Chapter 5: Fitzpatrick siblings

Krys was fuming in anger. He didn't bother all of the staff and employees who were looking at him as he walked into his parent's office building.

He left Blane alone in the restroom and didn't want to attend class anymore. He ditched class and he didn't care if the professor asked him tomorrow where he'd gone.

He reached his father's office and when he opened the door, he was nowhere to be found. There was only one thing, everybody was in the meeting room, especially his non-other step-brother, Knight.

He walked directly to where the meeting room was and burst open the door. The CEO and the board of directors were startled by his entrance. His father was confused why his son was here when he still had class. Krys didn't say a word but run into Knight and attacked him with a hard punch. Everybody gasped at the scene. Two of the most elite sons of a successful businessman were fighting each other.

"What the f**k!" Knight yelled as he covered his face from the punch that he was getting from his brother. Krys was hovering above him, hitting him as hard as he could.

"Krys! Knight! Stop it! Both of you!" Their father yelled but none of them listened.

"You f*****g jerk!" Krys yelled at him.

Soon, the guards were trying to separate them. They all held Krys and Knight to stop the fight. The two sons were gathered at their father's office for a discussion.

It was embarrassing to see.

The meeting was postponed and their father was really angry about his son's behavior.

He entered the office and told the guards to leave them alone since he wanted a word with his children. Knight was leaning on the mahogany table while his mother patted some antiseptic solution on his face, while Krys was crying on the couch.

"What the hell was that? Knight? What did you do?" His father asks in a mad tone.

"Dad, I didn't do anything. I don't even know what I did. You had already seen what happened, Krys attacked me out of nowhere," he explained.

"Krys?"

"Dad… that fucker made Blane pregnant! He got my best friend pregnant!" He yelled as he stood up to attack his brother again but his father grabbed his arm to stop him, "You stupid jerk! He was mine! He was my omega!" He sobbed.

Their parents turned their attention to Knight. They can't believe that they will be grandparents soon. They didn't expect that their alpha son will be having a kid soon.

Knight had no emotion. He knew he released his seed inside that omega in the heat but he won't deny that the child that Blane was carrying was his.

When he saw his brother crying, he just smirked. Typical heartless arrogant future CEO attitude. He loves to see his stepbrother in pain and impregnating the man that his brother loved was a success.

"I want to meet the boy," his father sternly said, "and you will marry him,"

Krys' eyes widened when he heard it while Knight grins in happiness. He raised his brows at him when the two siblings looked at each other's eyes.

"W-what?" Krys said in disbelief, "Dad… they don't even know each other. They can't be married,"

"Krys, it's your brother's responsibility. Let him fix it. Enough for today. I'm tired. I wanted to meet the boy,"

Their father left them followed by their mother alone in the office. Krys still can't believe that their father was going to push the wedding. I hope Blane was just lying that my brother ended him pregnant.

Knight, on the other hand, was happy. He expected this day would happen. Not just by ruining his brother but because he was eyeing the poor omega for a long time.

And that getting him pregnant was one of his goals.

Knight was excited to meet him. He just wishes that Blane can still remember him.

Their age gap isn't that wide. Maybe a 4 years gap. Knight will be seated in their father's position as the CEO while Krys was still in college. Knight will be one of the youngest CEOs in the world. He will be a future CEO and a future father.

"Are you happy?" Krys suddenly asked him out of nowhere.

"Of course. Why wouldn't I be? I will become a father and a husband soon," he replied smugly. Krys was handling his patience. He wanted to kill his brother right now but he can't since Blane still needed this asshole alpha and he is the father of Blane's child.

"How about you? Aren't you happy that your best friend is pregnant? And I'm the father. Isn't it a small world?"

"Just love him more than I love him, Knight. That's what I'm only going to ask you. Just love him with all your heart. Please," Knight was stunned by his brother's words. Krys barely uses the word please but this time, he was sincere.

Was Blane that important to him that much?

He begged him to love him as his life depended on it.

Krys didn't want to stay in the room. He walked out the door without any word to his brother. It hurt him a lot.

It was late at night when a sudden knock was heard on Blane's apartment door. He immediately opened it although he wasn't expecting anyone.

As he opened the door, there, his best friend Krys was standing in front still in his uniform clothes.

"Krys," he mumbled. The taller one didn't say anything but went inside to hug his pregnant best friend. He hugged him like there was no tomorrow. It hurt him a lot. He had a lot of dreams with Blane but not about carrying his nephew or niece.

"I thought you already left me. I'm sorry. Are you mad at me?" Blane whispered to the hug.

Krys shakes his head and nods, "no, I'm not mad at you. I'm sorry for leaving you earlier. I'm so sorry I promise I wouldn't do it again,"

The two friends were settled and okay now. Krys spent his night at Blane's small apartment since he doesn't want to see his brother in their home. Even though Knight is already an adult, he still lives in a home where his parents are until he gets married.

"Dad wants to see you," Krys announced when the two were having their breakfast.

Blane was startled. He's not yet ready. He knew his friend's father but he was not yet ready to face his future father-in-law.

Since they don't have class, Krys took his friend to Fitzgerald Inc. to meet his dad and also the father of the child. This will be the second time that the two will be seeing each other. Blane was so nervous that he couldn't stop fidgeting.

The elevator bell dings notified that they're already on the floor where the office of the CEO is. As they both walk to the hallway, Blane wants to stop and just disappear. He was so nervous. What if Krys' father doesn't like him? What if the alpha that got him pregnant will deny him and say that it's not his child?

"Calm down, okay? I'm here," Krys stated as he opened the wooden door in front of him. The office was very large and spacious. It's so luxurious.

And then there they are. The father was sitting on his swivel chair, and Knight was at the window, looking down at the view of the city. Their mother was reading some magazine on the couch.

When they heard the door open, they all paid attention to them. Krys went inside first followed by the shy innocent Blane.

"Dad, this is Blane," Krys said.

This is one of Krys' dreams, that he will introduce Blane in front of his parents as his lover but it's not.

"Oh. You're Blane? It's nice to meet you, sweetheart,"
