The whole pack has been abuzz with the preparation of the moon festival in celebration of 'Duena' goddess of the hunt. It was a period where young wolves shifted and were allowed to hunt together with the pack, albeit with careful supervision. During this festival, the pack shifted together, hunted and killed together and feasted as one. It was supposed to be a time of joy and prosperity, as all bellys were full and even the poorest members of the pack had enough meat in store for when winter came.
