-ROBIN-
"Robin!" Calvin jumped off the couch as he saw me entered the game room. He welcomed me into a tight hug that made me smile widely.
"Hey, are you okay?" Taller than him, I patted his head and hugged him back.
This boy is really sweet that's why I couldn't understand why someone like Gavino bullied him.
Calvin looked up and grinned at me. "I'm good. We're playing card games earlier while waiting for you. By the way, are you feeling good now, Robin?"
I was about to reply but Violet beat me to it and appeared behind us. "My, my. What is this? I was pretty informed by Greco that you're Czech's boy, Robin. I didn't know that you're also into Cana?"
I rolled my eyes and gave the Luna a deadpan look. "Vajolet, I'm not Czech's boy and Cana is my friend."
Greco hummed and slumped down the carpeted floor. "Robin dude, Czech is a crazy jealous bastard. He won't be happy seeing you hugging a woman like that."
Upon hearing that, I automatically and gently pushed Calvin away.
My friend giggled and teased me. "Oh, Robin! You sure are Czech's boy."
They laughed in sync that made me cussed.
Damn.
I felt heat crept up my face and I blew a deep breath before defending myself. "Well, I didn't do that to prove the point. I just... I..."
"You're in love, man. Admit it!" Greco continued as I suddenly ran out of words.
I reached for the throw pillow on the floor and threw it at him. "Shut up, i***t. That won't happen." Groaning, I decided to just ignore him and turned to Violet. "Vaj, it's getting late. I think we should go."
I'll talk to Czech some other time to apologize. I was afraid that if we stayed a little longer, I'd go crazy from their teasings.
However, the Luna had a different plan as she shook her head. "Stay for dinner. After that, I'll let you go home."
"But---"
"No buts! I already called your parents about the dinner and there would be no problem if you stay a little longer, Robin." Violet shifted her gaze to Calvin. "Cana, are you good with it?"
Calvin nodded. "Sure, Luna."
I huffed cause I knew that my friend was a such good boy to say no to the invitation. No other choice but to stay for dinner.
_____________
An hour later...
WRECKER Romanov; the Alpha of Dark Prism was like Czech. They looked like a lot. Their height and their physic were almost the same.
The only difference was Wrecker was easy to befriend. He's a warm person opposite the cold Czech Romanov and as we talked over dinner about our land and the pack, it was like I was talking to my father.
When it comes to ruling Dark Prism, he'll automatically turn serious. Aric Spark was like that too.
Sighing, I realized that it was not that easy to be an Alpha when Wrecker told us his recent achievements as well as the problems he was facing every day in their territory.
Being the next Alpha of Spark Galore, he gave me advice that would surely help me in the future. I felt so overwhelmed even after the dinner ended and as we all went to the living room to rest a little.
Czech was still out of sight up to that moment and I couldn't help but feel disappointed.
Maybe he's mad at me.
I leaned on the sofa feeling defeated as I watched Wrecker Romanov sat in front of the grand piano in the corner and played with it.
Greco, Aphro, and Calvin were talking about a certain boyband while I noticed Vajolet sat in the middle of the staircase, and if my vision was right, she seemed like sulking.
My brow raised as I rested my arm on the armrest of the sofa and played my lower lip with my fingers.
Come to think of it.
When the Alpha of Dark Prism came earlier, I didn't see Violet approach her husband. They didn't talk to each other either.
Back in our house, my mom and dad were extra sweet and touchy towards each other which grossed me out sometimes. Am I just used to my parents being overly cheesy or something is going on between Wrecker and Vajs?
Scratching my head, I stood up and approached the Alpha.
"This a nice piece of art, man." I ran my fingers into the piano's lid.
The Alpha nodded and looked at me expectantly. "You know how to play, Robin?"
Shrugging my shoulder, I sat beside him and gave my digits a soft massage.
From my peripheral vision, all the wolves in that room turned to us as we caught their attention.
Well, it's not every day that you'll see two Alpha's seating side by side in front of a musical instrument, right?
Heaving a deep sigh, I straightened my back before placing my fingers above the tiles pressing a familiar key.
Wrecker watched me with interest that made me smirked at him.
"You better join me in the middle," I said to him and started playing.
I am not good at it but playing the piano is one of my hobbies. I even have my keyboard in my room so I knew how to play at least few pieces of fine music.
At that moment, I chose one song that would surely break the thin ice between the Alpha and Luna of Dark Prism pack.
It was played in the air seconds later and when I started to sing, the room fell into silence.
_________
-Time skip-
WITH a wide smile, I and Calvin walked out of Dark Prism's packhouse.
"Damn, man! Where did you learn that? I almost fell in love with you but of course, I'm not suicidal. Don't want my best buddy Czech to kill me," Greco bluntly blurted.
"Leave me in peace, man!" I groaned aloud feeling embarrassed.
Why Wrecker with her Luna in his arms was just behind us as they walked with us to the car.
For Christ's sake. The dumb Greco would be the death of me.
Aphro smacked his friend's head that made me snickered. "Stop it already, dude. Robin's face is too red it might explode if you keep on teasing him, man."
I quickly cupped my face and gave Aphro a sharp glare. "I am not, moron." then I turned to Wreck and Violet. "Please, don't listen to them. They are hopeless."
Thankfully, we finally reached the parking lot and the teasing stopped.
"It was nice meeting you, Cana!" Vajolet gave Calvin a tight hug.
"Thank you for the visit, Robin Spark. You're always welcome in our pack, boy." Wrecker and I shook hands before pulling his Luna into a tight hug again.
I mentally smirked as I saw that the thick ice between the two had already melted.
"Let's hang out again some other time, man!" Greco and Aphro bid their goodbyes and gave me us friendly taps on the shoulder.
"Sure!" Calvin replied in an extra energetic voice. He did enjoy his day with those Epsilons.
"Yeah, we'll do that next time but no more teasing!" I said to them.
They all chuckled and I rolled my eyes.
I'm serious!
I didn't voice that out though. Don't want to drag the topic longer.
"We'll get going, guys. Alpha Wrecker, Vajolet, thank you." One more nod and I went to the other side of my car. I held the door's handle and was about to open it when a hand suddenly appeared on my side that stopped me and made my breath hitched on my throat.
"Spark."
