"And how pray tell, do you expect to control his demon if he hasn't even found his mate? Demons will search their whole lives for their mates. They very rarely find a true mate. They are more likely to choose a mate who will please them and breed for them. King Asmodeus was a rare case. From the stories I have heard, he found his true mate by chance. What's the chance that his son will find his?" Zion said with a cold tone.
I shrug my shoulders as if it didn't bother me, but it did. I needed control of Sebastian's demon. How was I going to bring it out?
"Well, I have several women in my coven. I could offer up one of them. He might just surprise us. It's worth a shot." I said nonchalantly. Zion growls in annoyance and then seems to space out for a moment.
"If only my daughter could have had a chance, then we would have had a perfect chance, but no..." he said, glaring at her wife.
"Daughter? I never knew you had a daughter," I said with shock, "Where is she now?" Zion snaps his eyes to mine and grits his teeth aggressively, but I could feel an aura of deep and excruciating pain. "She's dead," He gritted out.
"Oh. I'm sorry for your loss. How old was she when she passed? If you don't mind me asking?" I asked hesitantly. "She was just a baby. She never made it past her first six months. She's dead because of my wife." He said venomously as he glared at his mate.
Her eyes teared up, and she opened her mouth to speak, but he growled lowly at her, and her whole body tensed up from the overbearing aura of dominance and power filling the room, she whimpered painfully and cowered in fear. "Don't say one word, wife," He sneered at the word wife. She gulped softly and nodded her head in obedience.
Hmmmm.
What an interesting thought, but suddenly, my thoughts were cut off...
Fûck...
I almost moaned at the power coursing through me, and my côck became instantly hard. I gritted my teeth and tried to tame my urge to leave here and go to my little pet, who was fast asleep from the sedative I had given her. I shook those thoughts away for now and remembered what I was thinking before Zion forced his dominance on his wife.
I wonder? No, that couldn't be possible, could it? She was twelve when I found her. Yet, it claws at my brain. Zion's wife has acted strangly since they got here. Could my innocent little pet be Zion's dead daughter?
I chuckled to myself. That was a stupid thought. My pet didn't belong anywhere but with me. "So... not to change the subject, but are we doing this or not." I strained out. I needed to get back to my pet and gulp down her blood. My bloodlust was hitting me hard, and I needed her to calm it down. After that, I will probably find one of my many slave women and let out all my frustration out on her.
Zion looks at his wife and then at me. "Yes, let's do this. Ruling the world with you sounds like a perfect plan." His wife frowns and then shakes her head with disappointment. I really needed to get her alone and place a trance on her to get information out of her.
"Excellent. Shall I have my servants prepare for you and your packs stay? Perhaps tomorrow we can set up a time for this dinner with our soon to be partner in crime?" I said with a dangerous smile.
He just chuckled darkly but shook his head. "You can prepare a room for my wife and me only. The rest will stay on guard and hunt this evening. The others can rest outside. Their lycans haven't hunted since we left yesterday morning and came through the portal to Earth Realm. Come, wife. We shall retire for the evening." He said sternly and reached out his hand.
She took it with trepidation and followed her husband.
"Katasha, have the servants follow King Zion to his room and have them prepare it," I said firmly and then looked over to Zion.
"Would you like to join me for a bourbon until your room is ready?" He smiled cruelly and nodded his head. "That actually sounds perfect. My wife will join them and make sure everything goes according to my liking."
I nodded my head in agreement, "You heard his majesty. Lead his wife to the room and have her help the servants with accommodations." I snapped my fingers.
I led King Zion to my private den and nodded my head in the direction of the chair for him to sit. "Thank you, Dante, for your hospitality. Not many respect the Lycans, even though we are supreme creatures." He said calmly and sighed with contentment and the softness of the chair.
What King Zion didn't know was the plan I had for him. I carefully removed the sedative I had in my shirt and emptied the contents in his bourbon. There was enough to knock him out until I could place his wife under a trance and get more information. By the time he would wake up, I would be back here sitting next to him, and he would think he had just dozed off.
The smell was hidden by a spell because Lycans were indeed superior to most creatures. Their sense of smell, hearing, and taste was impeccable. I needed to be careful, or I would end up a dead vampire and a coven wiped out completely.
I handed him his bourbon and then poured mine. I sat down in my chair, and for the next hour, I watched as Zion's eyes began to droop heavily. "You look exhausted, Zion. You should get some rest." I said with fake concern.
He yawned and nodded his head. "Perhaps you're right. I will just head..." He began but fell back into his chair as his eyes rolled to the back of his head. I just smirked evilly and went to my secret room.
I grabbed a syringe and a couple of empty vials. I needed some of Zion's blood. He would never give it willingly. I dropped to my knee in front of him and grabbed his arm. I lifted his sleeve up and began the process. I plunged the needle into his arm, creating a small IV. I placed the syringe into the rubber part of the tube and popped the vial into place.
Within seconds, Zion's rich blood filled the vial. I placed the second and then the third. Once I had enough blood samples, I pulled out the small IV. I saw the blood dripping and couldn't control myself. I used my tongue and licked it off, closing the hole. Flavor burst in my mouth as the blood filled my mouth.
I moaned softly and then lifted my head in shock. His blood had the same taste as my pet.
My eyes widened with excitement.
I needed to get samples from his wife before I could conclude my decision, but I had a feeling things were all falling into place for me. I rushed back to my secret room and grabbed more things to get samples from his wife, and then headed for the room she was currently waiting for her husband to come.
But she would be waiting for me. Not him. I was eager to find out if my hypothesis was correct or not.
Did I really have the last remaining pure blooded Royal Lycan heir?
So many thoughts and opportunities flooded my mind. I was anxious to get started.
