Lies

Doctor Schneider stepped back from Celia, whom he now knew as Silvia Jerkin.

His mind started to scan back to the past. This lady said that she was two weeks pregnant. That was the same time he was with that alluring beauty that made him have the most enjoyable night of his life that he could not forget, and wanted to see her again.

Celia stared at the doctor without the slightest clue about what was going through his mind. The fact that Doctor Schneider might be the father of her baby did not occur to Celia at all. Who would expect a gynecologist to force himself on a woman?

''Doctor, is everything okay? This is not against the law, right?'' Celia started to feel guilty for the first time.

What was it about this man that was so mysterious and intense? It made Celia feel submissive, and she had to intentionally fight off the urge to be timid before the doctor.

If she wanted to do away with that pregnancy, Celia had to be tough as nails.

''Give me a second.'' Doctor Schneider politely raised a finger at Celia, indicating that he would be right back.

Celia was short of words as she stared at the doctor, wondering why he suddenly started to act so strangely.

''Sean!'' Doctor Schneider's tone of urgency made his assistant panic a bit, but he held it together and asked what the matter was.

''Get me the surveillance footage from that night I had that woman. Go back to the Large Guest House and demand that the footage be released.'' Doctor Schneider gave the order and hung up before Sean had the chance to reply to him.

''Doctor!'' Celia had started to become uncomfortable. She leaned up against the bed she was placed on and looked out to see if the Doctor was anywhere near her.

''Miss... Silvia? I presume? Yes, I have asked a nurse to bring equipment over. We will start soon.'' Doctor Schneider was buying time. He had to find out who this lady was. She oozed the fact that she was the beauty he could not get his mind off from two weeks ago.

Twenty minutes later, Sean showed up at the hospital, looking for Doctor Schneider, who ignored the complaints from Celia, for him to start the abortion process.

''Quickly, get in my office and show me the woman from that day.'' The urgency in Doctor Schneider's voice made Sean surprised, as he wondered what on Earth was making his boss so jumpy.

Sean played the tape and took it straight to the day that Doctor Schneider was speaking of, and that was when he saw it.

''She's the one.'' Doctor Schneider's eyes widened in shock.

Sean stared at Doctor Schneider, waiting for the man to explain what was going on.

''Have you found her?'' Sean eventually asked his boss.

Doctor Schneider nodded.

''She's in my lab, here to do an abortion for my baby.'' He said to Sean with a stern tone.

Doctor Schneider had become upset that Celia dared to remove his baby.

Sean could not believe it.

''What a coincidence!'' His eyes were still widened.

Doctor Schneider found it hard to control himself as he fought against the desire he had for Celia, as well as the instinct to stop her from aborting his child.

''Doctor!'' Celia yelled again from the lab.

Doctor Schneider had to return to the lab to meet Celia, as he had already been gone for so long, it was starting to become suspicious.

''Miss, I am sorry, but you have to keep this baby.'' Doctor Schneider did not know when he said the words to Celia.

''I beg your pardon?'' Celia was shocked at what the doctor told her.

Doctor Schneider swallowed hard and started to think on his feet. His dominant and commanding aura took the best of him as he oozed a demeanor that made Celia start to feel frightened.

What was going on all of a sudden?

''The law has just been changed. Did you not hear of it? Abortions are now a crime. I am sorry, but I have to hold you back here until the police are here. I am so sorry. I had to call them to come and take you. I wanted to help you get rid of the baby but my conscience...'' Doctor Schneider went down a long lane of lies to Celia, whose eyes just remained wide as she stared at him in shock.

''The police?'' She eventually found her voice and asked.

Doctor Schneider nodded, avoiding Celia's eyes.

''Excuse me.'' Doctor Schneider left Celia again.

''My assistant will take you to the police.'' Doctor Schneider entered the lab back with Sean trailing beside him, and loosened Celia's legs from the bed, as he had already clamped her down to start the process before he found out that he was about to abort his baby.

''You can't just take me to the police. Let them come here to pick me up. I am not moving an inch with you. Who the hell are you?'' Celia grew angry.

Why were they treating her as if she did not know her rights?

''Miss, we will do this the easy way, or the hard way. Look at you, you are easy to carry like a bag of potatoes, so I suggest that you had better go with my assistant in peace, or else you might get humiliated,'' Doctor Schneider warned.

There was something about Doctor Schneider that made Celia so lost and helpless. What sort of power did the man have over her?

''Miss, this way please...'' Sean said, looking at Celia closely as he tried to take her facial features in.

He remembered that night that his boss had asked him to leave the car. He heard the soft moans from Celia that night, and at once he confirmed that she was the lady from that night.

Finally, she had been found after giving him such a tough time.
