Chapter 6Sunday The alarm on Greg’s watch woke him at six. Sunday morning dawned bright and cold. He looked at the thermometer outside the kitchen door. It was ten degrees. He took a quick shower in the guest bath; then quietly took the clothing from the hamper and went to the mudroom to start a load of wash. He needed to buy better towels tomorrow. Using the Kona and the grinder he bought yesterday he made the first pot of fresh ground coffee in the new Italian coffeemaker. He knew Cisco would be able to appreciate the difference between this and the swill they called coffee in the hospital cafeteria.
