The Alpha and His Cursed Princess

The way to the top was getting closer and Lucas was very excited as after a day they will be completing their trek and he could go back to his pack and go ahead with his plan. He had made sure that no one would suspect him so he had been hiding and giving training to his pack and very few people knew about it.

“Hey, Lucas why are you so lost man, Aren’t you enjoying the trek?” Celeb Thompson one of the best trekkers who had traveled all around the world asked him as he looked at his lost expression.

They were all seated around the campfire enjoying their drinks with light conversation.

Lucas came back from his musings and said. “Yes of course this is the best trek I have ever been to with the best trekking guides who have become my friends in a very short time and hope they will be, even after we complete the trek.”

“Of course we will even we are enjoying your company, its rare of us to have the younger generation with us for the trek. But I was just curious to know how well are you acquainted with Archie Philip? As he was very insistent when he said that we should take you along with us and it was short notice for us and as he is the one who is sponsoring us,  we couldn’t say anything in the end but we are glad you could join us as you are very good.” Celeb explained

Lucas looked at him for a second digesting the information he had just learned that Archie was sponsoring the trek and so it was no wonder that it was easy for him to accommodate him with them  but why?............. What was his purpose?

“I am not sure either, it so happened that I met him at a wedding and he invited my sister to visit his country and he happen to extend the invitation for me as well but I was really not interested and when he suggested this trek I was overwhelmed because I really needed a break to get out of the country. And haven’t climbed this high as we have shorter hills in our country.” He explained.

“Oh…that explains. Archie must be interested in your sister so he tried to send you far away so that he could woo your sister.” Tony another trekker chuckled and pointed out.

Lucas had a feeling like that but wasn’t sure because he knew Amy was just a so-called princess as their kingdom was taken away by the government because of the traitor and Archie was the alpha of the Hilkiah pack and also a famous businessman worldwide and he would want someone who would match his status and Amy was beautiful and could capture any man’s heart but he was not sure about Archie  as Archie is an Alpha and Amelia is just a normal human being and Archie's mate would certainly turn up someday. And he had  willingly coaxed his sister to go with him because he did not want her to be around when he took back his mystic pack it could be life-threatening but he had to do for his pack who were suffering because of Alpha Dante’s treacherous pack and they had to leave their home Halland and take shelter  in other kingdoms. The time was coming and because of which he had agreed to come for the trek as he knew he was being watched.

“I don’t think so,” Lucas said with a naughty smile on his face.

And all of them started laughing.

“Hey, Lucas is your sister some famous socialite or a model because along these years since I have known him I have always seen Archie dating quite a few of them,” Celeb asked curiously.

“No my sister is not that famous but in our country, she advertises the tourism of the country by hosting different shows on TV and also writing blogs. And occasionally she even does modeling but she has taken retirement from that circle.” Lucas explained as he was proud of his elder sister, who was self-efficient in her own way and did not need anyone to back her up. Since the time she turned eighteen, she had been modeling and doing TV shows and tried to support him unknowingly in his mission. And right now the only thing Lucas wanted was to claim his kingdom and find a good man for Amelia.

“May we know her name? If you don’t mind.” Celeb asked again.

Lucas took a deep breath and whispered. “It’s Amelia Alexandra.” As he wasn’t sure whether they had heard about her because Halland is a small kingdom, so he did not mention the princess  title.

“Amelia Alexandra…this name sounds familiar.” Tony pointed out.

Suddenly someone came and stood beside Lucas and whispered. “Do you mean Princess Amelia Alexandra of Halland?”

Lucas was surprised and looked at the man standing beside him and could feel that he was of his kind.

“He is a wolf-like you, I can feel it,” Eric growled and he knew that his wolf was not wrong as the man’s eyes were different from the rest of the group.

“Yes, have you heard of her?” Lucas asked him casually not wanting to disclose anything.”

“Ha, ha….Haha…ha.... so you are Prince Lucas Alexandra her brother?” The man took a deep breath and looked at him with disbelief.
