Adriana's POV:
When he jumped up on his feet, staring at his ruined papers with wide eyes, my heart writhed in horror. My palms turned sweaty and I looked at Oliver who was giggling and slamming both of his hands on the wet papers, tearing them.
"Who the hell gave you the permission to enter?!" He thundered, weakening my knees. No word was coming out of my mouth but I had to stay strong to face him.
His voice frightened my poor baby. Oliver was crying. I looked at Liam who closed his eyes feeling irritated by it.
"What's wrong with you, Liam?" I courage to talk back to him. "These are just papers and you can make them again. That's not a big problem for you."
That was a big problem! I swear I felt so bad for it but I thought the apology will infuriate him more so I chose to talk back.
And it turned out another mistake.
"Not a big problem? Have you got any idea for how long I have been working on them?" He fumed.
"I'm so-..."
"Get lost from here and take him away right now!" He shouted again, cutting my sentence. His finger was pointed at Oliver whose face had turned red from crying.
I stopped there, looking at Liam, glaring him.
"Get LOST I said!" He yelled, making me follow his command.
I was now out of his room and Oliver is crying in my arms. I rested his head on my chest, caressing his back. His tears are drenching my shirt and my heart is aching painfully.
"My baby, Oley." I grabbed his face, wiping his tears and kissing his nose but he hides his face in my neck, wrapping his little arms around my neck, tightly and cried out loud.
"Oley." I hushed him, kissing his hair but he was now hiccuping.
It took me about half an hour to distract him and he finally stopped crying. He was now playing with toys but his eyes are still red. I'm sitting on the couch, watching him as he plays in a very serious mood. Not even a smile is playing on his lips.
After a few minutes passed and the door opened. He came out of his room. His grey t-shirt looks creased and hair is all messed up. A frown is displayed on his forehead and he was rubbing his face, looking at Oliver.
He stood there for a few moments and watched Oliver before coming towards him and sitting down on the floor beside Oliver.
I was surprised when I saw how Oliver ignored his father and turned his face away when Liam tried to talk to him. This little man is really gonna grow up with an attitude.
Liam mumbled something to Oliver but he kept his face straight and played with his toys, ignoring his father as if he wasn't there.
"Daddy is sorry." I heard Liam saying.
"No." This was Oliver's straight reply to which I smiled.
"I really am." Liam tried to convince him but Oliver crawled to me and opened his arms for me to carry him up.
I pulled him up and he sat in my lap, looking at his father. Liam stood up and sat beside me. I shivered a little because he was sitting right next to me and our arms were brushing.
"Daddy is gonna be sad if Oliver didn't talk to daddy." He told Oliver and I looked down at my baby who was now thinking about it.
"Come to me." He opened his arms to Oliver.
Oliver thought for a moment and then shook his head, clinging to me. Liam sighed and leaned back on the couch, palming his face.
"Daddy is sad," I told Oliver and he scrutinized his father and then looked at me. His eyes were glistening with concern.
"Daddy." He inclined his face towards his right a little and called his father in a very low voice.
Liam surely heard it but he didn't make any move. Oliver fisted his shirt and called him again. Liam gave him no response. Oliver then crawled to his lap and grasped his hands, trying to uncover his face.
"Daddy?" He kissed his father's hands.
Liam didn't budge even at this!
I watched them with keen interest but Liam was now frustrating me. Why isn't he just hugging his cute little baby?
Oliver peeked from under his hands to see his father's face but his father was being a meanie. I placed my hand on Liam's arm and he uncovered his face at once, of course, narrowing his eyes at me.
Before he could have said any bitter words to me, Oliver kissed him on his lips. His sad face started glowing again and they both played together until it was Oliver's nap time. Liam sang the same song for him and before I know it we all were drifted to sleep.

when I woke up, Liam was already up. We all have been sleeping on the couches, in the lounge. Oliver was now sleeping on my chest and I don't know how it happened because he was sleeping with his father.
I shrugged this thought and got up. At the same time, Oliver stretched his limbs and gave me a smile. I pulled him up and he rubbed his nose against my shoulder. I gave him a bath and then made something for us to eat.
In the evening, Liam decided to go out for a little walk as Oliver was getting bored. I wasn't included in his plan but thanks to Oliver who cried for me at the last moment and told his father that he wants his mommy!
This is how we are here in the park. The climate is cold of course. Liam is having fun with Oliver and here I am sitting on the bench, looking at the sky. There are many other families and children here, walking, talking and playing.
My eyes are looking at the couples which are here with their babies, encouraging them, playing with them and then looking at each other with so much love that I feel so broken.
I don't know when I am gonna die but at least for once in my life, I want someone to love me. Make me feel special.
Then what about Antonio? He used to love you.
I stilled there. My life stopped and I went numb. Antonio. Yeah, I was important for him. Yes, he made me feel special and yes, I was the one to leave him. I have chosen this life for myself. Now I have no right to complain.
I rose up from there and went to a corner. I wanted solitude to ponder over the incidents of my life. I opened my arms and felt the cold air caressing me as if it was my lover and I was its beautiful beloved. It caressed my cheeks, my face and flew my hair.
"Beautiful."
My eyes snapped open when I heard this voice. It was a familiar voice and I shivered when I recognized it. I didn't dare to look back because I wasn't ready for this.
"At least let me see you properly for a few moments." His pleading voice clenched my heart.
Slowly, I turned around and witnessed him sighing. He smiled and looked at me from head to toe. It was Antonio. His hands were pushed in his pockets and he was standing with the same proud posture.
But there was the same respect and love in his eyes for me. He stepped forward and stood closer to me. I took and step back when I realized the shortage of distance between us.
He took a step towards me and I took a step back until he wrapped his arm around my waist, pulling me towards him, making me gasp. I put my hands on his chest at once to keep something as a barrier between us.
"Do you have any idea how much you have hurt me?" His voice turned a bit harsh. He grabbed a side of my face and talked while looking right in my eyes.
"I have lost my mind, Adriana. I have lost myself without you." He whispered, caressing my cheek with his thumb.
"Anto- Antonio, please." I tried to push him away but he was stronger and he was not in his senses actually. His eyes turned red and I felt fear of him.
"I'm here to take you away with me. I know you are not happy with that bastard." He blabbered, kissing my forehead and caressing my hair.
I froze to see him acting like a psychopath. He was talking to himself and I was hit by another storm when I heard a voice.
"Mommy."
It was Oliver and when I looked from where the voice came, I felt the soul leaving my body. Liam was standing there with an indecipherable look on his face. His eyes were redder than Antonio and his eyes roamed over Antonio's hands which were holding me near to his chest.
