Valerio’s POV:
After Simon left, I stayed in Vasilisa’s apartment, trying to find anything that would lead me to her. But I could not find anything.
She had left, with the intention of not being found. And I am the whole reason for that!!
I should not have said all those things that day to her. I am the one who sent her to the edge. I was so much consumed with my stubbornness to destroy her life, that I did not realise the things happening around me. If I had concentrated on the things that were happening around me, I would have noticed all the lies that Lillian had been feeding me. I could have avoided all of these from happening!!
If only I could turn back time!!
