Filzer had a smile on his face as he said those words
Cain who was panicking after seeing the tears which were falling from telph's eyes glared at him.
"Shut up, old man. I haven't forgotten how you did not help me last night."
Night was still holding a grudge fom last night when he had asked filzer's help to tell them what was the truth, but he refused.
"In the first place, the revelation would not have been hold off until today if not for you refusing to help me."
Cain mumbled under his breath.
Telph wiped the tears in his eyes after getting hit by a sudden realization. His face became flush after realizing that he had cried in front of three grown ups like a child.
"So, what is it that you wanted to tell us?"
Telph tried to change the subject and succeeded in doing it.
In that room, at that time, Cain revealed every singlee thing about him not only to the three of them but also to Filzer.
Although the ancient Dragon was the very first entity that had showed him interest and actually helped him, Cain had to admit that he have not told every little thing about him to Filzer.
Their talk took way too long that Filzer almost forget that he also had something important to tell them.
"Ahem!"
After the long talk about the revelation of Cain's true identity, It was finally Filzer time to announce what he had planned to say.
"I am going to the capital tomorrow to report the issue about Marquis Heloin."
Filzer held a cup of tea to his mouth and drank with his eyes close. He was anticipating a more chaotic reaction, but no matter how long he waited for the three people to react violently it did not come.
He then opened his eyes. The first person he looked at was Telph who had a confused expression in his face. Next was Cain, who was looking at Filzer as if what he said was the right thing to do.
And lastly, Filzer's eyes dropped on Alexander. The latter was swirling his wine and had a calm expression i his handsome face.
"Well, I do not have any problem regarding that. It is also just right to report such atrocities to the King."
Alexander drank on the wine glass. No, he gulped down the remaining wine which was in it and put the wine glass back at the table gently.
Filzer stared at him for a few more seconds before sighing a sigh of relief.
"Well, if you are all alright with it then I shaall proceed with my plans. Also there is something else..."
Filzer's eyes switched to Cain an their gazes met just in time.
"What is it?"
Cain could feel that whatever Filzer was about to say has got to do something with him.
Cain was right about his thoughts, but his thoughts did not get the whole idea.
The next announcement that Filzer had to make was not for the three of them, but it was pecifically for Cain only.
"Do you remember the Noblesse Academy?"
Filzer started off with a question, his eyes never leaving Cain's.
"Of course, the school that only accepts students after every ten years-"
Cain did not manage to finish his sentence as he was stunned in place after remembering something.
He had remembered how Filzer told him that the Noblesse Academy was a school mostly for nobility, but an exemption would be made if the person in question was a commoner but has enough talent to be recognized as something worthy to get him or her into the school.
'He did say that this year was the tenth year after the Academy had opened in the past decade.'
Cain felt a headache coming to him. He pressed his nose bridge and sighed. He put his elbows in the able and rested his forehead in his hands.
"So, is it that time already?"
Cain could not hide his disappointment and the unwillingness in his voice.
Telph and Alexander only watched and listened in the sideline as the two original members of the Stan family talked to each other.
"Yes. I received the news that Noblesse Academy is going to start taking in students soon. It will be held two weeks from now. So, I was thinking of bringing you to the capital and wait their for the test to come up."
Filzer had a stoic expression in his face.
'I can't read his thoughts.'
Filzer's stoic expression made it difficult for Cain to read his thoughts.
"Wow! Young master, are you going to that prestigious school? Well, since you are a Stan it is only right that you represent your name ang bring honor to it, right, Alexander?"
Telph's moodd brightened considerably after hearing the two Stans talk.
Cain sighed and grabbed the bottle of wine in the table and poured some to his wine glass. No, he made sure that his wine glass was full before drinking it in one shot.
Alexander looked at him with one eyebrow raised while telph only looked at him with a confused gaze before tilting his head to the side.
Cain ahd no yet forgotten his deal with Filzer back when they first met in his dimensional space.
"Well, yes and no."
Filzer was the one to confirm Telph's speculation.
"What do you mean?"
telph's head tilted to the other side as his gaze turned to Filzer.
"Cain will go to the Noblesse Academy, but he wil not represent the Stan family name."
Filzer hated to break it to Telph, however telling him now rather than lying and telling him later was a much better choice.
"Cain will enrol in the Academy disguised as a commoner."
Filzer added and Alexander could not help but to raise a question.
"But is not that illegal? Once, his Majesty finds out that you forged Cain's documents you could be punished severely. Not only that, HIs Majesty might do something to your family name."
