POV: Damon
It's my third day in Turkey. I've been exploring the ruins of the Hecate temple to find any clues. I walk through the old columns. You would think this would be easy with how little is here. Walls cease to remain, and only short ruins of walls remain. I have examined every column and have found nothing. Not a single clue to lead me to what is now lost.
Things have not been easy for me here. I could feel Zayla's fear and anger. She was very scared and it brought fear in me. Did something happen to her? Did something happen to our son? I hope she is ok. I wish I could just run to her and be with her. To comfort her. To hold her. Just be with her.
