Chapter-Fifteen
Astrid has blurred visions and large words running through her head, words that feels like she had heard them before but makes zero sense for her to even concentrate on it. Despite the messy haze, and the annoying words and voices she can’t pin down it’s surprisingly calm, peaceful, painless and so- so happy.
There is only one conclusion. She is dead.
She expected a little more from the afterlife, not saying that the strange serenity is unappreciated but she expected people. Astrid talks okay, she can’t imagine being stuck all alone somewhere for the rest of eternity even if it was all calm and painless. She’d go insane and then she won’t be so calm and painless anymore, and that is sad.
