Ch10: North Empire

Morgan left a panting Athena on behind to pick up the call, he settled himself on the couch to decompressing himself from the high, Athena stare towards her hot boyfriend, she never wants him to go leaving her as jumble... She frowned looking at his back, he now resting his head on the back of the couch talking on his phone, mischievous smile on his face. She decided to go touchup herself, the ruined lipstick, the hairs Athena rendered with a little effort ruined by him, she gets inside her room came near his dressing table, she looks at her reflection to only find a beautiful smile on her face. Athena felt like he is the only one that can make her smile like this... She blushed hard then start doing her touch up the last time for the evening as she will not allow Morgan to spoil anything now, a wide grinned appeared on her face.

"Morgan, you will be compensated for what you have done, I will give you a punishment for it," she winked at herself in the mirror.

After listening to his brother's call, she came inside her room. He saw her standing in front of the dressing mirror smiling, he came behind her kissed her on her exposed flash near her neck, she moaned closing her eyes, he grabbed her waist from behind resting his hands on her belly. Morgan smiled looking her, she opened her eyes then turn around to peek him one last time, she smiled sweetly at him,

"We have to go now, we are getting late." She said smiling,

"Okay, babe lets go, " he came near her to engage her scent, he then grabbed her hand they both starting walk outside the apartment entrance. Morgan was happy but the joy on Athena's face is depicting that she is much happier than him, when Morgan holds her hand tightly, a blush crept on her cheeks. Athena struck the loose strands of hair beside her ear she is looking beautiful today, as Morgans gazes never left her face, they both get into the elevator reaching the ground floor, they both walk outside the building their hands intertwine. A pure look of love, trust, satisfaction on their faces, Morgan walk to the parking towards his car Athena walking beside him. They both stopped in front of a black Dodge Viper VX, the car is spiritual black shinning as he gets it from the gallery now, He smirked looking to Athena she c****d an eyebrow as she doesn't care, Morgan smiled opening the door for her she gets inside the car, Morgan walk to the other side to sit on the driver seat.

The car starts making a loud noise, Athena sitting in the seat her hands settled in her lap, she is watching outside on the road as she never saw any person at this hour of the night, the pei0le of this town are aware of the dark dangers they never walk on the roads after sunset. Morgan driving the car with a speed, he has a habit to hold her hand anytime, anywhere, he never left her hands alone. Athena sometimes gets irritated by his habit, as he sat on his seat in the car he grabbed on of her hand in his, she looks towards his face he shrugged his shoulders.

They finally came on the road the weather outside is a mixture of fog and wind, the moisture in the wind is rising as their car reached their territory boundaries. The car took a sharp turn now running on an unmetalled path with so many huge trees on both sides, the deep forest is peaceful with only insects creaks, the fireflies in bushes filming their lights as the car flashlights lit the surrounding,

"Your territory is so peaceful, I never sensed anything bad till now. Not any bad vibe, the creature here l8ved happily. I feel peaceful listening to this beautiful silence, it is a happy vibe. "Athena said to Morgan,

"Thank you, baby girl. It is because the King of this territory never gets any enemy to ruin their relaxed life, no creature ever harmed because of any enemy. He loves his people so much that he always protect them with his life."  A proud expression came on his face as he thought his brother being such wonderful King, not only Athena but any allies came here said the same thing, he only listen to good words for Sapphire but when he last time came to attend the council, the thought never gets out of his head. Morgan wants to kill that King Marathon on his own, but he doesn't thousand of hungry vampires attacking them, Athena on the other side can sense the powerful creatures around her, but she was confused as she never gets any scent of vampires, she smells the mermaids initially as the water stream running along the side of road, a wondered expression came upon her face,

"Morgan, we are on the territory of the north, It means we are on the territory of King Sapphire Cornwall, you never told me that you l8ve here, " Morgan can see the wondered expression of her, he chuckled loudly.

"You never asked babe, I don't come home often as you know, I was always busy in my studies and work so it slipped from my head also to tell you about my home."

He smiled looking at her face, Morgan was thinking when she will get to know that he is the brother of Sapphire and the second prince of Empire what will be her reaction?  Athena feeling very excited to tour this land, she always heard of this territory is so peaceful and beautiful, also she wants to meet with King Sapphire, so many vampire girls back in the university fascinating about him, she always heard that he is heart breaker but the most handsome man, no girl can escape his charms.

Athena never saw him because he is also a mystery to the people, rumors always spread in their supernatural world, that he is arrogant, rude, manipulative. A hot playboy no-one is important to him also he inhabits in the blood, the most powerful King of all four Empires, Athena was very drained in his thoughts that she never realized that the car stopped.

Morgan shook his shoulder, " Baby girl, you zoned out." She chuckled looking at his face,

"Nothing, I was can't think to meet the King. I wish I could meet him, people so fascinates him. I would like to meet a powerful person like him." She heaved a sigh, Morgan smiled looking at her face.

"The King is a very good friend to me, I think if I ask him to meet my girlfriend, he will never refuse me." A mean smile came upon his face,

"Really, Morgan you will do that for me? Oh, baby, I love you so much!!!" She hugged him tightly inside the car almost traveling him, Morgan chuckled hard seeing her excitement.

"Okay, we have to go now, my brother will be waiting for us at dinner, " he said Athena hummed then let go of him.

Morgan get outside of the car, he came on the otherwise to open the show for her, Athena get outside the car to see a huge castle-like building in front of him. The castle stands with his huge mahogany in front of them, the entrance door is very huge with pillars on both sides the huge torches with fire flames lightning the front... Athena's eyes widening looking at the castle, "You live in there Morgan...."  He hummed standing beside her with a wide grin on his face, A gasp came out of her mouth, "WOW"
