As they finished talking, Griffin helped Kylie dressing and carried her down to the kitchen. Jason was already inside getting the food warmed back up. He observed the two out of the corner of his eye as he worked. Griffin really was attentive to Kylie he realized.
He asked quietly, "You are going to see Brandon today?" he didn't even look up from the plates he was fixing.
"Yes," Kylie answered studying him.
"You will stay with her?" he then asked still not looking up.
"Of course, I wouldn't leave her," he answered.
"Do you want me to go with you?" he finally asked.
Kylie studied all his movements, she wasn't sure how to answer him.
Jason looked up and into Kylie's eyes and repeated the question, "Do you want me to go with you?"
After several minutes of silence, she finally answered honestly, "Yes,"
"Then I will go with you," he said leaning forward and kissing her sweetly. "You are my life."
A small smile spread across her face with a light blush, "Thank you."
Griffin couldn't help but smile, he knew how much Jason wanted to keep her to himself, he was trying.
They ate together and Kylie had felt a little of the awkwardness in the room when they first had arrived in the kitchen but it slowly disappeared. "We can make this work, huh?" she finally said out loud.
Griffin and Jason looked at each other and then at her,
"Yes," Griffin answered.
"I would do anything for you," Jason said honestly.
After they ate, they got ready to go down to Brandon's pack. Jason asked Griffin to bring the pups to Chance's packhouse, he knew that Katie would enjoy spending the day with the girls and wanted to feel comfortable with their well being. Once he returned, they flashed down to see Brandon.

Sorry, my update for yesterday seems to be gone and this is short. FYI, while everyone is off work during this time in our country, I am considered to be essential personnel, meaning I am working even more hours than my regular 50. On top of that, I am a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT-D, so I don't get much sleep. At least only one story now so shouldn't screw up names but haven't been able to edit the other two. Please give me time. Thanks
