Hang over from hell part 1

My mobile buzzed, I picked it up to see Rhys’s name flash on the screen. “I've got to this.”
Macey nodded. I pulled myself up and dashed outside to answer the call, surprised that he’d actually called. I hadn’t spoken to him for a while. I greeted him and told him what was going on, no doubt the hospital would’ve informed Mel’s parents by now Rhys said he’d be there in around thirty minutes and me and Macey could sleep last at his apartment. I wanted to argue but I agreed because if either of them knew I wasn’t at mel’s they’d have a fit.
When I went back in, I greeted Mel's parents who didn’t look very pleased but I can’t blame them this Is the second time she’s been hospitalised because of an attack.
Thirty minutes later Rhys came into the hospital he greeted Mel's patents and said me and Macey were welcome to stay at his apartment and that he was my stepbrother and my parents had been informed . I gulped loudly. I was in so much s**t, so was Macey once her parents found out about the party.
Her parents told us they’d call when Mel woke and thanked us for doing what we did,
We all said our goodbyes and headed for Rhys’s car. We all got in, he pulled away and we headed back to his apartment. The drive back was quiet. I knew he was angry. So I kept quiet and let him have his say once we were alone.
Rhys
I was disappointed in her. What the hell was she thinking? An end of school party like seriously. Booze, drugs and s*x. Did she realise just how dangerous these parties are?
Her absence her friend Macey is sleeping and no doubt they'll both have hangovers. I shook my head thinking back to when I was her age and we were all drinking and f*****g random girls. I left all that s**t behind when I started my internship at my mother's company and she'd told me to book my ideas up if I wanted to run the company one day. So I started to knuckle down and eventually my highschool friends became acquaintances which I. hardly see anymore due to my high profile job. And realistically speaking my mom has done me a favour in the long run. I've accomplished so much after I left school I am the youngest CEO in the UK.
Lily strolls in worse for wear.
"How are you this morning?"
"Don't, just don't."
"Don't what?"
"I know you're going to give md the third degree about last night so don't, I'll get it off my parents whenI get home."
"Why Lily? Do you realise how dangerous these parties can be?"
"I just wanted to celebrate my results okay like my friends did."
"And look where your friend ended up, Lily! Through intoxication."
"She wasn't intoxicated Rhys she had a f*****g panic attack."
"What?"
"You heard. And I'm not stupid or dumb, just case I was drunk doesn't mean I didn't know what I was doing. And that guy nico knew I wasn't interested yet chose to stay with me and keep me company whilst his friends went to join the others. He even called the ambulance!" She snapped.
"He probably did it to get inside you!" I snapped back knowing she probably didn't need this so early in the morning but I was vexed to how naive she could actually be."
"I'll probably never see him again since he wasn't from our school!" She snapped realising what she just said.
"So why the hell was he there?"
'I don't know why Rhys gatecrashing it happens, you know."
Colt
I couldn't believe Addison. He's such a prick. He's the biggest w***e out if slm of us. I'm surprised Macey even said yes tk being my girl. We all practically grew up together but sort of drifted apart when we got to highschool. Addison was always way to protective over Lily she couldn't breathe or have a boyfriend until now. I know we are all bad boys but I want to change that. I've liked Macey for sometime now and she's grown beyond a beautiful young lady. I need to calm her and see how Melanie was after what happened to her at the party.
I called her from my contacts list the guys didn't even know we'd exchanged numbers a few years ago but I wasn't ready to settle down then I hope I am now o really like her
"Hello?" She asks groggily.
I almost laughed. "Hey Mace it's me."
"Who's me?"
I laughed. "It's me Mace, Colt."
"Oh s**t, sorry. I've just woken up."
"And you forgot to look at the caller ID?"
"Yeah."
Silly girl. so. hie are you?"
"Hung over."
"Me to." I paused. "So how's Mel?"
"Not sure we left when Rhys arrived. They were doing tests."
"That's Addison and Lily's stepbrother right?"
"Yeah, he called her when we were there and he picked us up telling Mel's parents who he was abs we were staying with him."
"You still there?"
"Well der."
I laughed. "How's Lily? She was kinda angry last night."
"Not sure."
Lily
Many walked on talking on the phone to someone i can only guess it was Colt. I'm surprised she even remembered her number to give it to him.
'Hey everyone. "
"Hey,"
"Colt says hi to."
"Can I talk to him?"
"Sure."
"Hey Colt is my brother with you?"
"Nope we left him at the party h
We told him about Mel and he just shrugged it off and went his own sweet way so we left."
"I'll f*****g kill him! thanks Colt."
"No probs. I hope Mel gets better soon."
"Me too."
I handed the phone back to Macey. I was fuming after what he'd done, he didn't even give a damn shir, he just went his own sweet way to f**k a w***e!
"Was it Addison that done this to your friend Lily?"
I nodded, clenching and unclenching my fists. "She hasn't had a panic attack in two years Rhys, and that was cause by a guy harassing her and getting to close to her."
"Do you think that's what happened?"
"I don’t know all I know is he planned to have his way with her."
"Do you think she let him and regretted it."
"She really liked my brother. I think something other than s*x happened sending her into a panic. When she comes around I'm going to find our and make sure my brother stays the hell away from her!"
"Just tread carefully Lily, okay it may take time."
"I will." I sighed, I knew all too well that this had to be done at her own pace. Let's hope it doesn't take six months for her to open up this time. I kissed him softly. "Thanks for listening."
"My pleasure babe. I'll always be here for you whenever you need to talk. "
