Alexander’s pov

We have been here at green moon for a couple of days now and everyone here seems so nice. Evander and I are fitting in pretty well with the guys in the packhouse and Beta Jakob has taken to us like a big brother. My brother and I could never thank Alpha Hardin and Beta Jakob enough for allowing us to call this pack home. It truly does feel like a home, I mean everyone here helps one another as if they were all family. Evander and I decided to go for a walk. We were heading towards the south end of the packland when this guy ran into Evander. He looks up and tells Evander to watch where he is going then asks who we were. I stepped in front of my brother and said I am Alexander and this is my brother Evander. We are new pack members.

He laughed and said, “Hardin really needs to stop bringing trash into this pack.” I said excuse me but we are far from trash. You don't know what my brother and I have been through so you have no right to talk crap on us. He laughed and said, “no one cares what the f*ck you and your brother have been through. Hardin needs to quit letting trash into our pack first that b*tch of his and now the two of you” I got in his face and said first of all that is Alpha Hardin to you and second of all Luna Aspen is not a b*tch. How dare you speak about them that way. He said, “I suggest you step back boy before I rip you apart,” Evander said, “touch my brother and I promise it will be the last thing you ever do.” He laughed at Evander and walked away.

I looked at my brother and said Van, where did that come from? You have never been one to stand up for me or even yourself. He said, “Alex, I don't know where that came from, it just came out when he said that to you.” I said well thank you for standing up for me Van. We continued walking around the pack. When we got back to the packhouse that same guy was standing close to the packhouse shooting us a glare. Beta Jakob came down the stairs and asked what was wrong, Evander and I asked who that guy was and he said, “that is Mikael Perez, he used to be a high ranked Omega and one of our good friends but he did something that Alpha Hardin and I could never forgive him for so he was banned from the packhouse and was kicked out of the ranked member warriors circle.” He then asked why we asked about him and I said we had a run-in with him while we were walking the packland and he was very rude to my brother and I. He also spoke badly about the Luna and Alpha. He called the Luna a b*tch and said we were trash.

Beta Jakob said, “boys the two of you are far from trash trust me the only trash in this pack is Mikael and Daphanie Perez.” We asked who Daphanie was and he told us it was Mikael's sister and she was jealous of the Luna and was obsessed with the Alpha. Once he gave us our crazy pack members lesson we went inside to eat lunch.

While we were sitting there eating, Evander asked Alpha Hardin if there were any sports teams that he could join and Alpha Hardin said, “we don’t do competitive sports here but we do play for recreational fun.” Alpha Hardin asked which sports we liked and Evander said, "baseball" and I said football. Luna Aspen said, “I would love to play a game of baseball one day soon. I miss playing ball." We talked about sports while we finished lunch.

Mikael’s pov

After I had words with those two pieces of trash Hardin allowed to stay here I went and sat out by the packhouse waiting on time to meet with Annalynn. Someone needs to do something about Hardin just letting anything off the street join our pack before he runs our pack into the ground. Hopefully, when the elders investigate the pack thanks to Daphanie and her fake mate the elders will see how stupid Hardin is allowing rogues to join and strip him of his Alpha title. If they do strip him then I will be able to kick his ass for throwing me across the room and banning me from the packhouse without punishment. I'm surprised my sister’s plan is actually working. I was sure she was going to get caught but it seems the ranked members are too stupid to see they are being played. I sent Annalynn a text saying I was waiting where she told me to meet her. She sent a text back saying ok. I tried texting Brie while I waited on Annalynn but I guess Brie blocked my number because the text wouldn’t go through. I sat there for about 25 minutes waiting on Annalynn when she walked up. I licked my lips and said mmm you look good today.

She sat down and said, “what do you want to talk about Mikael?” I smiled my cheesiest smile and said I want to talk to you about who your mate is. She slowly turned her head and said, “what? Who are you talking about?” I said Annalynn I know you aren’t 18 yet but I felt I needed to tell you that I am your mate. She looked at me and said, “well I guess I’ll have to wait until I'm 18 to find out if what you are saying is true or not.” I asked her if she was going to reject me if I wasn’t lying and she laughed and said, “you know good and well that after that little stunt you pulled with my brother’s mate that there is no way my brother would ever allow me to be with you.” I said but that's the thing beautiful it isn’t up to your brother. He has no say in who you are mated to and my wolf Nico is telling me you are our mate.

She rolled her eyes and said, “well I guess we will have to wait another year before I find out if it’s true or not.” I said why don’t we hang out and get to know one another and date until then. She turned and said, “my father and mother will not allow me to date at this age. I am only allowed to start dating when I become of age. So I'm sorry Mikael but it’s not going to happen.” I told her we could meet at my house and no one would ever know. She stood up and said, “this right here is why my parents won't allow me to date until I'm 18. All guys are the same all they want is a piece of ass. I'm sorry Mikael but I said no and I will not defy my parents' rules. Have a good day” she walked off and I sat there with my mouth open trying to figure out what just happened.

No girl has ever been able to resist my sweet-talking. They all fall for it but not her. I will get her in bed and she will become one of my little sl*ts just like the rest of them. I decided I had enough of being near this damn pack today so I left and went to clear my head.
