CH.35

Mikael’s pov

I haven’t heard from Brie since she pissed me off about not wanting to share me and I was getting frustrated because none of the other sl*ts please me as good as her, not even Myah. I called her and it went to voicemail, I sent her a text that said ***call me asap*** I waited for a while, and still no call or text back I got pissed and decided to go let my wolf, Nico, out for a run. I headed out to the woods behind my townhome, stripped my clothes off and shifted, and took off. I hadn't made it too far into the woods when I saw someone walking ahead of me. I couldn’t see a face but I knew who it was by her scent.

It was Brie, I ran up to her and growled. She froze and said, “what do you want?” I growled again and she turned her head. I shifted back and she looked at me and said “why are you bothering me Mikael? Don’t you have other girls to go bother?” and she turned to walk away.

I grabbed her by the arm and said where are you going? She tried to pull away but I tightened my grip on her arm. She cried out “oww you are hurting me,” I said you like when I hurt you though.

She started crying and begged me to let go of her arm. I told her I would if she gave her master what he wanted. She nodded and I realized her arm. As soon as I did she kicked me in the balls and took off running. I hit the ground on my knees and gasped for air. By the time I was able to get up she was already halfway back to the backside of the townhomes where I live. I ran after her and tried to catch up to her but then I saw that b*tch Aspen walking I knew I needed to hide. I hid behind the corner of my townhome and watched her walk by. Once she was out of sight I went inside and started drinking. I decided to text miss goody goody and ask for an answer.

***Hey beautiful, can I have an answer?*** I waited a few minutes and I got a reply it said, ***fine Mikael meet me next Wednesday by the fountain at 2.*** Finally I said out loud.

I guess she couldn’t fight it any longer. No chick can resist Mikael Perez, not even that b*tch Aspen, she will give in soon. I sat there and drank some more and passed out.

Aspen’s pov

While I was out walking I passed by the townhomes to the south and I felt like I was being watched so I sped up and got out of that area as fast as I could. I saw a girl walking and I could hear a faint crying sound I ran to catch up with her to make sure she was ok and when I caught up to her I saw she was one of the girls that were with Daphanie the day I was introduced to Daphanie. I said excuse me, she turned around and said, “huh? Luna” and she bowed.

I asked her if she was ok and she said “oh yeah I'm fine “I could tell she wasn’t ok she had been crying and her arm was red. I asked her what her name was and she said, “I'm Brie.” I asked Brie if she would mind coming back to the packhouse with me and she said “I don't mind Luna” we headed back to the packhouse and then up to my office.

I closed and locked the door and told Brie to have a seat. She asked if she was in trouble and I said no you aren’t in any trouble Brie, I just want to make sure everything is ok with you. I can see you have been crying and your arm is really red. Did something happen? She looked down and I said Brie it is ok to tell me. I will tell you something that happened to me just so you know you can trust me enough to talk to me if you ever need to. When I was 14 a pack member of my home pack s*xually assaulted me and got away with it because my parents didn’t want to get others involved with our problems.

She looked up and said, “no offense Luna but that is totally f*cked up.” I nodded and said yeah it is and it has haunted me for the past 4 years, since Alpha Hardin and I have been together I have started to let go of the fear that has haunted me. She said, “Luna I'm so sorry that happened to you.” she looked down again and sighed then said, “a guy I've been in love with for the past year is why I was crying. I found out he was sleeping with another girl and it happened to my friend. I told him I didn’t want to share him with anyone else and he got mad. I hadn’t talked to him since I told him but he was in the woods and grabbed my arm and told me he would let me go if I did what he wanted me to do.”

I said I'm not trying to be a b*tch but was it Daphanie he was messing with? She looked at me and said, “no Luna that would completely f*cked up since they are brother and sister.” my eyes got big, and I said Brie, you mean Mikael? She nodded and said, "yes Luna Mikael is who I am in love with." I asked her if she was in the dining hall the day I was introduced to her and she said, “no Luna I went to eat outside of the packland. Why?”

I told her to give me one minute and I would be right back. I walked out of my office and mind-liked Harding to come to me. He ran out of our room and down the hall and asked if I was ok. I told him I was fine but I had a female in my office who really needed me and I asked if I should tell this female about what happened with Mikael he asked me why I would need to tell her about that and I looked at him and he said, “oh f*ck” I nodded. He said, “if you feel it is the right thing to do then do it my love and if she wants verification it happened she can come to me” I kissed his cheek and said I’ll be in the room in a few minutes. He went back to our room and I went back to my office and sat back down.

I looked at Brie and said I need to talk to you about Mikael, Brie. she looked at me confused and said, “ok” I took a deep breath and said before I say anything I'm going to go ahead and tell you that you can go verify this with Alpha Hardin if you have any issues with what I'm going to tell you. She looked at me funny and said, “ok” I took another deep breath and said the day of my 18th birthday my parents put together a birthday party/ball for unmated she-wolves and invited guys from neighboring packs. She nodded and said, "I heard about the ball being thrown but I didn’t know it was your birthday party too,” I told her my friend and I met a few of the ranked members from green moon and I danced with one of them.

She looked at me and said, “Mikael?” I nodded. I told her after we danced he asked if we could go get some air and I agreed then he wanted to go talk somewhere without anyone around and asked me to go sit in the SUV with him. I told her I agreed to and at first, everything was fine until he kissed me, I told her I wanted to go back inside but he forced himself on me and tried to have s*x with me I screamed and begged him to stop and I even used my rank on him but he wouldn’t stop he ended up ripping my panties off and almost got what he wanted but he was yanked off me and thrown from the car. She looked at me and asked who did it. I told her Alpha Hardin was the one who stopped him and that was when I first met him and learned we were mates.

She gasped and said, “Luna I'm so sorry one of our pack members did that to you. I knew Mikael was an ass and was demanding but I never thought he would be the type of person to do that.” she had tears streaming down her face and said how can I be in love with a monster like him? I asked her how old she was and she said, “I'm 18.” I asked if Mikael was her mate and she shook her head no.

I said well at least the moon goddess didn’t mate you to a monster and she kind of chuckled and said, “I guess I'm not really in love with him either am I?” I said it’s called lust. I asked her where she lived and she said she lived in the townhomes on the east side of the packhouse. I sent a mind-link to Jakob to come to my office and when he got there I said I need you to take Brie home please and when you come back Hardin needs to see you in his office.

He said, “yes Luna, and bowed.” after he walked out of my office Brie turned and said, “thank you Luna and I'm sorry about how Daphanie is treating you, you don’t deserve it.” I said thank you, Brie, but it is not your place to apologize on her behalf. She has issues and well I'm not going to let that stop me from doing what it takes to become a good Luna.

once they left I went to our room and told Hardin what was going on and said I told Jakob to come to his office when he got back. He asked why I told Jakob that and I said well I couldn’t say come back to my office so I can talk to you about Mikael in front of Brie. he said, “oh ok I got it”. He pulled me close to him and said, “you, my love are going to be an amazing Luna!” I smiled and said I know and stuck my tongue out at him. He laughed and shook his head.

I walked down to Hardin’s office and waited for Jakob to come back. When he did I told him everything that Brie told me and said I need you to get someone to keep an eye on him to make sure he doesn’t hurt anyone. He said he would find someone to do it and said, “Aspen I have to say how you handled that situation was done like a true Luna, and I'm proud to have you as my Luna!” I smiled and said it must be that noble Beta blood that runs through my veins and I am proud to have you as my Beta brother.

He smiled and said, “I'm going to go to my room and think of a few people to go talk to tomorrow about watching Mikael,” I told him good night and headed back to mine and Hardin’s room.
