Giselle entered her room as she put the basket on the floor and closed the door. As she closed the door she lost control over herself and sat down as she sobbed while hugging herself.
She did what she thought was right but still her heart was hurting badly.
After crying for hour, she got up and went inside the bathroom to take a bath. When she came out she looked fresh and happy. May be she was really good in acting.
She took the herbs to her teacher who was first stunned to find that what kind of herbs she brought and then he went to plant the herbs in his small garden.
"T e a c h e r,"
Giselle called the man whow as digging a small hole in the ground. Zayn hummed softly telling that he was listening to her.
"I met them today and...."
Zayn looked at her rather scared of what happened today but she looked fine.
Giselle slowly start telling him about the whole encounter and Zayn paid full attention to her.
"Did I do right?"
"Yes, you did. I am proud of you." He smiled as he got up and washed his hands while Giselle smiled brightly. If her teacher said that she did right then she did.
She also got up and followed him.
"Tomorrow, I will bring even more herbs." She announced while Zayn nodded hearing her happy voice.
"Have dinner with me." He told her as Giselle was about to leave the house. Zayn did not like to eat with anyone and Giselle was the only one I. the whole pack that ever ate with him but only few times. She could count on her fingers how many times she ate with him.
But if she did not eat with others than John and Bella were going to think that she was ignoring them and she also did not want that.
"T e a c h e r...." She sounded puzzled not knowing what to do while Zayn looked at her.
"I will make chicken mayo sandwiches." He told her telling that it was not a request. It was an order and no matter what but she can't go against his order.
Giselle sighed and followed him inside the house as she had no other choice. But there was one thing, she was feeling much light and satisfied now after getting over the situation that gave her a great lesson in life. Never love, you are not made for having a family. But with that a seed of hatred was sown in her heart for wolf spirit.
After dinner, she was going back to her room when she found John and Bella standing near her room as if they were waiting for her.
Giselle paused a her place not knowing what to do. She felt that she would not be able to talk with them right now. No matter what but she could not forget what her life was earlier before they did what they should have not done.
"G i s e l l e..." Bella called her making her inhale deeply so she could gather courage to talk to them.
"H e y."
She smiled as she walked towards them and realized that John was holding Bella's hand but she tried not to look at their hand.
"You did not come for dinner." John asked her as he freed Bella's hand and worriedly asked her making Bella feel a pang in her heart.
"I was just having dinner with teacher. He asked me and you know no one can deny his order."
Giselle nervously laughed and just wanted to leave so she could find a corner to cry her heart out.
John nodded not knowing what to say next when Bella moved forward and smiled as she wrapped her arms around John's arm.
"He announced about us."
He did. Giselle looked at John and them smiled.
"Oh, that's good news."
"You don't need to do this." John intrupted her while Giselle looked at him. What does he mean by that? Does he wanted her to cry in front of him? Was he not satisfied seeing her neutral like this.
While John was irritated at her reaction. He knew how much she loved her. Was all her love fake? Why does not she say anything about it? He was expecting her to cry or to beg to him. He wanted her to make him reject Bella even though he did not want it but still there was something deep in the corner of his heart that wanted her to not play cool but do something to satisfy his alpha ego.
Giselle removed her eyes from him and looked at Bella who had the same expressions as John.
Bella was the girl that was rejected by the alpha but mate bond made that alpha to accept her in the end. Then that makes Giselle that jealous rejected wolf who was going to destroy their lives.
Giselle thought about it and softly chuckled.
"I will go to sleep now. I have a lot of work to do tomorrow."
She pressed her lips together and walked towards her room while Bella saw her leaving and turned her head towards John.
"She does not look affected by everything."
She did not bring the doubt on the tip of her tongue that was growing inside her brain but it was enough to give John a hint of what she wanted to say.
"Let's go." John told her as he walked away while Bella looked at the closed door and then followed John
On the other side, Giselle who was listening them sighed and blinked trying to figure out what Bella said.
"I could not hear anything." She heard a serious voice and involuntarily looked from where the voice came and was startled to see Hyun had his ear against the door only few centimeters away from her. Scared she moved and her head hit the door with a bang.
"O u c h..."
