This enormous, modern looking bed was absolutely amazing. With all honesty I had the best sleep in years. But once I woke up and the events of the last 24 hours came back rushing to my brain I felt like crying again.

Vampire manor.
And Darren Edweek.
That's just too much in such a short period of time. Just a second ago I was stretching myself on the comfy bed, just to be hit with the reality in the next.
I should have stayed in Lightwood's mansion. If it would be that bad I could have left eventually, but thanks to my stubbornness and a little bit of anger at Ruby I threw it all away.
