The weekend began with buzzing photos of August at an hotel with an old man who face was covered all over the internet. Fans had already began reacting, "This is disgusting" "What would she be doing with such an old man" "I never thought she would stoop so low" "This is the height of it all, she is so shameless" With all that was going on, August's phone was constantly ringing with calls and text of which she ignored them all. "Where is River" Dax yelled standing by his office door, "Here Sir" River ran to him to avoid inquiring his wrath, "Get in here before you get fired" he commanded. The photos of August were everywhere and he was getting calls from his higher ups. He needed someone to blame for such slip up. "How did this happen" he asked, "What sir" River asked dumbfounded, "Haven't you read the news. Have you opened your phone this morning" he retorted, "No sir" "Open it now" he demanded. River switched on her phone and the first thing she saw was a photo of August in an hotel. "I will fix this right away sir" she spoke softly to calm him down, "Be fast about it, I don't want reporters bugging here" Dax was terrified. August was a popular figure in Barcelona so it wouldn't take long for news of her to spread like wildfire. Hence the news finally got to Edward's ear who took immediate effect. "Hello Sean" He called the owner of the biggest media company in Barcelona, "Hello Sir" Sean greeted, "It seems you must lagging in your duties recently" he said, "What do you mean" Sean asked, "I need you to take down the news of August immediately" he ordered, "Yes Sir, I didn't know she was related to you" Sean apologized. Edward was one of the major shareholders in his company so he wouldn't do anything to annoy him, "Now you know" he replied. After receiving the news Edward didn't feel bad that she was with another man but rather felt the need to protect her, he had seen the mean comments she had gotten from anti-fans and was sure that she would be hurt about what they said. August finally picked up her phone when she saw that it was River calling. "Where are you?" River asked, "Home" she replied, "Don't come out no matter what until I sort everything out, okay" River requested, "Yes" "But how could you be so careless like that" River asked. August had already disconnected the call when she tried to blame her. If it weren't for them, then news like this wouldn't resurface, this was the first time such thing had happened and it wasn't because she was careless but because they caused it. Crone had stormed his first attack and quickly covered his face to avoid troubles. The world was going to attack the lady and leave the man behind and that was exactly what he wanted, since August was a public figure then the hate would be massive. River arrived at the media company and asked for the manager in charge but she was declined entry. "I just need to talk to him" she requested, "I am sorry ma'am but you cannot see him" the receptionist blocked her path. River was frustrated, her job would be at stake if she didn't get it sorted out, she waited for three hours hoping that she catch a glimpse of him if he was leaving but it proved abortive. Her phone began ringing and when she saw Dax's number her heart skipped. "Congratulations River" he sounded happy, "On what Sir" she was confused, it had already been three hours and she hadn't done anything useful, "Didn't you just take the news down" he replied, "What" she was shocked. She checked her phone and found that there was no news of August again as if it never existed. 'Someone must have done it' she thought. She was now at peace and was able to return back to the agency. Immediately she arrived, she found a handsome and elegant young man who was looking for the manager of August. "Good day Sir, I am River, August's manager" she identified herself, "Her contact" he directly asked, "Who?" she asked, "Don't play dumb" he replied, She quickly gave August contact details to him. "What were you doing?" he had expected her to take care of August's uproar as her manager, "What do you mean Sir" she asked, "Where were you when the news got out" he rephrased, "I was..." "You deserve to be replaced" he sternly said, "I'm sorry, who are you again?" she asked respectfully. From the way he dressed to the tone of his voice she could tell that he was a rich man. He refused bothering himself with her and walked away. He wasn't happy that August was working with such incompetent people. If it weren't for him then August would still be the centre of hate on the internet and River wouldn't be able to sort it out immediately to get her off such predicament which could lead to a damage to August's public image. August was the least bit bothered on what was going, she was innocent of the allegations laid against her, so she didn't see the need to feel bad about it. But she soon realised that not everybody was her fan and some where waiting for her make a mistake for them to show themselves. All those while she was trying to be perfect for them but now she had decided to be herself. Her phone began ringing again but she was reluctant to pick it owning that it was a strange number, she thought perhaps it must be a reporter who was trying to get information off her.
