As I walked away from where Kara left me, I couldn't stop thinking about how much I wanted her to have her freedom. I couldn't imagine living the life she has had to live for all of these years. I have no idea how old she is but I know she is older than me and I've been with the family since around the time they moved to France. I'm one of the oldest vampires here at the house and probably the only one who has gotten close to her. Everyone else is just too scared to get that close to her so I don't know, maybe that just makes me a complete i***t.
