im doomed,goddam it! Lets go at the airport, theres no time." I said as i open the passenger sit and even confuse, Yugyeom follows. I keep on looking at my watch,hoping we arrive on time.

As per Jungkook, seeing that his boyfriend was not at his desk he got up and walked out of the office. Still feeling guilty on what he did, he made a decision.

"Meet me at the cafe, near  the company in 10 minutes." He said at the other line then end the call without waiting for reply.

Just a few minutes and the door of the cafe opens, revealing the guy who once becomes his so called  bestfriend. 

"Thank you and--

"I don't have much time for you, so tell me what important thing you are going to say. Dont waste my time. If its not for Taehyung, i will never meet you!" Said jungkook, keeping the cold aura with the old friend.

Bogum took a deep breath before speaking. "Sorry.  I didn't mean to hurt you, I just didn't really control myself.  Yes, I will admit, I used to be jealous of you, and I was so hurt when you said you and Lisa.  But I let go, I tried to forget how I felt about her, but it was all ignored because of the outburst of our feelings when we were both drunk.  I'm really sorry, jungkook." Bogum explained, feeling all the guilt remembering on how bay he have hurt Jungkook.

After hearing him, Jungkook stood, but before walking away, "CANT BRING BACK THE OLD TIME, PARK!" And he leaves the man.

He was not really in a good mood now, so he decided to Jin and Namjoon. He heard hi phone rings for so many times but he ignored it,without checking the caller is.

He drives for about 20 minutes and now sitting at the restaurant,with Jin.

"You look like s**t, Jungkook. What happen?" Jin said,raising his brows.

"Yeah, i know hyung." He chuckled.

"So tell me what happen that you're here at this office hours instead of in your office." Jin said,sipping his favorite hot chocolate drink.

"Im sorry hyung. I really didn't mean it." He said in shaky voice. Jin look at him in confusion.

"I sweqr i dont mean to shout at him. Its just that im really pissed hearing about Bogum. Im sorry hyung." Jungkook stated. He feels mad at his self for shouting qt his boyfriend.

"Do you think Taehyung deserved that kind of treatment, kook? We all know how sensitive he is. And you know how fragile he is. Im disappointed to you, Kook." Jin said, wanting to not believe on what he heard.

"I know..i know hyung. I promise this will not happen again. Im sorry hyung. Im really---

"Pick that call, maybe its important." Jin said in a cold tone.

"Hello"

"Mr. Jeon, Mr. Kim left me a message to tell you that he was on his way to the airport to pick Mr. Caden and-

"Damn it! Im sorry hyung but i need to go." Jin just look at him rushing towards the door.

Taehyung and Yugyeom arrive at the airport on time, and luckily they saw the person they'll gonna pick.

"Welcome to Korea, Mr. Caden. And im sorry inbehalf of Mr. Jeon,    so if you dont mind, please follow me." Taehyung said, smiling politely.

The man followed him and they drive to Jeons Corps.

Taehyung sit at the passengers sit while Mr. Caden and his secretary were at the back.

"Déan iarracht a uimhir phearsanta a fháil agus í a thabhairt dom." (Try to get his personal number to give it to me) Mr. Caden said to his secretary

"Tá, máistir." (Yes, sir.)

Taehyung frown on what he heard, he may look like some9ne who cant understand but little did this two people know that Taehyung can speak and understand their language.

When they arrive at the Jeon Building, Jungkook was already at the entrance,waiting for them.

"Fáilte go dtí an Chóiré, an tUasal Caden." (Welcome to Korea, Mr. Caden) Jungkook said, and held out his hand.  The guy reached for it with a smile.  Although he wanted to talk to Taehyung, he put it aside first, they walked towards the VIP elevator.  And when they get to the office is, Taehyung excuse him self and Jungkook nod.

A minute later,Taehyung comes with tray and coffee. And put it gently at the table.

Mr. Caden was looking or more on staring to Taehyung that doesn't go unnoticeable to Jungkook. He felt like he want to strangle his neck,by eye r****g his Taehyung.

"Thank you" Mr. Caden said and slightly rub his right thumb on Taehyung's hand when he gives him the coffee. Taehyung flinch in his touch and glance at Jungkook who was glaring at the other. He can see Jungkook's clenching his jaw. He took the cup of coffee and holds his boyfriends hand to get his attention,and he succeeded. Jungkook look at him and took the cup of coffee. Taehyung excuse again him self but before he can go, Jungkook grab his hand.

"You can sit at my side, baby." Jungkook said,eye not removing from Mr. Caden's eye while the other look at them, brows narrowed. Taehyung knows what Jungkook is implying so instead of protesting, he sat near Jungkook.

"Am le labhairt faoi ghnó, an tUasal Caden." (Time to talk about business, Mr. Caden) Jungkook said in firm tone.

"Tá aithne agam ar Jeon, sin an fáth ar thaistil mé ó Éirinn go dtí seo.  Ach ní ghortódh sé tú má insíonn tú ainm an bhuachaill álainn seo dom."(I know Jeon, thats why i traveled from Ireland to here.  But it wouldn't hurt you if you tell me the name of this beautiful boy.) Mr. Caden said with a smirk then winked to Taehyung. Taehyung feels he want to vomit infront of him.

Jungkook bit his inner cheek,

"Dont you dare Mr. Caven. He is my husband! Jungkook growled. To Taehyung, he was shock hearing it,and it doesn't go unnoticed to the Irish man, he saw the disgusting smirk at the man's face.

Taehyung can feel the thick tension between them. He out his hands under the table,reaching Jungkook's thigh, squeeze it to let him calm. Jungkook felt it and he bring his hands down and interwhirl  their hands.

The meeting goes, until both of them sign the contract. And when they are alone at the office, Jungkook stand and carried Taehyung in bridal. He walk and puts Tae on the table and stand between his legs.

"Im sorry,baby. I dont mean to shout at you,sorry." Jungkook whisper to his ear while hugging

him.

"You have so much to explain to me,Jeon." Taehyung said,looking straight to his face. Jungkooo gulp and face palm himself for he knows what the other means.

"And i will forgive you for shouting at me in one condition." Taehyung said and Jungkook look at him fondly.

"Anything baby. Tell me."

"Cuddles" Taehyung giggles and Jungkook chuckled. They stared at each other and Jubgkook leans his face closer until the tip of their nose touches.  Taehyung's eye on Jungkook soft lips, he bit his lower lips and all he remember is both their lips connected. Both of them are kissing desperately, Jungkook bit the lower lips of Taehyung to ask for permision and the younger granted. Jungkooks tongue traveled inside. Taehyung tug's Jungkook hair to let him breath. They broke the kiss at Jungkook smile.

"I love you baby."

"I love you too,Kookie."

"Lets go, i promise youbthis morning that i will bring you somewhere." Jungkook said,helping Taehyung to get down from the table. He peck his lips one more time and they go home just to change their cloths.
