I couldn't believe what I just heard. Why would she say that? She didn't wanted to be save?
"W-what did you say?" I asked, to make sure what I heard was wrong.
"Should of let me die" she repeated.
"Why would you say that? Why should I let you die?" I asked
"I'm a nobody. No one cares about a nobody. I'm nothing" she said bluntly. There was no emotion to what she said.
"You're not a nobody and you're not nothing, Rani. You are wanted" I assured her. She just stared at me with a blank expression on her face.
"Yes I am. People tells me that all the time. They wish me dead"
"Who told you that? Tell me? I'll deal with them" growled out. Feeling murderous right this moment.
"Does it really matter?" She asked exhausted.
"Yes. No one should of disrespect you. Whoever disrespect you is disrespecting me and you know I don't like to be disrespected"
"Then you'll be punishing all the pack members"
"Then so be it. I'll punish every person who disrespect you" I said truthfully. Again she just stared at me and didn't say anything. I don't like this side of her. This is not my Rani that I love.
"How can I fix this? Tell me? I'll do anything for you? Name it and I'll do it" I said, meaning every word and feeling desperate to fix this.
"Anything?" She asked.
"Yes. Anything" I assured her. Feeling greatful that I could help.
"Kill me" Rani said bluntly. What? Did she really asked me that?
"What did you say?"
"Don't act like you didn't hear me. Kill me" she said coldly. I couldn't believe what I'm hearing. She want me to kill her?
"I can't do that Rani" I said defensively.
"Didn't you said that you would do anything for? Or was that I lie?" She said heartlessly.
"Yes anything but not that. I can't do that to you" I replied feeling heartbroken. How can she asked of me to do that? I love to much to do that. She's my world.
"Then if you won't do it then I will" she responded. Before I could think what she talking about, she smashed the glass, that had blood in it, on the side table and picked up a large shard of the glass, and put it near her throat. She was about to slice her throat until snatched the glass out of her hand with werewolf speed. What the hell was she thinks?
"ARE OUT OF YOUR f*****g MIND? WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?" I bellowed out. Rani didn't respond but instead she leaped out of the bed and jumped on me to get the glass.
"Give it to me now you bustard I never asked to be save me" she breached at me as she was trying to get the shard of glass from my hand.
"No I won't let you kill yourself. You won't leave me like this. I won't let you. You're mine and I'll save you from everything that would put you endanger and that include yourself" I said while trying to stop her from fighting me for the glass.
"f**k you. You just a coward for not kill me so I'll do it myself" she said aggressively.
"I won't allow it" I growled. Rani laught hysterically and gave me a death stare.
"Like you a f*****g choice what I do with my life" she said iceily.
"I do have a f*****g choice. You're mine, you belong to me and I'll be damn if you waste your life on my watch" getting frustrated.
"I belong to no one. You don't own me anymore" she gritted out.
"Yes I do. The moment I lay eyes on you, you belonged to me" I snapped. At this stage she stopped fighting me. I thought she was going to calm herself down but instead she took another piece of glass and started slicing her arms. I leaped at her; snatching the piece of glass out of her hands and through across the room.
"WOULD YOU STOP TRYING TO KILL YOURSELF" I roared. What's wrong with her? Is she insane?
"STOP TELLING ME WHAT TO DO. IT'S MY CHOICE IF I WANT TO DIE OR NOT" Rani shouted at me.
"NO, IT'S NOT" I shouted back.
"YES IT IS. NOW GIVE ME THE DAMN GLASS" she demanded aggressively as she was trying to grabbed the glass from the floor but I grabbed her and pinned her to the bed, put my weight on her but not too much, just enough so that she won't move. I hold both her wrist in one hand and I grabbed her face but it wasn't hard.
"LET ME GO YOU BASTARD, LET ME GO" she screamed at me as moving her head viciously to loosen my grip but I didn't budge.
"No I won't. I care about you too much" I said more calmly.
"Why won't you just let me die" my Rani sobbed.
"Cause I love you too much for you to die" I sincerely.
"No you don't" she scoffed.
"I do. I've always love you" I said whole heartedly.
"Then why did you leave me?" She whispered asked. Tears frightened to come out of her eyes. I looked at her in confusion. I never left her.
"What you mean? I never left you" I said in confusion.
"You did when you thought that I didn't want be with you" she answered quietly and sniffing. Tears slipped out of her eyes. Oh!
"I was hurting, Rani" I replied, sadness in my voice.
"And I wasn't? But I guess you kept your promise" she said with hurt in her voice. Ok now I'm more confused.
"I'm sorry but I don't know what you mean. What promise?" Confusion on in my voice.
"You promised that you'll be the first to break my heart"
